Don’t trust this place if you’ve had a drink. I went in and got 2 x donner meat and chips with a 9 inch cheese garlic bread and 2 cans of pop, wasn’t told the price I just got passed the card machine. Woke up to discover they charged me £28.50. Checked their menu today and noticed it is no where near that price. Food was also dry and disgusting even when I was drunk and that says something. Be very careful, they clearly take advantage of drunk people.

I ordered a mixed doner with fries today. half a box of lettuce, a handful of fries with two slices of lamb doner and a handful of chicken. My son wouldn't eat it. £10 for such a service is an incredible scam. You would act like a man by refusing this order, and you would act like a little cheater. and I wouldn't order from this place again, the legend retired, the place went to the dogs. Last time

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager or owner. We ordered the mix chicken and donet kebab but on delivery no doner meat was on our order. We rang to inform them of the mid product to receive a barrage of abuse from the manager accusing us of lying about the order, I kindly asked for her to stop being rude to which she continued to raise her voice and screaming down the phone, we asked for the food to be sent and pay the difference, was told that hey would not deliver the food and hung up. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed at the way we as paying customers have been treated. Will definitely be boycotting this outlet.

UPDATE UODATE , gave this place another try , ordered special burger with cheese and Doner kebab snd chips,, the special burger didn’t come with cheese , the Doner meat must of been standing for ages , it was dry and shrivelled up the Doner meat looked like big Junes toenails when I seen her walking up the high street with stilettos on 15 years ago ,, absolutely shocking ,, Must of changed owners the food has gone terrible used this place for over twenty years ,, never again ,, disgusting

I ordered food this evening and they gave me the wrong order BUT they instantly called me to inform me, luckily I had already seen it was wrong and turned up to the shop before I could answer. within a minute I had the correct order and they gave me the other pizza for free. Always friendly staff, very polite (even when I am miserable due to a long day they are still very gracious and social ) Thanks Central & I shall keep returning!

Unfortunately since Boss left the portions are very small. Meat was horrible in chicken doner kebab ,lots is skin and very little meet. Chips not fried and soggy. Seriously this needs changing otherwise this place will be soon closed. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely vile! Would prefer to leave 0 star rating! I have used this kebab shop for over 20 years and have always had a quality takeout. My son collected a kebab on my behalf and must say it way absolutely vile....dry, thin and tasteless...appreciated, it was 23.15pm but I would not expect this to be cut off left in pan to dry off! I would never buy from here again...0 rated....tip try chip o dee, holt road, Wrexham ...class! Central you have failed since been taken over!👎

I asked for a large doner, they sent a huge doner.

Used to love central, but we’ve had 2 bad experiences with them now and will never go back. The first being hair in our food, followed by a load of abuse from the woman there. Then tonight called for delivery to be told 45minutes, after 2 hours the food arrives so my husband sends it back as we’ve waited two hours already for stone cold food, low and behold followed by yet more abuse from the woman that works there. Massively gone down hill recently.

I used to rant and rave about Central, but no longer. Recently the taste of the Lamb Donna meat has changed, wherever they used to get their meat from was amazing, truly I would come here just for that delicious, juicy tasty meat, but now it has been replaced with dry cardboard. Ontop of this, the portion size of a "large" is now essentially a small. The nice old man whom I assumed owned the place used to pile the meat on, now I get a few sorry tasting flakes of meat. A true true shame about this, and I expect they will never change back, so I advise people now to go elsewhere, and seek out a new favourite.

Shocking customer service, Ordered food told a 40 minute wait, after an hour rang because had not received said food, to be told food was on its way. Rang back 20 minutes later because we still had not received the order to then be told that we hadn’t placed an order.

I ordered a mix kebab which was not eatable as the chicken was hairy and raw. I have the impression that this kebab has was terrible quality and not to its standards, I will never go there again. I do not wish for anyone to eat this. This kebab is literally only hair and chicken skin, you can sell this to a drunk person because I will certainly not eat this sober.

We ordered burgers last night and my partner got sick and had all food poisoning symptoms. Having in mind that this was his only proper meal for the day, for sure won't order anything from that place.

Been ordering from this place since I was in high school about 15 years. Almost never had an issue with them. Kebabs are great, with decent amount of doner meat on them. Their chilli sauce is the best. This place is always my go to if I’m feeling hungry. Their pizzas are great too!

Food is acceptable in accordance to the pricing, staff are friendly and deliveries are quite fast.

Absolute shocking. Ordered last night (17/12/21), said food would be an hour, phoned after 2 hours "on the way", phoned an hour later "on the way". I can understand they where busy, esp the time of the year but to be fobbed off twice and my order still NEVER arrived in inexcusable. Will never order from there again.

Use to love this place but after the other day we spent 29 pound to get the garlic bread and bottle ov pop and they never sent it tryed phoning an they didnt answer the phone its happend loads of time with them forgetting stuff I was a good customer always ordered from here but never again

Food come after 2 hours Some one pick up phone after 8th times and it wasn’t very friendly I ask for my sauce and salad separately as we ordered with chili however sauce was on top of the kebab which ruined all meat cos there chili is extremely spicy 🥵 couldn’t eat

Been using this company in Wrexham for a while now whenever I feel like a Pizza but never again after tonight. It arrived 25 minutes late (one hour 40 minute waiting time in total) and was cold, I don't pay for cold food and when I phoned up to complain I was given a mouthful of abuse. My advice is steer well clear as the food and customer service are appalling. It was a case of how dare I complain with a little threat aimed in my direction for good measure!!

Worst service ever, I placed my order and 55 minutes after the 55 minutes ETA my food arrived on the wrong side of warm and I didn't even get the pizza I'd ordered. I also spent 20 minutes with no success to have a single call I made answered. This the last and only time I use this establishment

Food ok, although worse than it used to be. And the waiting time for delivery is up to 2 hours, but when you order the delivery time, it is stated that 55 minutes. Angry :(

Large kebab but with a tiny pitta bread. Expensive too

Having not had a kebab in a long while, we were looking forward to a shish/doner combo. Will not be having another from Central kebab...ever! The shish was pure gristle and the doner was tasteless. Service was poor with no staff wearing face covering.

I had a shish kebab combo chicken and lamb. I don't normally have my salad and sauce added to the meat, I prefer everything separate but they wouldn't let me have it as I wanted saying it will cost more money but not said how much. So I had to agree to have it with no sauce but was too dry by the time I got home thankfully i had bought some garlic mayo in poundland

I did purchased chicken kebab with Ayran, they bringed me shish kebab with coca cola. I don’t like shish kebab or coca cola so all went to bin and i stayed hungry all night shift 12 hours. I have paid £18 for this and they didn’t even answered on my call to ask what is going on. Will never use again!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!

I regularly order from here either 16inch margarita pizza or a 12inch with a bottle of coke food is always on point staff on the phones are always friendly and so are the drivers there is no fault with them except they close early it would be better if they were open till 1 or something but that’s being picky other than that don’t order from anywhere else always go here

Regularly order from here for either a double chicken or beef burger with chips and a garlic bread with cheese, very rarely had a bad meal. Only complaint is once the chips came a bit soggy and my garlic bread was burnt, but still very rare. Ordered a triple beefburger with all the trimmings for my dad and he demolished it! The pizzas and garlic bread with cheese (you need to try it) are unmatched. Perfect for when you don't want to cook, would definitely recommend!
