I've been coming to the curry centre for over 30 years. We loved the previous owner who was a gem. Now we still come sometimes only for the food as it's amazing, but we ain't a fan with the lady who just sits all the time. There are two other staff who actually make time to ask you if you need anything.. help you with ordering. The skinny one and the chubby one.

I had a takeaway from this Gem, the whole meal the Chicken Dopiaza was amazing well seasoned well spiced it was lovely even as a takeaway imagine if I ate inside fresh on the spot..

I usually order food here and it's a good Indian restaurants in the surroundings. When I had dinner there the staff were lovely and the food was delicious. I strongly recommend this place to eat. I will for sure take my friends there when they visit me in London.

Food arrived hot and good portion sized but was slightly disappointed with the lack of depth of flavour of the chicken saag, tasted generic and tomatoey so wouldn’t order it again

My new go to Indian restaurant. Great food with the perfect balance of spice and flavour. Staff are very welcoming and friendly even if it’s your first time here. Prices can’t be beaten either. Whether your an Edgware local or just looking for a good Indian restaurant in general, I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely gorgeous food .All cooked to perfection and what beautiful flavours in the prawn puri and I loved the chicken tikka with onions and peppers..First time ordering and a great culinary experience.Great prices too ..Delivery driver very nice polite and professional..We will be ordering again very soon ..impressive all round ..thank you..

Nice but could do with more sauce.

food is always great, but they are always late. sometimes 10 minutes this time half hr, i understand traffic and how busy you are/ can be, but dont mark it as its out for delivery and been delivered when it isnt/ hasnt. And please change it so customers can track the driver.

The food did not taste nice. Normally it does but it did not this time. The food was cold. We had to re-heat.

Got a booking for tomorrow and can’t wait. Been to this restaurant uncountable times and never had a bad experience. Go with my partner and his family a lot and taking mine to experience. Thank you for the above and beyond service and lovely food, always.

The order was delivered on the time. We ordered chicken biryani and butter chicken. In the chicken biryani there were two small pieces of chicken.

Food was amazing especially the prawn puri and food came piping hot!

The driver didn’t turn up to collect when I contacted the restaurant they said the order had been made and was ready and sat on the side and had been for 50 minutes. It then wasn’t then delivered for another 40 minutes, by the restaurant themselves so as you can imagine it was cold and late.

Bedlam personified, Where to start?, I ordered tandoori lamb chops (4 per portion) I received 4 red hot bones that might once have had meat on them, I would say 15% meat, 85% bone, I also had an order of half tandoori chicken, I have seen budgies with larger legs, but in fairness, the breast was a good size, The next issue was noise, which was quite strange as we were the only customers in the restaurant!! unless you count a number of delivery drivers standing arguing about online order declined payments, and how you can't pay cash on delivery (most informative), However as a result of only having one member of staff (and a chief) doing everything apart from looking after my needs, I did want to order pudding and coffee, (not that the waiter asked if I wanted anything else) Moving on, when we finished our meal, we had to wait ten minutes until the bill finally arrived, Alas I would have been overcharged if I had just offered my credit card, my wife read the bill and spotted the mistake (an over charge for rice) I have used the curry centre off and on for 40 years, I used to be run by a father and his two sons, I can't say who runs it now, but I can say, at the end of the meal you would receive two chocolates and a "Thank you, see you soon" Now a big fat NOTHING,

The food and service are OK, but unfortunately, staff openly support Antisemitism, as a friend was collecting a take-a-way, she was verbally abused by another customer and staff did nothing, but tell her off, (not the abuser). This should be investigated!!

This restaurant is awful. The staff are so rude and they just ignore you. We waited so long for our food and it wasn’t even fresh. When we complained they didn’t like it. Worst service l, we won’t go there ever again

The food arrived cold, chicken arrived uncooked and it was plain. Found it hard to order over the phone the man was nonchalant, they got the rest of the order wrong. Anyways we were hungry by then and scoffed it down (not the chivken) now £30 out of pocket. It’s not for me and I can’t recommend sorry!

I usually go to restaurants a lot and I get quite confused when choosing food, but believe me this restaurant is great, you can choose any dish from the menu and they are all great. My family and I were there last weekend, we ordered chicken green bengal and mixed vegetable curry, it was amazing. they also have nice and friendly atmosphere with good customer service. I recommend that if you go to the curry centre, you must try the chicken green bengal, you will not regret it.

We ordered takeaway for dinner. We were warned on the phone that the food will take an hour to arrive. The food arrived an hour and a half later. I called to complain, but instead of an apology they tried arguing that I gave the wrong time. Then they checked the time of my call and acknowledged they were late, still didn't apologize but just kept repeating we were told it would be a long wait. The food was good, but next time we will just order from other places which do similar food for similar price and have better customer service...

Definitely the best indian I have ever had the food was amazing and the service was top notch. If you are in the area this is definitely the place to go. The staff was very rude, so, when we tried to tell the manager about it. We find out that manager is total jerk and creepy. Me and my friends are still afraid to go there because manager was total nuisance his way of talking wis girls are surely weird and his mind totally looks twisted.

We always get our curry take aways from the Curry Centre. The food is always hot, delicious and with generous portions. Staff always very friendly when I go to collect. Highly recommended.

We love it here! It’s my favourite Tika Masala in London! Service is amazing and food is always to a high standard. Go on Wednesdays and enjoy a discounted deal as well!

For the weak stomached, this is the only curry takeout I've ever had which doesn't give me and my husband tummy ache. I recommend the saag lamb .

Worst service I’ve experienced in my life. Would not recommend they took my order and money but never delivered the food and then when called to chase on the order I was told they do not deliver to my address and the driver asked to come collect from him at some random location. Very suspicious and unprofessional

I don't know how this place is still surviving. The staff is ridiculous. They don't care when you walk in , they treat you like they don't want you in. My waiter was Sovik ( if he gave me the right name); he seriously didn't wanted me there, he didn't take the order right and bought me wrong oder and when I asked; he was so upset. I asked for his name and he was reluctant to give him name. ( they should have there nane written as they are messing this place and someone should be accountable) May be the management need to change or this place need to be closed.

My family have been coming to this place for 20-odd years. Every single time, the food is fantastic. The flavours are brilliant, and the variety of choice is something we love. It is genuinely hard to go wrong with anything off this menu, and they are even willing to make vegetarian version of starters/mains that otherwise have meat in them upon request (personal favourite is the mushroom chaat puri they make instead of the chicken version).

I love this place! The food is second to none. The naans are the best I've ever had. The service is great, so friendly. Lovely little touches at the end too.

Lovely little restaurant tucked away near Edgware station. Food maybe not to everyone's taste but service was great and Sunday set meal deal was good value. Ordered a variety of food and pleasantly surprised. We got chicken pakoras, mini mixed grill, prawn puri, lamb puri for starters. Lamb bhuna, chilli garlic chicken, goan lamb curry for mains, a few side veg dishes and some lovely soft puffy naan bread. Staff were kind, friendly and patient.

If you are a curry fan you will l-o-v-e Edgware Curry Centre. This is the best curry in London. Portions are large, authentic and reasonably priced, and the friendly staff service is at the level you would expect in a 5-star restaurant. Well worth the journey to Edgware to impress your friends & family. The negative one-star reviews on here are clearly from competitors ;-P

This is the second time I have ordered from here for a family event. The first time back in November there were 25 people and today 80 people. On both occasions the food went down very well and everyone commented how tasty all the dishes were. The guys at Curry Centre were very professional, courteous and accommodated for all our party requirements, even recommending an upgrade to one of the curries at no extra cost. Highly recommended and I will be returning for sure as will my other family members! Thank you all at CC

My family and I have been ordering from them for years, and never once, we have been disappointed with their food quality. We always go back to them whenever we need to fix our curry cravings. Exciting, aromatic, and bold curries. Soft and fluffy naans. We always order their cauliflower side dish, vindaloo king prawns, daal, and garlic naan.

Just got a take away. I can honestly say I have never had such a bad meal. Inedible. Lamb tikka? Could have played the drums with the dry, stale meat. First time visitor, will never come back again.

I ordered this for my family last night spent 58 pounds and it was terrible, bland food taste like I got it from Tesco or asda frozen section. We didn't finish it as it was so bad. Had no spice or flavour I won't be buying again.

Exceptional Indian food. Really tasty. It is not a big or fancy restaurant but the food is superb. Definatelly worth a visit. Very polite and helpfull personel that know the food, ask them and discover new dishes. Reasonably priced with good size plates and menu. Their delivery is also quick and good. Very close to Edgware Underground, easy to visit.

Small but lovely restaurant, was in for my girlfriends parents birthdays tonight. Amazing food, fantastic service and went well above the quality of serviceyou would expect. Can't wait to visit again.

Our go to local takeaway. It's always great to catch up with the brothers who serve up tasty food that my extended family love time after time.

Their Lamb Briyani is absolutely amazing!!! It was nice and chilli just how Briyani should be.

All this for just over £30 definitely worth it. Called up and asked that it was all medium spice and that was catered for exactly. Will be returning! Was also a meal for 2 but can serve more.

Very disappointing. Used to order from here regularly (once a week) but noticed the quality dropping. Received an order tonight which was appalling. Half burnt naan and a curry drenched (completely covered) in oil. Completely inedible. Very disappointed and a waste of money.
