Caspain Kebab House in Cheshire West and Chester

My faith restored in the best kebab around the area. Had a bad experience a few weeks ago when had to wait hour and half for delivery and was missing items. After a phone call was told to order next kebab on them and sure enough it was honoured served and delivered piping hot and in short time. By far my favourite kebab shop. Chicken and donner mix is 10/10. Garlic breads are great too.

2 hour 15 minute wait for cold un- edible food… called numerous times to get a delivery update… cut off a few times… gave them the opportunity to explain… didn’t want to… I’d never use them again… the worst take away food and customer service I have ever experienced… if this review saves anyone else the disappointment

Been using Caspian for many years with no issues up until recently. Cannot fault the food, that being said this is the third time that we have purchased food to be delivered mid week. This time around i have currently waited 1 hour and 30 minutes so far with no luck of it turning up. Rang multiple times where they keep saying the driver is around the corner, surprise surprise, no driver along with no food. Very poor service, will order from elsewhere next time...

We have been coming here weekly for over 15 years. Best pizza kebab and burgers for miles around and great value for money. Staff are always very friendly and polite. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my takeaway.

Call in here after work and get a pizza. The lads always work hard. When I turn up around 12am they started the clean down. It nice to see 3verything getting cleaned. The owner is so pleasant and dose great pizzas. 10inch pizza £8

Kebab chicken? Yes geezer, it's a winner but you will want more of it so buy more.

Took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive, despite at time of ordering told 55 mins for delivery -.complete joke. Food was in wet & soggy boxes/paper bags. Not the most appealing or best quality of food. Very disappointing and won't be buying from their again.

Terrible service. - 2 and a half hours late - I was lied to on the phone repeatedly about the driver “on his way” - food arrived cold and the order was incorrect Hands down the worst kebab shop I’ve ever tried to order from. Refund request sent.

Never again . Omg I paid £35 for 2 apparently large kebabs on naan which were average at best and a 12 inch pizza . Rubbish. Try Facefood they have a website it's all good. large chicken shish on naan it's Fabulous

The negative reviews seem to be about delivery - I think it's worth going to collect. Tonight we had a Chef's kebab and lamb and chicken combi kebab. The quality of the meat was fantastic and cooked perfectly. Portion sizes very generous and lots of fresh, crunchy salad which was also of very good quality. I guess that's why the Caspian has been in business as long as it has.

The only good thing about my order was the driver who was at least polite. My food was 30 mins late, it cost £5 for delivery and there was another extra 50p "service charge". The onion rings were like rubber, the pitta bread was like leather and the salad consisted of about 70% onion. I spent £31.10 in total and could eat about a third of the food. I certainly won't repeat this experience

I order Kebab from Caspian first time, and I need to say that ist best Kebab in area. Alot of chicken, alot of doner, and taste is excellent. Regards from Weaverham, I will be back again :)

Always fantastic food, very accommodating to the odd order change and it’s always piping hot. Love that they ask whether you want salt and vinegar. Nowhere else I’d go for a Kebab.

Probably the best kebab in cheshire hence the reason its been ther a long time but i hav to highlight the negative the portions are diabolical i will not b visiting again u make so much profit on food just giv ur customers value for money.

this is one of the places i tend to end up for a late night snack. donna meat chips and cheese mmmm. pizza,s chicken, the two piece value chicken box is great value for money. pleasant staff and normally open when the pubs have closed.

just waited 90minutes for online order for delivery so rang them up,they said not started making it yet as really busy,they should have called to explain that then rather than kids waiting for tea but they dont bother,so cancelled the order,20 minutes later it arrives stone cold,not the way to treat paying customers at all

Always use caspians because there food is nice but there atttitde and service is terrible so rude and abrupt which there is no need to treat a regular customer like this. Needs improvement on how to speak to customers.

I’ve been here so many times and the food is amazing however the only thing that gets me is why is is £4 just for 8 chicken nuggets and £5 with chips. At home you can make that for about 60p. The kebabs are good though

My daughter goes there every now and again for tea when she cant be bothered to cook. Comes back £9.20 spent on chicken and donner combo and small chips blimmin expensive! Burger meal £5 that's not bad but kebabs need to have there prices put down.

I have been here with my mum a few times. £8.00 for doner meat and 6 pieces of kebab chicken. Chips are £1.70 for a small (thats not bad) but the rest of the food is a bit high priced. Still a great place to grab chips from.

Just spent nearly 60 pounds with these and it had a fried bug in the Donna kebab the place wants shutting down if I could leave no stars I would tried to just give me back 5 pound for the kebab absolutely shocking

Pre Ordered online spent over £20 got charged £2 deliver fee from castle to hartford an 50p card charge also found 2 large hairs in my chicken burger and after 5 mins of eating my food im sat on the toilet with a bad stomach so for the last hour ive been sat here and my partner has a bad stomach to not a happy bunny would not be having a take out from here again 😡

Iv been to this place many times over the past 20 years. In my opinion it is the best kebab in northwich and you can now get it delivered right to your door. If you are feeling like something really unhealthy after a few cold frosty ones they do a mean Donner meat and chips. We ordered 2 the other week and OMG w should have only got 1 there was that much. 10/10 Caspian and I'm sure I will be visiting you again soon. P.s. the pizzas are pretty good too especially the BBQ bugger 👍🏽

I ordered 2 large chicken kebabs and came saturated in grease, they were unedible and never like they have been before. i called and advised them and say i would just like a refund and the driver could pick up the food so they could see how bad it was. The man was not only patronising and asked if I knew what a kebab was, told.me a driver could not return as too busy and the manger was too busy to talk. I offered to come to the shop with the food and to do an exchange for my refund.. he then kept repeating I am blackmailing.him... I kindly advised I was not and it was a straight swap... he is was supposed to call me back in 10 mins, he is yet to call. I have.ordered countless good take aways from here with no issues. I am now logging a complaint via JustEat complete with pictures and would advise if your food isnt great then suck it up as they are as useful as a chocolate fireguard and frankly darn right rude.

a large and varied selection of foods. pizza,s, chicken, kebabs etc. fridays and saturdays open until 2 am. very handy for the late night drinkers. parking at the rear. open 7 days. friendly staff. very clean.

Ok, so we don't eat here very often but it's a great stop off for late night hunger pangs! They are a really good bunch of chaps, the food is always served piping hot and the pizzas are really tasty.

Eat from here probably once a week at least so can't be bad. Tend to go for the 3 piece chicken meal or chicken burger meal. Pizza is good from here

The chaps that run the place are very sweet and always give my son a lolly pop. A few Turkish words go a long way here and they are delighted when I say hello and thank you to them. Food is clean and cheap. The pizzas are quick and really tasty. The doner meat is some of the best I have had. Love the red cabbage!

The Caspian is very tasty and cheap compared to other places. I had a pizza with doner meat on top, and it was amazing! They also have a wide range of fast foods and drinks. Reccomend to anyone in the area who needs a quick dinner or a bite to eat. The Caspian rules!
