CasaCosta in Hammersmith and Fulham

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone a couple of times and he was exquisite. Congratulations Alessandro, you really know how to work with Customers. I thought I had found my ideal Italian deli nearby and I went to the shop ready to buy half of it...I wouldn't never expected such rudeness and arrogance by the person who was there at the time. I know his name but it's not worth mentioning as I'll never set foot in CasaCosta again. London is plenty of nice shops where to spend my money, as this gentleman seemed annoyed to take it...Sorry if we bothered you by buying your products. Anyway, I don't need you and you don't need me, chapter closed. Shame on you and the bad impression you give about Italians, normally kind and friendly.

Just like been in Italy, the best Italian shop in London by far, all my favourite products in one shop, for a small shop there's never ending things. There's even a speakeasy restaurant with a secret way to get inside but il leave that up to you to sss, I went before lockdown and cannot wait to return, we shared vegan burger and cotoletta o my gosh :) and desert of course which was all served at the table, great service great food :) Having lived in Italy for some time I was struggled to find the right products in UK and I've finally found them, even all the fruit and veg are directly from Italy, definatly my new local thanks casacosta now I can eat the feel Italy :) happy customer

This is an Aladdin's Cave of everything that is good about Italy...The bread..the meat..the cheese..the oils..the store cupboard ingredients..the pizzas...the fruit ...the vegetables..The list is endless 100% Top quality. 100% Value for money..A go to Grocers/Deli/ Butchers / Bakers...you have to give it a go Wonderful layout in the shop.excellent service.Believe you me if you purchase from Casa Costa you will be blasting out Volare & Shouting Mamma Mia from the rooftops! A Winner!!
