Sorry I like my beef vvvwell done and staff were not happy to serve it the way I wanted it. Bit expensive when you do not get the service you expect for the money you pay.

Absolutely amazing place and food! You need to go here. The salad and extras bar is amazing by itself, then you add on the unlimited, perfectly cooked meat and it's an absolute winner. Also the pescatarian option makes it available for non-meat eaters. Five stars

Everything was amazing. We went for a birthday lunch celebration, and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, polite , and entertaining. All the service provided is like a story, you are not getting bored and keeping you ongoing. Not too much, but not too little. Exactly how it should!

Great food, steaks cooked nice and pink but still got a nice crust to it. Chicken falls off the bone and you'll never have a moment where you feel like your waiting for food.

As we had never been to any form of Brazilian restaurant before, we had no idea what to expect. Except, our lovely taxi driver said it was the best restaurant in the city. And he was right. We were astonished with the format, speed in which we were seated at our table, and the quality of everything that followed. You get what you pay for.....so if it's a chippy meal you want, dont come here. This place provides a feast for kings. Every piece of meat we were served was cooked to perfection. Well done EVERYONE at Casa Brazilian Rodizio...it was all fabulous.

Food was pretty decent and good amount . What I didn't like is that from the moment I sat down until I left I felt harassed by staff to continuously order more drinks , if I want another drink , I'll order it . The meat was okay, with only one exception which was the filet steak , which was really good , the rest of the meat was just okay . Happy with the buffet / salad selection. At the end I have been told that I have a 10% service charge, not sure what for , at the end I paid for food and drinks , and I have been provided those , what am I tipping for ? Don't they know that a tip is usually for someone going above and beyond for you, or making your experience more special etc. Not just providing you the service you're already paying for. What annoyed me is that after I politely refused to pay for tip , someone came to me asking me on ( what seemed to me ) an annoyed tone and rhetoric : " How was the service ? Was it good ? " , and I said yes , and he left . I used to be a waiter myself and I know the difference in between " bringing food and drinks to the table " and " extra service " . If you want a tip you have to work for it , make the customer feel special , do something extra . Anyway, overall I would say for 35 pounds a head , the food was good and enough , but not amazing . Note to restaurant staff : If a customer wants extra drinks, they'll let you know , you don't need to ask them 6 times . If you just bring food and drinks to a customer's table , that's not worthy of " service charge " .

Had better rodizio experiences but it was still ok. Nothing bad. Just found the meat a bit grey. Salad bar a bit uninspiring

Dined at the casa for our 6th time last night, as always the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the staff are so nice and helpful. We won’t dine anywhere else now on our visits to york. Thanks guys!!

It was our first experience of eating at a Brazilian restaurant. If you love your meat, this is the place to go. My husband and our grandson were warmly welcomed and given the option of where to sit and sat in a nice cosy corner. The staff explained how everything worked and off we went. The salad bar has a good choice offerings and there are also hot items available. We were offered chips as they made these as needed also. We returned to our table where the offerings of meat then started. Utilising the card you are given, the green side for yes I would like more, the red side being no thanks. The choice was great, and my husband was able to get his meat well done. Due to being full, we didn't sample their desserts. It was an extremely enjoyable evening.

Greeted so warmly at the front of house and shown a table that had plates waiting. The servers came around to the table regularly and so that your plat was always full, with different styles and types of cooked meat plus there was a salad bar and hot food bar with delicious various foods. The fried banana was gorgeous and the ceaser salad and peaches and rocket was beautiful. The quality and seasoning of the food is stunning. Paired with a couple glasses of sangria, it was perfect! The vibe is utterly amazing with both traditional and modern southern Latin American music playing, 2 Brazilian dancers came out to entertain the customers and interacted and danced with people. The owner is also super friendly and made the effort to talk to people and all the staff were so kind and accommodating. Hugely recommended - one of the best restaurants around. 🌟

Dined at Casa on for an early evening dinner. After a warm welcome and seated quickly, our order was taken and we got started. Salad bar was fresh and had a wide variety. As the meats began to be delivered to the table it was apparent that the servers were enthusiastic about what the y were delivering, explain what each of the various meats were and how they were cooked. Quality was good, service excellent, and the setting comfortable though lacking atmosphere, but to be fair, it was quiet whilst we were there. Value, though we all ate what we wanted, when the bill came it was more expensive than anticipated, not due to any suspicious charges, just felt a little speedy.

Having seen the outstanding reviews, we were excited to give this place a go on our first night in York. With such high expectations, it was always going to be hard for this restaurant to live up to the hype, yet it did so with ease. Every single staff member was so warm and helpful, and our server was making us laugh and smile the whole time despite clearly being quite busy. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff informed us they were also 2 for 1 - we were happy to indulge! The hot and cold buffet to go alongside the meat selection was wonderful in itself; getting there so late on a Monday, I was concerned about the freshness of the buffet and selection of meats coming around but this wasn’t an issue in the slightest. The selection of meats was excellent, starting strong with fillet steak and circling through a great variety of meats and flavours that you wouldn’t normally get to try. The seasoning was incredible on every single offering. Going on a Monday, the meal was incredible value for the quality and volume; we paid a reduced rate due to it being a Monday but I would have felt the value was good even if I’d gone on a day where it was full price. I really loved the attentiveness of the staff at the end of the night, asking us if there was anything we particularly wanted to see for another round that we enjoyed most. Soon after, we were given a generous second helping of the delicious sweet pork belly and, one of my personal favourites from the night, cinnamon roasted pineapple (slightly unusual, but it was absolutely incredible!). It was hard not to come back here for night two of our break - we have already said that if we return to York we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Highly recommend this place to locals and tourists alike! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I went here for the first time on Sunday and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's essentially all you can eat for different cuts of meat. We ate things that we wouldn't ordinarily have which was nice and it was all cooked to perfection.

This is not a place I will return to. I wasn't impressed with the food. While the service was nice, the food was not for me. If someone likes meat, I think this will be their vibe. I wasn't impressed with shrimps and dried pasta in salads. Weak 3 stars for me

We abandoned the pursuit of steak and Brazilian steakhouses after visiting a few Fogo De Chao branches in the London area. The stark contrast will be understandable to those who have sampled Fogo de chao in the United States. Therefore, we were also hesitant with respect to Casa. Then, we simply took on the experiment. We were not dismayed in the slightest. The steaks were expertly prepared and sourced from high-quality meat. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was excellent. Overall, a delightful experience and a high-quality restaurant that is a must-try in York.

Had to stay over in York for work with my son and chose to eat here, everything was fantastic with the food and I mean everything, and the staff could not be any nicer, even ended up having a chat with the owner who was very nice, would definitely recommend to anybody

Service - The service here is impeccable. The waitress who greeted us was fantastic and very friendly, we instantly felt welcome and like valued customers. She gave us choice regarding seating and explained the system well. Service from the circulating meats was also fantastic and very frequent. Its worth noting we attended our booking 1 hour early due to an early finish of activities and they were easily able to accommodate us. Food & Drink - The food was fantastic and very high quality. As were the cocktails we had, very alcoholic and very tasty (2'4'1 between 4 & 7pm). Atmosphere - Fantastic, very relaxed. Nice ambient background music at a level that's easy to talk over and matches the restaurants style. Surprisingly quiet at peak dining time and tables well spaced so even if busy would have been pleasant. Overall - Fantastic experience and very good value for money. Would happily return if visiting York again and wish they would open one in London.

My God, think of a good Brazilian restaurant! And the rodízio house made me feel like I was in Brazil with my family!! The owner is super kind and a very good person, Sofia is a great professional and adorable!! The very professional waiter Luciano presented the meats and served us, in fact the entire team was wonderful, the service was 1000 thousand (ball show) a cozy atmosphere, fantastic delicious food!! All good but, the cheese pan, the ribs, salads and the service, I have no words, the best Brazilian restaurant I have been able to enjoy the food and the company of all the staff who work there are wonderful!! For me, between my trip to England and Spain, the best restaurant in Brazil!! Thank you Brazilian Rodízio house!! You are the pride of Brazil!!

Very good time with family, with wonderful foods and meat varieties, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Definitely coming back.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, with an adequate buffet of an assortment of salads and side dishes. The bbq selection of meats was cooked to perfection. Different types of cuts of pork, beef, chicken, and lamb were on offer at the time of my visit.

What an amazing experience. Meat is fantastic. The truffle fries is a must try! If the buffet is too much you can ask for the menu. The plate to share was plenty full!

PSA for any meat lovers in York… get yourself down to Casa for an unreal Brazilian buffet with the most flavoursome meat 😍 There were 18 cuts of meat to choose from and it was all CHEFS KISS 😮‍💨 we also made full use of the unlimited salad bar which was always topped up… its safe to say we both left feeling very full and satisfied and it was a 10/10 experience! The staff were so attentive and lovely and it was great to meet the owner, Eduardo, he even showed us a signed boot from Ronaldo!! Our highlights from the night had to be their delicious cocktails, the Pork Belly, the Flank, Fillet and Lamb but it was all outrageously good! Thanks for having us guys!

Went with a friend on Saturday afternoon, was fairly quiet. Service was very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for drinks. Salad bar was well stocked and had a great selection and condiments. The rotation of meat was brilliant, asked for rare and all the relevent meats came out rare. Excellent value for money and unlike other places in Leeds I've been, they don't just do one round and never come back, they were generous! Will definitely return.

Third time Rodizio style restaurant and so far the best one. Superb meets, great buffet to accompany. Very nice waiters, attentive but not intrusive and friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent evening. I've eaten so much that I wasn't hungry until next day lunch.

As a Brazilian, I can tell that this restaurant is pretty authentic. Also, the service is fantastic, and special kudos to Luciano!

Well what can I say. This was my first visit to casa and it will no be my last. The service from the staff is nothing short of amazing. The food is next level and for the price you would be hard the experience at any other restaurant in the UK.

We came here as a treat for our final night in York. Sophia looked after us whilst we were there. She was very friendly, happy and attentive. Very nice girl. The food, albeit on the pricier end of the restaurants was second to none quality. All the meats we had were delicious and the carvers weren't stingy when they came round. My favourites were the rump steak, pork belly and grilled pineapple. The pineapple was so nice I had it 3 times. The help yourself buffet was of equal quality and was regularly restocked. The food was fresh and the range of food really impressed me. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and nice, we felt really welcome. Overall we had a lovely experience and meal here. Forgot to mention, it was wonderful having a brazillian where the meat wasn't over seasoned. It was perfect.

Hi, on June 1st I had a birthday dinner with my friends and the service was very good. I don't eat meat but the restaurant managed to provide a dish with seafood and fish. I would like to especially thank Mr. Luciano for his exceptional service and affection, he treated us very well, he told a few quick stories about how his work, despite seeming easy, means you always have to be aware of accidents. We really liked his service, and we will definitely come back to say hello. Thanks.

Pleasant staff, attentive and friendly. Food was good value for money, not mind-blowing but for this money it was well worth it. Venue was nice , again not astounding but these aren't eye watering prices. For a quality rodizio at affordable prices this checks all the boxes and would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing! Grab your own salad and server's are constantly walking around to see if you would like some freshly cooked meats! Alsorts. I preferred well done steak so they actully went and spoke to the chef! Amazing gammon and sausages. Obviously the steak was 🤤🤤🤤 amazing

Went on a Saturday for a mate's birthday and had a fantastic time. Succulent steak and excellent wine. Staff very friendly and always on hand to refill glasses and cater to any other requests. There were around 15 of us and everyone was very satisfied. If you like meat and a good atmosphere you can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I went for a meal here last night as part of our anniversary celebrations over the weekend. The staff were so kind and welcoming, even bringing us a couple of complimentary glasses of prosecco to say congratulations.
