Casa Brazilian Rodizio in York

First time visit to this restaurant and this style of food / serving. Really tasty food, extensive salad buffet, our group had both the meat and fish options and both were so well cooked and flavoursome. We must have interacted with 4 or 5 different waiting and serving staff and every single one was exceptionally enthusiastic and friendly! Just wish we lived closer to York to come again!

Group of 7 slow service from seating us, taking drinks order, explaining the system to then serving meats Good choice of salad/hot buffet Slow service with meats, our table was often missed despite all our cards showing the green side When asked for some meat to be a little more cooked the server said no pros be about 5mins......25 minutes later it was brought, felt they forgot and needed the waiter to prompt them We were not offered the garlic bread or pineapple and had to ask if there was any fillet steak as advertised on menu Not sure if it was because we was a large table but the other tables with 2 people were being served constantly with meat and they never went up to the salad bar. Sadly not worth the money paid for the very little meat we got

We came to York on a family break from Norwich to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. My wife and daughters completed the usual city site seeing and to cap the final night we wanted to celebrate with a lovely meal. We chose Casa Brazilian and it was a good decision. The staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was electric. And the most important thing the Food was free flowing and delicious. We all enjoyed the overall experience and would highly recommend a visit to Casa Brazilian Rodizio.

Top marks. Very friendly staff. Excellent service with frequent table visits. Very tasty rodizio meats, especially the rump and ribeye. And a well stocked salad bar. Highly recommended.

Lovely experience. Great ambience and the food was exceptional. The meat was cooked to perfection and everything we tasted was faultless. Service was also to a consistent high standard. Our waiter Ben was very accommodating and couldn’t not do enough for us. We have been here before and will definitely continue to return.

Been the first time visiting,totally enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was absolutely amazing! From the buffet to all the meat. Came Friday evening with my boyfriend for our valentines dinner, and we couldn’t believe how phenomenal this place is! We both work in hospitality and have never seen a place more efficient than this, the restaurant was packed but the service never fell short. we had a few cocktails which were great and paid for the dinner menu, absolutely great value for money, meat was the best i’ve ever had. Will be returning for sure ++ highly recommend you try the churros!

It was okay. You can visit most places and get better steak. As an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse it is lacking. The steak was dry and very poor. The steak was served very slowly. You will enjoy your experience here if you have never been to a similar steakhouse before. Otherwise; you will wish you visited elsewhere.

First time here. Amazing...only complaint is I couldn't eat any more. FtB Would definitely recommend. Shout out too to the staff. Lovely bunch. Will definitely be back.

Our dining experience here was extremely disappointing. The restaurant failed to inform us upfront that our table was reserved for another party later, which led to staff rushing us aggressively halfway through our meal. Being pressured to eat faster while still waiting for dishes! Completely ruined any chance of enjoying the food.

Wow! What an amazing restaurant! We were there to celebrate two birthdays and we were very well looked after. Plenty of top quality meat constantly being brought to the table for us. Even the salad bar was delicious (and I'm not a massive fan of rabbit food!). May have ended up in a little bit of a food coma! Also Ben our server as well as the rest of the team were excellent!

This has instantly become my favourite restaurant, the staff are very friendly and attentive, the place itself is smart and spotless and the food is fantastic. Excellent salad bar with a wide variety of foods, the steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. Absolutely fabulous!! The best Brazilian rodizio experience ever. Blows all of the chains out of the water. The food was stunning, salads and sides beautiful, and the meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ben was the main guy looking after us, and was fab. All staff bringing out the meat were super attentive, the meat comes out frequently and quickly - some other places are very slow and it can feel frustrating, but not here!

Great place, £10 each cheaper than the one next to the canal. Lovely decor, good selection of meats, the hot and cold buffet gets topped up frequently. Only downside is service charge was added to the bill and I asked for a rum and coke and got charged for a double. Didn't realise until later. Still, with that said. We would both return.

We had such a lovely evening here. Staff was really kind and friendly. Meat was delicious, we turned up at 8.30 no booking and maybe didn't experience what you would at a busier and earlier time. But what we did have was really good and some of our requests at the end were served. The caipirinhi was lovely and the Chilean wine was delicious. Staff vibes were 10/10. Also the salad bar was stunning with blue cheese Salads, prawns, olives, Hummus and potato + hot food options. So good ! Thinking of coming back .

Excellent value for variety of quality meats cooked beautifully by the chefs and a very good selection of fresh produce on the salad bar. Staff are welcoming,professional and attentive. Cannot fault this restaurant and we will definitely dine here again when visiting York

Genuine Brazilian restaurant with very good quality food! I do know as I speak portuguese and have also been to many Brazilian Rodizio restaurants before and Casa Brazilian Rodizio is of very good quality indeed!

Great place. Booked ahead and strongly recommended as this place was rammed. Seated promptly and welcomed by our waitress who explained the menu. Salad bar fresh and plentiful and go up as often as you like. The meat comes round with the waiters on a table mat traffic light system (red, no more, green, more please). All food extremely good quality, well cooked, and good portioned when carved at the table. Good value and quality food with extremely helpful staff.

Lovely staff, amazing atmosphere. My only issue is that happy hour had 2 for 1 on cocktails, but not mocktails, which wasn’t made clear so bill ended up way higher than expected

First time here, although the family has eaten here before, special event for my father in laws birthday. First off, excellent service, imidiate warm welcome from the host, and incredible service throughout. Secondly, excellent food, different cuts of beef, gammon, chicken, sausage all carved to your plate, steaks especially where cooked to perfection, really good warm and cold salad bar, Finally, atmosphere, perfect, a mixture of modern and rustic, very comfortable. Wish I could give more stars. Shall definitely eat here again.

Amazing selection of meats that just never stopped coming. Great salad bar and staff were super friendly and kept the drinks coming too.

If you like meat, this is the place to go! We left fully stuffed and really enjoyed the experience. Completely different way of eating, but something we would definitely do again. The unlimited sides were brilliant, but the main event (the meat brought to the table) was fantastic! There was so much variety, and you could just keep getting more! The service was great as they kept coming round, so I could not fault any part of the meal!

Every time we dine here the service and food is always excellent. This Monday was no exception and we will be returning very soon.

Delicious! First time taking my girlfriend to a Brazilian restaurant and showing her food from my home country. The buffet food was warm and tasty, the meat was delicious. For the price it was a bargain as Manchester fazenda is double the price and terrible I comparison. I recommend the caipirinha passion fruit! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Expensive but worth it. Great treat and we enjoyed the meat variety. Grateful we were accommodated at short notice.

Amazing food, atmosphere was amazing. Was accompanied by Luciano. Very friendly guy. Service was sublime. Travelled from Peterborough to York just to try this restaurant and it was definitely worth the travel. Luciano is an asset to the company and aswell as the English man with the arm tattoo. I didn’t catch his name but props to both of them. Thank you for having us !

Wow! What a fantastic meal 😋 The meat was superb, cut off a skewer at your table. A wide range of salad and cooked vegetables at the buffet table. Wanted to eat more, but my eyes were bigger than my body!!!! The staff were attentive and welcoming.

Food was very nice although it felt like we were under attack by meat skewers at one point. The staff were very friendly but it was all about getting people moved on so they could have the table back. Expensive considering we were only in there for about 40 minutes.

Great food and really good service

Dined at Casa on for an early evening dinner. After a warm welcome and seated quickly, our order was taken and we got started. Salad bar was fresh and had a wide variety. As the meats began to be delivered to the table it was apparent that the servers were enthusiastic about what the y were delivering, explain what each of the various meats were and how they were cooked. Quality was good, service excellent, and the setting comfortable though lacking atmosphere, but to be fair, it was quiet whilst we were there. Value, though we all ate what we wanted, when the bill came it was more expensive than anticipated, not due to any suspicious charges, just felt a little speedy.

Meat heaven! I’m Brazilian, and I’ve been in a lot of Brazilian restaurants in UK and I can say eating at Casa I felt like Home. The food is very authentic and delicious. So many variations of side on the buffet and the meats are to die for. Not forgetting to mention all the staff are very friendly and Attentive and gave us an Amazing service. This place is my favourite restaurant in uk, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic! We booked for 1pm but arrived early as it was freezing cold outside. We were the only ones in the restaurant but it soon filled up and you can see why it is popular. Salad bar was fresh with a great selection of dishes, meats were cooked to perfection and offered frequently, staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a great experience, highly recommended and great value for money.

Las opciones en el buffet frío y caliente eran tan variadas y luego los camareros trajeron varias carnes - cordero, bistec, pollo, pavo, vientre de cerdo, chuletas de cordero, cerdos en mantas. Went for the lunch time all you can eat menu. Good salad, cheese and cold meat selection. The meat that was offered was cooked to perfection. The honey gammon was a firm favourite with our table.

Great food and felt absolutely stuffed after being there. Food was coming out at the right pace allowing us to enjoy the meal. The Caipirinha was one of the best I've had. Will definitely go again next time I'm in York!!

Good food and very attentive and friendly service

The chilli beef, beef fillet and Brazilian steak are amazing. The cinnamon pineapple is also delicious (this was my favourite). The salad bar was OK. The staff were absolutely amazing though, so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it here. They alao brought out a delicious Brazilian cake slice for my birthday. Thank you so much.

The concept is great in itself, but the food, the service, and the ambience of the restaurant was excellent. If I lived in York I would be there FAR too often...😉

The first time I tried this type of food and I have to say that it was SURPRISING, the meats were very delicious, a lot of salads to accompany and hot dishes. It is worth going to Lunch, the price is very cheap and you eat a lot. The waiters are very nice and make sure you don't miss anything. 10/10

Excellent place where you can eat delicious meat )) The buffet is included in the price and contains vegetables, various appetizers… Then they keep bringing different types of meat to the grill until you put the red card. Meat quality is quite high

Loved it! First Rodizio in a few years but WOW. Brilliant selection of meats & sides, super friendly staff & great drink. It was a beef rich night for us. Sirloin, ribeye, flank & rump. Added with juicy, spicy chicken, wings, gammon & pork. This kids lapped it up too. Definitely got our £30 a heads worth for the adults. Our 10 year old was under £10 & the eldest was still approx £15 but our bellies were bursting when we left.

Comparing with Estabulo and Fazenda, this place has lower food standards, very small choose in a buffet. Mushrooms in garlic mushrooms, was not fresh. In general not bad, but there much much better Brazilians restaurants around if you like high quality food. Also I would like to add that the toilets were filthy.

We had a beautiful meal here today for my son’s 21st birthday. We arrived early which wasn’t a problem as our table was ready. The staff and service by each member was outstanding as well as the food. Everything was delicious and hot, with copious amounts and variety. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. Great location, we were there on Thursday around 5 p.m. and got a good discount. Rich selection at the warm & cold buffet. There is also a wide selection of different types of meat - superbly served. There are 5 stars for that.

First time coming here and the atmosphere here was the best I’ve ever experienced! Amazing food & unlimited amounts - dessert was great too 😊 Staff is so so so lovely, overall 10/10 will come often :)
