Carole's Crêperie in Merton

Carole's Creperie was set up as a pop up at a lunch reception I attended. The food was excellent! I am gluten-free and was surprised to find a mix all ready to go. Care was taken not to mix utensils, but I am not coeliac so couldn't comment on that. I had both a savoury and a sweet crepe. I have never tasted authentic Paris-style crepes in London before. Absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous crepe with spinach cheese and mushrooms- very tasty! Very easy to find in the piazza.

Carole was so warm and friendly, my daughter had a Nutella crepe and she loved it. I’m coming back on my next trip to Wimbledon and I’m going to have a savoury crepe.

This is the best crepe I have ate. I love it so much and she is so friendly. I can enjoy by talking with her and the cafe is clean and well decorated. Carole is energetic and nice. I enjoyed so much. I recommend the Nutella one it is sooooo good.

My 12 year old son and I were in need of a lift after weeks of CV quarantine. Finding Carole's Creperie online, we drove from Walton-on-thames to Wimbledon to experience a French / Caribbean equivalent of traditional pancakes. This was well worth the journey. Carole's Crepes were exceptional and Carole herself - delightful. The Creperie will be out stop-off to and from central London from home in the future. Thoroughly recommended on every level. Had the most wonderful crepe today. I had the traditional lemon and sugar which had a hidden twist of lemon curd. absolutely magnificent. Thanks!
