Paid for it online! As they haven't paid the phone bill! Ordered online and went out of my bank, no food so went around to get it! Rude staff!! Be glad when we get a new takeaway now!! I've paid and haven't got the food even though I have proof!

First time I have visited and I will definitely be going back, donner and chicken kebab was amazing, expecially the chicken. 5 *****

We ordered 2 small pizzas tonight at about 6pm. We were told that delivery would be 45 minutes which was not a problem. After almost an hour my husband called up to chase the order and was told you were very busy and that it would be 5-10 mins. A further 20 minutes later there was still no sign of food, so my husband phoned again for the 3rd time, To be told you were busy with walk ins and it would hopefully be done soon. 1 hour 20 minutes for 2 9 inch pizzas is a joke so we cancelled the order and said we wouldn't be returning to which the young lad on the phone said ok bye and put the phone down. Not even an apology. Terrible customer service!

If we are feeling lazy & cannot be arsed to cook our usual Michelin Star 🌟 quality evening meal, I sometimes walk to Carlito’s & order a large chicken & ‘well done’ doner kebab + large fries with red salt. Ordering in person works well as I can speak to a member of staff face to face & politely request that our order is prepared to our liking. This isn’t a problem & the staff are pleasant friendly & helpful - despite being harassed/hounded by the phone ringing with ‘I want it now’ delivery orders. I recommend Carlito’s as long as you speak to the person taking your order & politely explain how you would like your food preparing.

a good ham and pineapple pizza but 7.30 for a 9 inche pizza bit steep luv and plus where tf are my cheesy chips at but stingy half a box there but not half price 🙄

Had wrong calzone in my order and an overcooked burger to the point the meat was Black and solid. Took back for burger for a refund and the calzone was swapped for the original order (Hot and Spicy). The new calzone was made ridiculously hot with chilli sauce on top of the calzone aswell as inside. I've ordered regularly here before and eaten that calzone countless times with no issue. I have overlooked mistakes previously but this wasn't acceptable. I know the difference between a hot calzone and a pure inferno on dough! Will not be ordering again from here.

Ordered late night food, cheese chips and cheesy garlic bread and got a mushroom and pineapple pizza

It's ok, I do feel the standard has slipped a lot lately, the pizzas and garlic breads are very greasy.

Love their Hot Doner Calzone and their House Special Kebab. You can order & pay online but make sure you take cash (no cards) if you're paying at the takeaway.

Ordered pizza for 7pm, collected on time. Pizza was absolutely delicious. Not the first time and all excellent. Recommend these pizzas for everyone

Used carlitos for years, food delivered today was cold. Even told delivery person it was cold. Rang to discuss and the telephone got left on the side, no replacement food or manners - paid money for cold food

Sometimes only Carlitos will do!

Don't bother the food is OK but they just can't get a simple order correct and when you ring to tell them they argue with you not worth it

I decided to use carlitos because they are significantly cheaper that wyre pizza.... now I understand why, the quality is shocking. I know kebab shops are already value products being served so why the need to go even further and find cheaper products... because of greed. You couldnt serve this food to locals from any country that serves traditional kebabs. Why in the uk are we so content with eating sub par takeaway food?

I come here nearly every week with my friends or my parter the staff are so friendly and kind and the food is so delicious and tasty I would highly recommend coming here we have never had a problem here see you again soon

Great takeaway pizzas burgers etc top notch

We occasionally come here when at our caravan, food is okay but the only downside is the kebab meat is very thinly sliced, could be a little thicker.

Really lovely staff, i was even treated to some beautiful Kurdish Tea :) This again, food was really nice too.

Just ordered a pizza and cheesey chips the food taste of mold absolutely vile when called after vomiting they offered another pizza no refund nothing told to collect the food as it wasnt edible.

Too many items on the menu. Pizza, kebabs, burgers, fried chicken. Food is okay, but on arrival pizzas were waiting before other food finished. Got back (2 min drive). Pizza barely warm.

Poor all round, ordered in the shop and waited outside the window. They didn’t tell me it was ready just put it on top of the pizza oven, so all the food was cold. Didn’t ask about sauces, I had to ask how they knew what sauces I’d wanted when they gave me the bag, didn’t put any salad or sauce in the chicken kebab, just a few pieces of chicken. Haven’t eaten here for a while because it’s so bad, disappointing to see it’s got worse. Fed most of it to the dogs.

I love this place. They’re efficient, friendly, good value for money and more importantly their pizzas are fab and tasty. I’m lucky to have them so close to home. Keep up the good work guys!

Really nice food I would highly recommend the kebabs a little bit pricey but the price is worth it as the quality is high I've been there three times already and I'm eating from there again tonight

Our Pizzas tonight were fantastic. Will definitely get our pizzas from here again the next time we are visiting.

Ok, first off i have never eaten here so can't judge. What i did receive though, hence my 3 out of 5 stars was a menu through the post. We received the menu on a Wednesday and had planned on going the pub on Friday then ordering Carlito's upon our return. We were looking forward to this as it was a new takeaway/restaurant we hadn't tried before. It took only 30 seconds for each of us to read through the menu to realize how boring....just like any other takeaway this place was. Boring menu, even dearer prices than similar places. When i read a new menu i want something that stands out, this place doesn't have it, hence i ordered from where i usually do. Carlito's be original and give me something different!!!
