Good food, good staff, and a lovely dining experience

Waited 1.5 hours for spag Bol and carbonara ,carbonara tasted burnt and spag Bol was penne pasta with no mince £30 of food in the bin and were starving

Just had a great takeaway from here. The restaurant was quiet when I collected, but greeted with a smile and some friendly chat. The food was great, and to the guy that served me, yes, the antipasti platter for 2 was fantastic.

The food was lovely and pretty reasonable, space was at a premium but the atmosphere was good and live music a plus. Would definitely come to visit again

The gravy was like water, Yorkshire pudding like a wet dishcloth, so disappointed. Sorry but no, nothing like the picture

we have had some lovely meals eating in here but the takeaway was awful. we were originally told it would be delivered between 13.30-13.45, by 14.10 it still hadn’t arrived so we called to chase. eventually delivered at 14.25, almost a full hour late. yorkshire puddings were burnt, the gravy was basically water. veg and meat were fine but nothing special, overall not worth it.

Ordered for delivery and they wouldn't accept card, didn't tell me cash only, wouldn't let me go cash machine and wouldn't let me drop it off at the restaurant so took the food back to either throw or redeliver to someone else. Pathetic really. Won't order again.

Had an excellent meal for 4. My starter and seafood pasta were excellent, the service was also excellent, thanks to the owner for a very nice evening out. Will certainly be back.

Really enjoyed Pacinos for my wifes 50th birthday celebration. Staff were excellent.

Friendly service, long wait for lasagne that was apparently 'ready to go' and then when it arrived it was burnt on the sides and bottom (and served in enamel pie dishes that are not really 'oven to table' wear so the presentation was off putting). Taste was acceptable but not what we expected from an authentic Italian Restaurant. Overall disappointing.

Cannot fault the staff and food was lovely. Service from start to finish was attentive but not intrusive. Would question the live music, although very able and musical, the act was too loud for people to talk over the meal, which is part of the reason you go to a restaurant, either on a first date, family get together or girl/boy treat.

Our first time here for a friend's birthday party. I'm sorry to say that we weren't impressed at all. Although the my food was adequate, my partner's on the other han, weresn't. And other people's orders were incorrect 🙄 plus we were waiting over an hour for it. I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed and I won't be returning. And i wouldn't recommend it

Decent food, took a minute to be greeted when we entered and we were the first in there. Atmosphere is okay for Fleetwood. A lovely little addition to Fleetwood and a change of pace for the usual additions to the high street, prices were reasonable too. Thanks!

Really don’t understand these other reviews, this is THE worst Italian restaurant I have every been in. For people to write authentic Italian food I take it they’ve never been out of Fleetwood. I’ve had minestrone soup in Venice , Sorento , Florence, Turin amongst others ,although never had an offering like this! To say it was poor is an understatement. The only decent thing that was served was the garlic bread and the pizza. All other mains and starters were poor in my opinion. Understaffed and more interested in band who were setting up. As I say this is my opinion but failed to see where the positives come from on the other reviews. Thankfully I won’t be back.

Absolutely awful food. Nothing tasted fresh and was vert poorly cooked. For starters we had trio of bruschetta, it came served on some sort of flat bread( definitely not bruschetta) and the mushroom topping tasted sour. Other starter was ribs that where very poor and covered in a sauce that was vile. Main course contained a sir loin steak that was requested medium rare, came out well done and the cut of meat was very chewy , had better steak at spoons than this. Nothing about the food reminded me of genuine Italian food. The only positives where the drinks and serving staff. Avoid at all cost.

We ordered what we thought was going to be a lovely Sunday Roast Takeaway. Instead what we got was disgusting. Never again. I'd post a pic but no option to post one.

An awesome italian restaurant, spag bol was great and the garlic pizza was “too good to resist”, from my son. Staff were very kind and atmosphere was very good. Toilets were meh, but doesn’t matter. I would give this 6 stars, although expensive, worth your time and money!

Pleasantly surprised. Our Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about menu and drinks. My sistet and I started with Garlic Cheese bread, which was very tasty. My sister had lasagne which was a goid portion and piping hot. I had the tagliatelle salmon. Could have had a little more salmon in it, but it was tasty. Gave 3 stars for atmosphere as we found the room temperature to be cold.

Food was ok.l had a £50 voucher.had to ask for fried onions as they weren't on side order or mushrooms too.I did get fried onions when I asked the waitress.we did eat all of the meal though.

Fantastic meal as always. Great service, and the entertainment was awesome.

Staff were really friendly, food was delicious and you could tell it was home made and not bought in. Wine list was very user friendly so you could actually pick a wine you would like not just hoping it’s to your taste! Plenty to chose from on the menu and they do offer kid size meals too. They were wonderful with my little boy and once they saw he took a liking to their fish tank also let him feed them to.

Managed to fit in table of ten short notice. Food great, price for food and booze great and atmosphere great. Thank you.

Very nice place, food lovely. Shame about service very slow. 2 hours been here. No starters.just ordered mains and deserts and still not got deserts..slow when wasn't many In..lot more arrived not sure how cope. Hopefully this is a one off..

Great place and absolutely fantastic, authentic Italian food. Had muscles to start with a garlic bread with cheese. Steak for main which was cooked to perfection. The wife also had a fantastic meal. Would recommend this place to anyone

Can’t fault the food it was delicious and reasonably priced. But as visitors we felt alienated and as if we were intruding on a private party. The main waitress was far more interested and chatty, even getting another table out of the back room for locals and “regulars” while we waited and had to ask for a drink. When we did she shouted one of the other waitresses whom was run off her feet to come and take our order because she was to busy talking !!!!! Kids playing the piano. Was ok for 5 mins (I work with 3 & 4 year olds ) so know how bored they get when out for meals but no consideration for other diners trying to enjoy a quiet meal and no attempt to get them off it. Really spoilt a good night that we were looking forward to

Loved the food, one of the best Italians I had ever had, atmosphere good , service was very good.

We went here for our anniversary, the food was fabulous and the staff lovely and welcoming, can't wait to go back.

We have just had a fantastic meal at Pacinos celebrating my parents Anniversary the staff was really nice and helpful and the meal was 1st class, we highly recommend and will be back for another crack thanks for a great night 👍

Just spent £136.00 on the worst fake Italian meal I've ever tasted in my whole life!!! Absolutely disgusting disgraceful tasteless watery burnt food with unbelievably watered down wine!! Not enough staff for hardly any customers..... weird experience NEVER AGAIN!! please remove your Italian name as it's extortionate prices and NOT ITALIAN !!! As I can't reply I've had to add this to my review; Yes you did change my 2 glasses of watery fake wine..... you the manager was working alongside the chef...... far too busy for me to find you so as we didn't want to ruin the rest of our family day out we paid and left. Also burnt garlic bread with watered pasta and cheap steak, was not worth £34 each person.... The fact you put the only 2 tables next to us in a empty restaurant is the reason why we didn't want to make a scene. Why should we of had to complain ANOTHER time????? You ruined the day enough!!! #fakeitalian

What an amazing place for food. Thank goodness there is now a restaurant in Fleetwood to rival the quality served at the Trafalgar. Italian food that is exquisite, incredibly tasty and served by thoughtful and attentive staff. Wow! It deserves to do incredibly well. Muto bueno. We will be back.

Brilliant food lovely friendly service

This place is great! Atmosphere is great and cool and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, Definitely do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in fleetwood.. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Fleetwood ! Highly recommend!

Superb food, lovely atmosphere and the friendliest of staff. Salmon pasta was really tasty and the fusili con pollo a delight. However, the deserts take the 1st prize with the cheesecake just yummy and the profiteroles delightful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back very soon.

Called in here for Sunday lunch after busy day at the affinity retail park.

Absolutely beautiful food! We have dined in and, had food delivered. Every time it has been delicious!!! HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting Italian food to give this place a try... you won't be disappointed! A++++++

Lovely establishment tastefully decorated. Staff were very welcoming attentive and polite. Food was top notch and a fantastic choice. Drinks menu was standard with the added bonus of a lovely selection of cocktails all very nice. Over all a good time was had. Would certainly go again and with a few minor negatives which were discussed on the night and things that don't detract from how nice it was to go then it would have been a five. Good job Pacino's! Many visits since and always been a fantastic experience!

Took my mum here for her bday meal and it was absolutely faultless , amazing service staff are really nice and welcoming , really nice homely feel to the place along with outstanding food ! Will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely fantastic! The food is excellent and the service we received was outstanding. This was our first visit but will definitely be visiting again.

Went for a family get together. 5 covers with a couple of starters, full complement of mains, and a couple of desserts and drinks came to just over £120. Right on the tram line. Food was great. Was not at all busy (Wednesday evening).

Just not enough words to say how awesome this place is the staff is amazingly friendly the chef wow wow wow her food is incredible what a fantastic cook people need to visit this beautiful place for a gorgeous meal and drink the manger is friendly and comfortable in talking to you like family his family is beautiful its like having a meal at home in your comfort is they have nights with music every 1st of each month anyone can come people come from all over to come to this beautiful place beautiful food and beautiful people... it is the best in town and i think all the other towns to me with all the love that goes into the food the services every thing you want when you go out with family friends or even couples for an amazing day or night restaurant experience.. i can talk for hours about this beautiful place and u will have to go to believe it and i recommend this place for all and please go and try out how amazing the chef is in cooking and staff experience with love and kindness xxxxxxx love it thank you to all for a good meal and just amazing time x god bless all x i will be coming here more and more to have the Italian food and restaurant xxxx

I've get something different than I've ordered. Mashe potato has been swapped with chips. Vegetables haven't salt at all. But local amazingly nice and clean

We had a very pleasant evening here. Lovely setting good food and reasonably priced drinks Special thank you to Adam for his attention and superb Irish coffee. This restaurant is a hidden gem and Fleetwood should be proud of it.

First visit to Pacino's found it very cold inside ordered a bottle of white wine which took a while to come only to find out they hadn't got any chilled not one member of staff came and told us this had I known would of changed to red instead it was served in a ice bucket with water to try and chill pizzas where good

Very poor excuse for an Italian restaurant food was very mediocre. It looks very nice inside at first glance but when you look closer it looks unfinished plastic dado wall trunking and lighting isn't very subtle for a restaurant All in all certainly wouldn't rush back only saving grace were the staff who were very nice It's a shame as was really hoping for a decent Italian restaurant in the town

Our last meal in Fleetwood before our big adventure at our favourite restaurant no matter what we have had Italian or steak night the food is superb. Highfly recommended this place. We have bought guests with us and all agree how wonderful the food is as well as the excellent service by everyone. Thank you all and we wish you every success for the future

Hello all I enjoyed my visit and the staff were very polite.

Absolutely brilliant service staff and owner they really could not do enough to ensure we had a fantastic night which we did shout out to fi the general manger went above and beyond, food was one of the tastiest I have had In a very long time certainly value for money will definitely be going back

Read some lovely reviews about this place so i booked for my fathers birthday. We arrived on time Friday night to be told they were full as they had had alot of walk ins and could we wait as a table would be available in about 5 minutes. There was nowhere to sit inside so we sat outside, after 5 minutes no-one came so i went back in and said could we order some drinks whilst we wait, again i was told someone would be out in 5 minutes, eventually someone did come out and took our drinks order but then went back in and was serving food, so i went back in again and asked how long the table would be and was told they didn't know as they had just ordered desserts!!!!! This was totally unacceptable as the whole reason of booking a table is so they reserve it for you, which they obviously hadn't. The lady was very apologetic but our evening was now ruined as it was too late to go anywhere else so we just ended up going home. Very disappointing.

Will definitely dine here again! Wonderful polite staff. Food was fantastic, not a lot of vegeterian mains on menu but not an issue as they were very accommodating and made a meal I requested without meat. Cocktails were amazing!
