absolutely lovely haddock and chips. Always get a great meal here

really not happy with the food meat was like cardboard will not order again total disappointment

Allways order from yous but tonight my can and mayo dip was no in with my order

Somethings were nice and warm but the chips were cold but in saying that the food was nice

Took 2 hours to come, pizza was under cooked chips were about a handful. Pizza was so stale everything was cold gravy was literally lumpy didn’t even bother asking for it to be changed because it would be another 2 hours.

Worst place I’ve ordered from can of juice had burst all over every bit of food delivery was late when I phoned to see where it was got told it would be 10-15 mins then it came after an hour of ordering it

Absolute 10/10 every time we order from here. The delivery is fast, the food is hot and the drinks are cold. When I order "Chips and Cheese" from some places, they gives you a little tub with two little sprinklets of shredded cheese with a box of bland chips... Not these guys though! I have lost years from my lifespan to the ungodliy amount of cheese that lay as a blanket over every last chip. They should never change it.... They've phoned and offered to give hot dogs with rolls instead one time because they had ran out of hot dot buns when we had already paid and ordered hot dogs; they even cut the sausage in half cut in half to fit the rolls and wow! They were amazing! I left a review on one of the delivery apps at the time. And I'll leave another one now after many more deliveries in the future, this has been our regular go to takeaway for a while and they continue to knock it out of the park still today.

Asked for onions to be removed on my pizza as I can’t eat them but instead added red and white, last time I get from here can’t even read the checks properly.

The smoke sausage & pepperoni pizza was amazing and smoke sausage supper was bang on the money highly recommended

i asked for food to be fresh it isnt exactly cheap and the fish is barelu edable and fritters are in the bin! hard and dry batter place has went down hill wont be back cant even read when u ask for it to be sailted

Food wasn't up to usual standard from this restaurant. All food was cold. Pakora was cold. Chips and chinese curry sauce had no curry sauce, fritters were rotten potatoe was mushy. Fish and chips were cold. This entire order was rotten for want of better word. It was binned as nobody could eat it.

Absolutely love those take away but tonight has really annoyed me. I ordered for me and my son. When it arrived I was happy as it was alot quicker than the estimated time. But the order was wrong so I called and was told it would be sorted half an hour later me and my son finished what we had and still nothing so called up again so rhenium be hung up on. Won't be ordering from here again which is a shame as we both love the food. Customer service is shocking

made a phone call to the place to request lots of salt and vinegar . yip you guessed right . NO Salt or Vinegar ... waste of time and a phone call. won't use again simply because they are either rude or stupid .

Excellent fish and chips, good sized portion for me. We also got a 7in munchy box for the other half and he wolfed it down. All arrived a little bit earlier than estimated and was red hot. Cheers.

The food was freezing my kids didn’t enjoy it at all

orderd the chicken tikka hoggie with sauce it came with little too no sauce and was lucky if there was more than 6 chips not impressed this time and was not worth the £7.50 I paid for it

I Ordered four hotdogs and they phoned saying didn't have hotdog buns then asked if I'd still take them. We did. when it got here they had cut them in half and put them in rolls. So thoughtful and delicious 😋

I have gotten alot from this place in the past but honestly this was the worst order i have ever received, barely cooked baked potatoes, all 3 of them and a smoked sausage that tasted and smelled awful. Last time ordering for us I'm afraid

Food order was wrong, and what was delivered was not great. Chicken burger was like Farmfoods frozen chicken burger. Pizza was dry and cheese like rubber. I ordered hamburgers for the kids it did not state there were deep fried battered burgers. They were next to cheese burgers and chicken burgers. When called to query the order the person on the phone was impatient and rude. Clearly once they have your money they don’t care. Will never use again.

pizza was nice and well cooked, the French fries were uncooked and soggy, I had to put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes and they were still inedible, not worth £4.40 for them

We've bee big fans of Captain's Catch for a long time but unfortunately on this occasion we ordered a grill box and by the time it was delivered all the food was very cold.

Bit disappointing, it was late arriving and was just warm. I had to heat it up. Shame, as usually always very happy.

Got a pizza crunch don’t even bother ordering it they are using oven pizzas then battering them and serving it burnt absolutely disgusting, when I foned up to question about it just kept saying fresh one on way and didn’t answer my question wether it was a oven pizza dipped in batter shocking service

Has been about a year since I last ordered a fish supper & single fish from the Captain’s Catch. Thought I’d given them another try but it was as disappointing as previously. The fish is as dry as a bone. And there’s more batter than there is fish.

Got delivery tonight and the donner meat looked as if it was cooked for 3days absolutely disgraceful even given that to anyone absolute joke!!!!

Wasn’t as hot as it should be chip all stuck to the paper all the batter stuck also so basically sausage itself had to peel batter of the paper the curry sauce was like pure water so I would not order from here again

I have never received any order on time I know its estimated but think things need to be updated more on app if things change as not fair to customers having to phone to ask

BEWARE if you are using this shop just remember to make sure you check your change before leaving as they have a reputation for bumping people's change and denying it when challenged

The delivery guy came back to our door 1/2 hrs later

It wasn't the best. Fish was over done. Pakora went in bin as it was smothered in a spicy sauce which I couldn't eat. Requested a refund for the pakora.

Food arrived on time was still hot enjoyed the chicken kebab but the special fish cakes was burnt and didn’t enjoy them chips was ok unfortunately wouldn’t order again.
