Cap Coffee in Trafford

Kane is Cap coffee, friendly, knowledgeable and real. His coffee is always top quality, he roasts it himself and I buy my own from him which he grinds for Aeropress for me. The vibe, music, people and community around Cap Coffee are great. He clearly loves what he does, cares a lot about his regulars, coffee and community! Staple of my week is my visits to him - whether on Turn Moss at the weekend while on a walk in the greenery or outside Fell on the high street in Chorlton in the week! Go grab a cup, support local, independent and good people that support our community AND make great coffee!!

Kane is an amazing individual and a great cup of coffee. I found him through his tues-thurs at fell bar in chorlton and now I’m a regular at both. Great person, great coffee, would 100% recommend!

Kane is a fantastic coffee roaster and barista, with amazing coffee beans. Latte, batch brew, Americanos, everything tastes so nice! Cannot recommend more!

Coffee 5 stars yes, but more importantly Kane is so friendly and nice to talk to. It feels like going for a chat with a friend rather than a coffee shop. And it shows that he is genuinely passionate about what he does. But the coffee being so nice is a great add on haha :D

Had a really nice mocha from here last weekend. The cakes looked nice and all and the prices look affordable. Defo recommend!

Came across this little coffee van while on a bike ride. Really delicious coffee and friendly service. Not the most scenic of spots in a car park but there’s tables and chairs, so for a quick pit stop it did just the trick. Will be stopping here again next time I’m in the area.

Love Kane and his hut, I am now addicted to his honey coconut mb delicious Korean coffee. Table and chairs set up under the trees perfect setting for a chat and a coffee. Kane always has a great playlist lots of tunes to accompany your coffee.

This is one of my favourite places to go too - the coffee is the best around - the ultimate in barista professionalism - and the service is excellent - what a lovely guy. Plus the surroundings of Mother Earth make it Must Go to on my weekends.

Came across this gem this afternoon and so pleased I did! The coffee was so good I ordered another one for the walk home. Huge advocate for supporting local businesses and would hugely recommend Cap Coffee if you’re in the area.

Good to have the service at turn moss. Had a cappuccino, was no great shakes,i wouldn't go shouting about it. Served in a smaller than average paper cup. Server was polite and smiley.

The coffee is out of this world, sourced from a local roasters as well ! Kane’s service with a smile is always top notch: he’s friendly, welcoming and was even nice enough to give my friends’ dog a treat. We had a couple of oaty flat whites with his homemade vegan banana bread - delicious!! Cap coffee is Highly recommended, I must come back for a Avo bagel…

Bought a cup of tea, went to pay on card... their response was min payment on card is £5. I said you do know thats no illegal to say and if i spend 10p of £10 you pay the same percentage. His response was well thats how i run my busines. Avoid this scam artist
