Never had a bad meal from here. The set menus are a great price, but even the regular dishes are incredibly reasonable and good portions. £20 is more than enough to get a meal for two and still have leftovers for the next day. The staff are efficient, friendly, and they accept both cash and card. I have never ordered delivery from here so can't comment, but I would 100% recommend to anybody in the area or even slightly further afield.

Best takeaway Chinese in Brum. Food always excellent and quick.

Disappointed with house special fried rice. Fried rice was at the bottom of one half of the container and a gravy stew of veg and meat was poured into the other half - see photo

Excellent overall value and good sized portions.

Visited for the first time for a takeaway after a tough day moving home. The food was piping hot and well cooked. The sauces were flavourful without being overly greasy or salty as you can find elsewhere. All round a good meal.

I love this place. Been using it since I moved into the area 6 years ago. Food is always fresh and prepared so quickly. I've moved further away now, but still come back to collect from here, because it's the best!!

Can't give 5 stars at moment, I've only had 2 items from menu so far. 'Fried Mushrooms with Wine, Salt & Chilli' Not seen this one before so decided to try it, I thought it was really nice but probably best for sharing. The Banana Fritters were cooked just as I asked them to be Crispy plus Syrup in a separate pot. I will be trying other Vegetarian meals and update this review. Update :- Mushrooms in Garlic & Butter Sauce, Nice for Sharing. Chips nice & crispy.

we had king prawns in satay sauce skewers. They were divine. I am ordering them later for my daughter and son in law. Compliments to the chef!

Unfortunately none of the three meals were good. 1. Waaaay too salty. 2. Too much vinegar 3. Tomatoes not peeled, so instead of eating had to keep taking the peels out of the throat. Not for me.

Rang up to place an order. Was really disappointed. Even though they advertise vegetarian food, it is not strictly vegetarian. For example, they cook the bean curd in the same oil as their meat and fish. Other places will offer to cook it - and other items - separately on a wok. Cantonese Express refused to.

Really nice clean restaurant. Lovely staff. Good food although I prefer my Curries a little spicier but definitely would eat from here again. We'd started going here in Lockdown as our usual Chinese Restaurant was closed and we were really pleased to find it on our doorstep. Bbq ribs in sauce are delicious highly recommended

Always lovely food from Cantonese Express. Always comes piping hot, and the BBQ ribs are the best in Brum. No fuss and wonderful service.

I drove from Dudley to get my food from Cantonese Express and I don't regret it. I have Chicken and Shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour prawns cantonese style. The food is delicious. I wish it was closer...

Delicious range and quality. Also, unlike many takeaways the food is not excessively salty and sweet.

I always have the duck with black bean and peppers and boiled rice and also the spare ribs when i have money............delicious my best time of week for food and i eate some great meals so means alot. You will not get a better local takeway restaurant :))) Also prawn cracker is lovely and tasty.
