Waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery absolutely shocking 😞

I think the desserts they make are very good but their biggest downfall is the very long delivery time but I mean if you’ve got at-least about an hour to do something before delivery then it’s all good.

Tasty food but inconsistent portion sizes and long waiting times (15 minutes on Uber Eats turns into over an hour once the order is place) keep it from getting a higher rating. They also use a lot of food colouring rather that gives off a strange, although not entirely unpleasant, aftertaste.

Every time we order food it takes nearly 2 hours to arrive even though it says within 30 mins. One time we waited over 4 hours. This is now over 15 times we have waited this long. We are trying to support small businesses by keep ordering but the time taken to deliver is getting silly now!

Order took around 90 minutes to be delivered and when it arrived the milkshake tasted off. (Who uses bananas in kinder bueno milkshakes?) The red velvet cookie dough didn't even seemed cooked as half of it was squished onto the paper in the box. First and last time I'll be ordwring from them.

Complete and utter waste of time , took 2 hours to deliver and only delivered half the food , wouldnt recommend at all , girl on the phone is very disrespectful

For the last two orders I've not received chocolate brownie ice cream in my order. My latest order was the straw that broke the camels back. Having ordered another brownie ice cream and specifically putting notes to the effect on the bottom of my order. Neither that or the bubblegum turned up. Nor did the lime sauce or sherbert. Instead it was a take on Ferrero Rocher and full of nuts. What if I had an allergy? Literally no care is taken with these orders and they just churn them out week after week with little consideration for their loyal customer base. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.

I ordered ice cream from then and they gave me really bad ice cream for £10 which for the ice cream I got it literally too much this ice cream is awful wouldn't recommand at all will never order again could've got this same ice cream for £1 from Aldi

this place is great tried the waffels and there so soft and fluffy and the brownies on the waffel are delicous and that mr whippy ice cream. Im in heaven

Was expecting big things from this place. Ordered last weekend and the waffle and sundaes were really good. Today i got a cookie dough and a waffle. The cookie dough tasted fine but was so thin, most of it stuck to the paper. The quad combo waffle was a big disappointment:toppings were barely there,inside of waffle was barely there. Overall,was okay, just expected a bit more

5* star service. Quickly delivery and cookie dough was tasty. ⭐

Order mars milk shake which had never seen a mars bar in its melted milky life, also the Cadbury cream egg milk shake was just melted whip cream with hint of vanilla in it, first time ordering and can’t express how disappointed I was
