Sent it not toasted and it’s freezing cold, sent the wrong crisp

The food was horrible, I got the wrong food ordered and my sub had stuff I didn’t pick on it but the delivery driver was nice.

didn't give us what we ordered and when we called they said they can't Di anything , lack of care

There was hardly no meat on the sandwiches which is very disappointing, we will not be ordering again as we felt it was a waste of money

every time i order it seems like the people preparing don’t read the order, i ordered multiple drinks and only received 2 and not even the right size. just disappointing now

Food was still nice but we wrote a note to ask for brown sauce instead of ketchup on the breakfast sandwich but it came with ketchup which none of us like so tried to remove it but it was coated in it. Replaced it with a lot of brown sauce from home to disguise ketchup! Cannot understand why there is no option for brown sauce with breakfast sandwiches? Please could you make sure you read the notes? Also my friend only had 1 sauce on sandwich not the 2 she asked for.

Wrong order I got James bs stake and cheese only wanted a bmt

We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 of them were wrong. Ordered a bbq baller, it came with just the meatballs, no salad at all. It was so dry, I couldn’t eat it. Ordered a big breakfast with BROWN sauce, it came with ketchup so my grandson couldn’t eat it and I couldn’t eat the bbq baller. All they had to do was read the order properly. I couldn’t even go to the shop because one of my grandsons has had an operation and has to stay inside

Both subs were cold on arrival

Everything was delicious and warm and the one order that needed amending was done satisfactory. Much appreciated.

Restaurant was awful with me tried to tell them i ordered to the wrong address they was rude to me and did not want to help at all lucky managed to get in contact with the driver and he was perfectly fine with delivering it to the right address but very poor support from subway themselves will not be ordering with just eat again if i don’t get a refund for the food not for the driver as he was very understanding

Both sandwiches when they came were freezing. They have been toasted like we asked but the cheese was not melted either. Also little amount of salad on the sandwich’s.

Untoasted, making it a very different sub. Surely you can wait one minute to toast the food. I didn't partially pay, I don't expect a partially completed order.

Was missing dips and food was cold, when I rang the restaurant she just said well I don’t know what to do.. didn’t even offer to resend the dips… then when I asked for advice on what the best thing to do is she just said I don’t know….

very dissapointed i asked for lots of jalapenos i got 2 i asked for lots of sauce there was hardly any if they had been as generous with the jalapenos as they were the sweet corn i would have enjoyed my sandwich but unfortunately i did not enjoy at all

Lots of missing items and the ones that arrived were incomplete (missing lettuce etc from the sub). Not ordering from subway royton again.

Both sandwiches were toasted, we didn't ask for this. The bread was mixed up on both subs. I was missing the double meat I paid for. My partners sub hand onions and spinach on that wasn't ordered. Both subs were drowned in sauce. Far too much. Won't be ordering again

My order was wrong, no turkey no cheese and not toasted

Order was never delivered, just eat didn't send me notification to say my order was cancelled by the restaurant. I was waiting an hour to then find out it was never coming in first place! Absolutely disgraceful and I want my refund!

Not happy the breads were mixed up my daughter is allergic to cheese so couldn’t eat hers

Usually really good here but they have missed items off my nachos, pizza, and sub sandwich and then got all 3 salads wrong not listened to what we wanted on each salad put the same on every salad when the kids wanted tuna and Mayo salad you put crispy onions and chipolote southwest on everyone and kids won’t eat them

Basically no cheese on the nachos the meatballs was black like they was burnt they didn’t toast the sandwich’s and the salad was that cold it was like it had just come out of the freezer ruining the sandwich’s probably the worst subway I’ve ever had

Every time I order from here there's always items missing it's always the meal deal items that I'm not receiving. To top it all off my hot food was freezing and the member of staff on shift their attitude was disgusting! Really not happy.

Sandwich was missing half the requested items on it. No marinara sauce at all. Hash browns and wedges. are already luke warm even though delivery time was fast. Just Eat has been disappointing this week not a single correct order.

Can highly recommend the crinkle wedges after multiple teeth extraction. Soft yet tasty… not a crunch in site!

Called in a few times maybe for a sandwich, Maybe a little late shopping very good.

The driver got sent to the wrong address then didn’t know where he was going even though I told him 3 or 4 times on the phone the food was cold and it was so stressful just for food

Food arrived really quickly, only negative thing I would say is that I specifically asked for extra cheese and there wasn't much on my sandwich. Besides that, couldn't fault it! I will order again

Nice environment great staff not halal tho but they have vegan chicken and cheese available vegi Patti and tuna as a option for people who eat halal Customer service is great The place is always clean And there's lots of seating available

Ordered an Italian BMT salad, it's usually fine but today the meat did not taste very fresh 😕 consequently I left most of it .

sadly my nachos barely had any cheese on and were dried up cold and hard but this has never happened before from this subway, I believe it was the just eat drivers fault! this subway is usually amazing 🧡
