Is just the best. Kim and Lucia run this tapas restaurant where you get the croquetas, calamares, groceries and cheese tables, pulpo a la gallega, paellas…. Not talking about the fine selection of wines. We had the Mediterráneo Ribera del Duero…. nuts…. That wine is nuts let me tell you. Don’t hesitate and book the table already. Is good stuff… oh! I won’t spoil the surprise with the desserts…. Ok, I’ll do: authentic Tarta de Santiago and other marvels…. Thanks guys ❤️💛

Arrived on a Saturday evening to a fairly quiet restaurant and waited a few minutes for a member of staff to emerge. We were then seated and waited another 15 mins or so before being asked if we would like a drink. Seemed to be understaffed on the night. However… we ordered six dishes including a couple of specials off the board, and the slightly underwhelming sense of arrival was soon forgotten about - the food was as good as anything we have tried in Seville and would have to give it full marks.

Had the best evening here last night for my birthday. The hosts were really attentive and the food was amazing. Will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you so much!

We finally discovered an authentic Spanish restaurant with delicious fresh tapas, just like in Spain, after much hunting. The ambiance is welcoming and not very crowded, and the waitress was very kind and accommodating. I would strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a traditional Spanish restaurant. We will definitely return, the crema catalana was the best we ever had.

Nous sommes arrivés dans un restaurant vide avec l’espoir d’être tombé a la bonne adresse. Accueil très sympa et la carte des tapas donne tout de suite envie. Et OUI c’est une bonne adresse! Une très très bonne adresse. Nous avons goûté plusieurs plats différents et tous sont de très bonne qualité. Le restaurant s’est rempli au fur et à mesure de la soirée pour être quasiment complet. Alors pour une soirée tapas vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We live locally and this place quickly became a firm favourite. The quality of food is way higher than you might expect from a ‘neighbourhood’ restaurant - in fact I don’t think we’ve had better tapas in London (and I’ve lived here 25 years). And Lucia and Kim are wonderful hosts. So happy it survived the pandemic and it deserves the support of all of us locals (and those from further away!).

Amazing food, the calamari and langoustine are particularly delicious. Lovely woman who runs the place (also waitress) remembered us after one previous visit. A great find and definite regular for us.

I love this place. It’s our family local and never fails to please. Such a friendly couple who run it together. The food is fresh and varied with regular specials. If you live in the area and haven’t been you are missing something special.

We went for our first post lockdown evening meal here. 6 items shared between two people with great variety. Really enjoyed the spicy prawns, lamb, potatas bravas, chorizo with red onion, manchego cheese plate and the tortilla. Would highly recommend. If you didn't know you'd probably walk straight past this not particularly noticeable small and quiet place 5 minutes from Kilburn High Road - but in fact it's one of the best places we've found to dine in NW London. The tapas menu is authentically Spanish - delicious octopus, cod, chiperones and garlicky mushrooms. The husband and wife team that run it entirely unassisted are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Give it a try!

I have eaten at Canaletas several times, but had somehow overlooked it in the last few months - what a mistake! Went again this evening and was treated to a lovely array of generous and reasonably priced dishes. A wise woman once told me a tapas restaurant should be judged by its tortilla. If this is the case, I rate Canaletas extremely highly. We also had tasty prawns with chilli, and delicious chicken. Not forgetting the most unctuous croquetas. All served with charm. I will be back soon!

what a nice little gem, we were looking for tapas close to our place and found this one. Not the best look from outside but it was a rainy day, however inside the warmth of the hostess made up for it and the kitchen too. Very friendly service and very nice tapas , nothing fancy, real kitchen and tapas. the ham croquettes very crispy and so soft inside absolutely lovely, the octopus was great as the meat balls too . Every tapas were good and the potion are generous. My advise go there asap.

This was my second time trying tapas. The first was in Spain, Majorca. Simply said, the food was good and people were lovely. Having grown up in the family-restaurant business, I could relate to the authentic and soul-touching flavours (deep and flagrant). Fresh ingredients locally sourced, and cooked suitably. Highly recommend the lamb; cooked perfectly and complimented well with toasty potatoes. If you're lucky, call and reserve a fresh seafood paella. Will visit again very soon.

Whether sea-food, meat or vegetarian the quality of the dishes here is always impressive. Always a warm welcome from the Barcelona couple and staff. A good place to drink Estrella beer and sit outside in their nice terrace.

Small super friendly neighbourhood family run Tapas Restaurant and Bar. Has to be Willesden Lanes best kept secret.. but not for long I suspect! Best Crocuetas de Bacalao this side of Barcelona together with some carefully chosen delicious natural/ organic wines, all very reasonably priced....
