Disgusting normally it’s lovely won’t be ordering there again they must have changed chicken suppliers normally it’s nice don’t no what’s happened but it was stagily chicken

Keep getting missed calls from this place but live nowhere near plus never ordered. Now had to block this number

We order from here regular. But a few weeks bak my 10 yr old son was admitted to hospital and put in isolation. His bloods come back he had food poisoning. The heath secretary was contacted by the hospital thay said thay had got to take it further as the bug that was in his belly is not noticed in the uk. It's very rare.

Every time I eat from here I be sick.

Swift delivery. Food has always been fresh and hot. Can't comment on atmosphere as had home delivery.

The food that they made is absolutely amazing! Had some 3 piece chicken with chips, With ketchup, it tastes super good! I'll come back soon when I want to.

The food here is just disgusting. Fries overcooked and my burger buns cold and hard. The chicken was also chewy and even the mayonnaise is not the ones you would find at a normal chippy. Not enjoyable and a waste of time and money:(

Chicken breast is dry I specifically asked for thighs only and not 1 thigh I was given eating area is absolutely disgusting and the more you pay for a family box the less you get. Don’t even get drinks or beans with the £13.99 10 piece but you do with the £12.99. I won’t go back here anytime soon.

We have used this place for 2 years and have always raved about it this Friday we ordered they said delivery between 6pm and 6.18pm our food actually came at 8pm and was cold this was after I phoned at 7pm to be told traffic and were waiting on a driver 7.30pm came still nothing so I kept trying to phone but phone was off we will not be using here again if I could of given 0 stars I would off

Ordered food here tonight. Got to say was the best chicken zinger burger I've had from round this area since I've moved in. They didn't give small portions neither. Didn't try anything else but will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

The food is good and the prices are okay don’t get me wrong. I’ve always loved coming here me and my brother. Food is delicious but tonight (02/11/22) is the night where it has put me off it. I went in to collect my order and there was a new staff there. She was extremely rude to another customer she was serving and extremely rude to myself. She demanded for the customer she was serving to get out of the way to ask me what my order is, just because his wife asked him to order something else. And I said just let him go first and with a rude attitude and face she demanded for me to “get here” and push the other customer out of the way. That was so rude of her. It has really put me off going if this is the attitude they will have. She then threw the card machine on the side and nearly fell off. Hats off to the other staff they’re polite

Ordered food 3 piece chicken meal had hair in the chips and the 8 piece value meal there was hair in the bottom of the box in chicken and burger was cold in middle. Will never order from here again spoke to 4 different people on phone. Update The manager has called and couldn't apologise enough.....i have accepted his apology..... His customer service was faultless

I had eaten here before and the fires were good one of the best ive had but there chicken when i bit into it there were veins and it was pink and i could not stop throwing up the next day and my brother had just brought a chicken burger with onion rings on it and it hasnt even been open but our living room smells like rotten sick i would suggest anyone to stay away from here

They must think people going late are people who are just drunk got the food home opened the box of chicken kebab meat and fries after being told they don't just do it with salad to find no chicken meat in it. Do not recommend at all.

Bought a wrap the other day, after a couple hours of eating it, I was being sick non stop and could not leave the toilet, Im pretty sure it was food poisoning or something.

Chips are nice and worth the price but did get food poisoning from the chicken nuggets.

Really good food that easily rivals KFC at a better price! If only the gravy wasn't like water it would of been 5stars

There is a new member of staff here gets things wrong so much. Generally the food is excellent but a previous visit not so good but normally the food is good. We are here every week. Just a shame that the girl who worked on the day we went always got it right but does not work as often so we have to watch that our food is done correct. Still using plastic bags despite having paper bags there.

It was so good the chicken wrap was salted and saused with my favourite topping and grilled it was very good

Ordered boneless box 4 £13.99. Received 2 "box 4" £5.99. Also ordered 2 boxes chilli cheese bites and got 1 box of 6 chicken Nuggets and 1 box of 4 Nuggets and 2 chilli cheese bites. Not happy at all and not even offered extra food or refund. Absolute disgrace. Not coming here again.

Do not eat from here!! I ordered food and found alot of eggs all over the chicken. Lucky for me I only ate one piece. Lucky for my children they did not eat it. Avoid this place

Decent food place, but please work on delivering food on time. I always have to wait 1 hour + to get my food. Ridiculous.

Went here few years ago it was very poor I ended up being sick. I been a local resident for 20+ years I actively avoided as there is much better. I tried again today and guess what? I was sick within minutes of eating. Tell me how's that possible? That in 20 odd years I tried them twice and was sick?! How's that even make sense?! I ain't having this I will be going the legal route, I don't want money I want this place shutdown. Avoid at all costs just go to Brecks, Caspian, Papaz etc.

Long wait. I waited for my order for about 30 minutes. While others on site came and went with the order. Of course, when paid, they don't care that the customer is waiting. Finally, instead of adding anything (e.g. drinking), even tisiue did not give: / I was disappointed: /

Grubby. Blood in chicken, just pushed the food to me without asking if i wanted salt, napkin, fork etc, service without a smile wont be returning.

It is nice that every time we go here the food is so nice and well worth the money. Not going to mention other well known chicken based fast food places but this beats the competition hands down. Whilst it is not local to us we will travel about 10 miles each way to go to it. Worth it.

When there boss is not in the take away, chatting with the female employees and took so long to prepare the food- tried few times n the evening- now I have to avoid and go to next take away n the corner

Ordered from Deliveroo. Really wanted to enjoy the food from here as some of the reviews said it was better than kfc, which was true for the price. It seems like it could be great, if only the oil was changed! It was apparent as soon as the order got here that there was an off smell, almost like crayons (normally the smell of old, over-used oil). We of course went ahead and tried it anyway as old oil doesn't mean the whole meal is ruined but unfortunately this time it was exactly that. Everything tasted exactly the same, not only did it smell like wax but tasted like it too and over powered the flavours, such a shame! Good potential but not good enough.

I love the ribs they do here but the last 2 or 3 times I've been they have really sold me short. Instead of getting 5 meaty ribs, I got 5 short off cuts with next to no meat on them at all. Just the sauce. When they do this it is very poor value for money. See my photo. No way is that a reasonable portion especially when compared to what I've had from there before.

We visit this place on a regular basis, we take friends and family there too. The food is very tasty and the value for money is exceptional. We work in entertainment and even after an evenigs work we sometimes drive 10 miles each way to visit this place for food. The box meals are great value and the fillet burger is so tasty. This place is one place we reccomend and one thing that is good is they are not a one hit wonder. Each time we go the food is of great quality, if I was to make one negative comment is the ketchup is not that nice in our opinion and tastes a bit cheap. However 5+ stars are worth it. The staff are nice an friendly and we have not been let down so worth a visit.

Idgaf the burgers here are better than at KFC! £2.50 meal deal at lunchtime... erm yes please! Always order mayo and sweet chilli dip, sometimes met with alot of sass and refusal to mix it in a big tub, despite their sign saying "any sauce" but occasionally we get our mix and don't have to use a finger as a stirrer haha

Just ordered food.but when it arrived it was not complete,when I rang to enquire the man on the phone just kept reapeting my orders couldn't understand what my problem was and said I hadn't ordered what I said I had.this has happened to me before they never seem to get the order right.i ended up putting the phone down because I wasn't getting anywhere.the food was very nice,but the service needs some attention plus there was a small difference in price and was short changed by about 50p.and the driver wasn't wearing a face mask which has put me off ordering again

Despite problems with their daytime delivery service after speaking to the manager our food was delivered within 30 minutes fresh and tasty as always.

Normally excellent food. However chips were overly cooked or a different brand to usual. The chicken was also overly done. Have you changed ownership? This was not a patch on your normal standard.

I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and 4 hot and spicy chicken wing! Waited over an hour so phoned for them to tell me that they sent it to the wrong address when the address is there on just eat plain as day!!! The food comes and its the wrong meals!!!! 3 chicken nuggets and fries!!! 2 chicken strips and fries!!!!! Instead of the actual meal i ordered!! Phone them again for them to say nothing we can do! So play my mouth and know got to wait another 30 odd minutes for my actuall food to arrive! 3 hours ive waited to have food!!! Ive been at works since 4;45 without anythingn until 10!!! Order food and this is what i get from them!!! Never again!!!

So..... I ordered food tonight... my order was 4 burger meals and 2 corn on the cobs... The delivery driver was notified most of my order was missing!! I only recieved 1 burger meal, the driver walked off, got in his car and drove off... I phoned the shop straight away in which it took along time to get through...... as line kept going to busy..... Finally get through, and the manager sends out 4 fresh meals, but again the order had missing items , they hadn't sent out the cans of pop that come with a meal .... So here I go again, phoning the restaurant asking where the cans of pop are, to get a response of, we won't be coming back out and I'd have to wait until I order again to receive these cans of pop..... Like who's even to say I will be ever ordering from there again? , the customer service from the woman on the phone was appalling.... she just didn't seem to care to be honest..... and she just put the phone down without even knowing if I'm receiving cans of pop I have paid for.....

Great place, never had an issue after several times of using. Possibly fastest delivery around, serious we even check the time now, last time was around 15 minutes. Great portion sizes, and though I'll agree it tastes even better after a beer, what doesn't? I can't understand why some people would complain and rate this place 1 star for some of their petty issues that they most likely caused themselves. Will be using this place again 🍗😀
