The lady running the shop was lovely and helpful We got 3 large slices of cookie dough pie, an ice cream and a coke for £21. Slices were huge.Loads of options. Shop was spotless and well displayed. It was delicious. Its going to take a while to eat it all.

I've ordered the sharing platter multiple times and always so happy with it. my daughter loves it too. We usually have it for a dessert treat but there's always enough left over for a naughty breakfast the next day. :) great value and service.

Cheese cake in tub , biscuit bottom , choking hazard its like dust , should be made with butter or margarine like any cheese cake base . Wouldn't recommend

Quick delivery and everything was nice and fresh and yummy.

Myself and my girlfriend ordered 2 waffles. When the delivery arrived the ice cream and a complimentary cake were in the bag but not the waffles. The driver called back to the shop, said he would be 5 mins while he went back to get it. Not a problem, it’s a Saturday night, it happens. In that time, Cakes & Shakes rang me to apologise and remade the waffles so they’d be fresher. They also included another complimentary slice of cake in the order when it arrived. 5* food, 5* customer service

Excellent service.. ordered some doughnuts for the hubby as a treat as it was his birthday. Asked them to write a message saying Happy Birthday and they very thoughtfully sent a piece of cake.

I ordered the fruit party waffle and the by by banoffee split. Both arrived exactly as planned, and both had a decent amount of topping. The waffle was still warm, light and fluffy, the split was a decent size. I'm not ashamed to say that they didn't last long. thank you very much, we will be ordering from here again.

just ordered an ice cream kinder bueno, came boiling hot-almost my mouth off, also just resently learned that riley chappy orders from here so i have to give a one for service-he should be banned from the shop, but in pther words the atmosphere was breath-taking, the cleanilness of the rats running about was great-they started singing songs for me so then i actually have to give the service an extra star. i only have one more thing to say, tastyz and cakes shakes and bakes 🔛🔝

Ordered from here the last few weeks and every time it's been exceptional. Waffles and sundaes are beautiful and well worth the money in my opinion. Sometimes add freebees in if the order is late (which I wouldn't class it as late usually takes around half hour). Strawberries are always fresh and waffles are warm with pure melted milkybar chocolate. Would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth !

The oreo milkshake was so thick and soft and oreo-ey, best milkshake I've had 🥰 Then they gave us a free cake and it was moist, soft, spongey and delicious ❤️ Will definitely be going again.

Just received a delivery. Arrived before the quoted time. Can't fault it. Freshly made waffle absolutely smothered in toffee pieces, toffee sauce and Nutella, as well as strawberries. Biscoff cake was delicious, and cookie dough cup was perfect. Everyone happy with their choices. Def recommend.

The eton mess sundae was phenomenal! Definitely hit the spot. Some of the best strawberry ice cream I’ve ever tasted at the bottom of it, stacked with pieces of strawberry, meringue, chunks of flake chocolate and ample chocolate sauce. A real treat. Absolutely amazing ! Deserts were fantastic and the customer service is outstanding ! They ran out of vanilla ice cream so they phoned us whilst making our order and asked if we wanted gelato instead , talked us through all the different options and once delivered even threw in a slice of rainbow cake ! Didn’t need to but what a lovely gesture, won’t go anywhere else for deserts x

Can’t fault this place at all it is the only dessert place we will order from! The waffles and cookie dough are always cooked perfectly and when you pay for extra toppings you actually get them unlike other places! Staff are lovely and they always deliver early or on time!

I ordered a Banana split as a treat for my husband birthday, it cam on time and looked amazing. When he took it it out of the bag there was a massage slice of chocolate cake, skulls and roses I think it was called so me and our son shared that, both treats were gorgeous and we were all stuffed. Thank you cakes and shakes, we will be ordering again.

The food arrived super quickly when we ordered it. We got Sundaes (Biscoff and Royale) and they were fresh and so so so tasty!! This is our go to desert place, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! The biscoff triffle is also an amazing choice ;)

Beautiful. The cookie dough was literally the nicest cookie dough I’ve ever had. They’re usually too sweet and you can feel the sugar crunch when eating, but this was just beautiful. I’ve been here a couple of times now with the same 3 ladies serving and they’re all so lovely. Dangerous this place being so close to home when I’m dieting 🤣
