Order at 9.15pm with estimated delivery time 10.15 , 10.30 order said delivered but not arrived called the restaurant to be told it’s very busy and driver has my order and got a text saying new delivery time of 11.05 again updated to order arrived but it hadn’t , then received a call off the driver at 11.15 asking if I still wanted my food and that he’s 15 mins away, food finally arrived at 11.40, milkshake and slush completely melted , absolute joke wish I’d never bothered

DO NOT ORDER!!! Staff were very rude hung up on me several times when I asked how long our order was going to be after we have been waiting over 2 hours!!!! Food never turned up !!!!!

Didn’t turn up, impossible to contact the restaurant about my order. After speaking to others after not receiving my order apparently this is a regular occurrence. Goes without saying I won’t be ordering again.

over 2 hrs late after numerous calls to keep being told 5 mins 1o mins it finally came and the buttermilk chicken waffle meal totally missing I mean come on I went back out an the driver was having a cig sat in his car he said I have no idea ring the shop so yet again rang the shop to be told oh I don't know what's happened il get a refund to you I said can u do it right now we used £40 ordering from you she said yes,low and behold hours later no refund no food no money ! absolutely useless

ordered 8.25. delivery time 9 20.had to ring store at 9.50. at 10.10 was told delivery would be a further 40 minutes. meaning delivery would be arriving at 11. cancelled order. very disappointed.

Food is an hour late, all food is cold, all food looks nothing like the pictures, it actually looks great on the pictures, ive paid £13 for a dry burger that looked big but is actually the same size as a mcdonalds hamburger, and a quarter of a potato that has been turned into about 6 fries, the loaded fries are horrible, i think the only good thing is the can of coke i got with the burger which is funny because its the only thing that hasnt been made by you, first time ordering and wont be again

Absolutely shocking, food arrived over an hour late due to “bad weather” it was a little cold outside but the driving conditions were fine. The food was FREEZING cold so non of it was ate went straight in the bin. It turned up in a soggy cardboard box that was literally falling apart and to top it off being over an hour late the delivery driver wouldn’t even bring it to my front door he made me leave the house at 20 to 3 in the morning to walk to his car to get it off him. Don’t bother

The only reason we give 1 star is that there is no option for zero stars. The order was so late we decided to cancel it and go to bed. It was eventually delivered at 11.30 at night after we’d gone to bed. We tried to claim a refund and they said it was hard to deliver as the weather was bad. It wasn’t raining, it wasn’t windy, it wasn’t cold and so I’m not sure what the issue was. Looking at other reviews, it seems that this is a general theme. Appalling place! Avoid at all costs

Received an update to say it had been delivered (not to us)rang the restaurant, got an answer phone, left a message, no response. Would like to know how this can happen, when you have to give a security code? Will wait to see if the requested refund arrives, but doesn’t bode well. Appalling customer service

Took 2 and a half hours + for the order to arrive. Says they're from Bolton but it came from Manchester. Ordered a 2 sundae and 2 milkshake and all I received was milk no substance to either of the items. Customer service was appalling apart from the very last guy who I spoke too who seemed annoyed when I stated that I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours and every time I rang up they said he's 15 minutes away. And it was nothing but lies. 10/10 will NOT go again

The billion dollar cookie wasn’t nice and the burger was ok but the fries were too cold and the delivery was late and also they didn’t give any sources with the food. And the price were not meeting the standard of the food.

Food arrived late and cold. I called the restaurant when it was an hour late and was told it would be "a couple of minutes". Food only arrived after 20 more minutes and was stone cold.

I ordered the desserts at 2am and I was given a delivery time of 3:35am at the latest. In the end the order arrived at 4:40am, over an hour late. It arrived in a black bin bag with no receipt and the sticky toffee pudding container was on its side and leaked toffee all over the apple pie container. The top of the apple pie crust was broken to bits

Food came so late! Then delivery driver callled me 30 mins before arriving saying he will be 20 mins and am I sure I still wanted my order? Like I felt they were trying to put me off and couldn’t be bothered! Anyway it arrived and my drink was all leaking in the bag and into my desert. So threw it away and come to bed! 🙄

Had to place a complaint in with uber as it was a £40 order was meant to be £60 if wasn't for the offers. Shocking company!

Food was 45 minutes late , food was absolutely freezing cold as If it had been sat for ages before getting to us , milkshake is nothing like what they advertised. This was supposed to be the Milky Way crispy role milkshake and was shown to have the crispy roll wafers within it . The shake was quite expensive too

I apologise for the inaccurate rating of the food, since I haven’t even tried it! My son and I waited an hour for one waffle to be delivered, only for it to be cancelled 5 minutes before the food was supposed to arrive! Then they told me that I had called the restaurant and cancelled it personally (which I never did). My son is devastated, but at least (unlike many of the other reviewers here) I was issued a refund by uber eats! But that refund apparently didn’t include the tip I had planned to leave the driver, which still got taken from my account. So I essentially sent an extra £3 to a restaurant who was too lazy to deliver my food for nothing in return. Thieves!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered at 18.30 THEY marked it as delivered about 19.30 didn't arrive until 23.00. it was absolutely freezing and at nearly £13 a meal it was shocking. Reading all the other reviews it seems this is common. I never leave reviews ever. But to mark as delivered so the customer can't cancel or claim their money back is not ok. Just eat won't allow a refund because I can't prove it didn't actually get delivered when they said it did. It was inedible rock and hard burger buns.

I ordered from Warrington as I genuinely didn’t know the shop was in Bolton. Didn’t arrive after estimated time so I rang after another half hour of waiting for them to tell me it was on the way. Waited another hour for her to tell me they will ring the driver and see where it is. Still waiting. Ridiculous would rather them just tell me it’s not coming then be sat waiting starving while my moneys in there pocket!!
