Absolute disgusting place ordered twice and they said I rang up and cancelled it when I never did because they’re liars never order from this This horrible lying place again

Disgusting restaurant never order anything in your life check the reviews before ordering anything from this restaurant the food I got just smelled like cigarettes we didn’t even eat £38 I wasted my hard earned money

Food was 45 minutes late , food was absolutely freezing cold as If it had been sat for ages before getting to us , milkshake is nothing like what they advertised. This was supposed to be the Milky Way crispy role milkshake and was shown to have the crispy roll wafers within it . The shake was quite expensive too

Only if you could give 0 stars! Order at 12am on uber eat.... its now 4am after 4 calls asking where it is and them saying 20 mins. To them not even answering the phone. Still not got food! Had to place a complaint in with uber as it was a £40 order was meant to be £60 if wasn't for the offers. Shocking company!

The savoury food was cold and disappointing, my partner couldn't even eat hers. The desserts were very nice though, especially the strawberry slushy.

Scammed me said they delivered my order and didn’t. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone an they was really rude I’ve been scammed for my money an won’t be ordering for here again and I say again my order was not delivered!

I apologise for the inaccurate rating of the food, since I haven’t even tried it! My son and I waited an hour for one waffle to be delivered, only for it to be cancelled 5 minutes before the food was supposed to arrive! Then they told me that I had called the restaurant and cancelled it personally (which I never did). My son is devastated, but at least (unlike many of the other reviewers here) I was issued a refund by uber eats! But that refund apparently didn’t include the tip I had planned to leave the driver, which still got taken from my account. So I essentially sent an extra £3 to a restaurant who was too lazy to deliver my food for nothing in return. Thieves!

ii ordered this at 8 o'clock and I have only just got it now at 11:00 so 3 hours late the staff on the phone was really rude and not giving me proper updates it has now arrived stone cold and there is a burger missing! never again

Absolutely shocking. Ordered at 18.30 THEY marked it as delivered about 19.30 didn't arrive until 23.00. it was absolutely freezing and at nearly £13 a meal it was shocking. Reading all the other reviews it seems this is common. I never leave reviews ever. But to mark as delivered so the customer can't cancel or claim their money back is not ok. Just eat won't allow a refund because I can't prove it didn't actually get delivered when they said it did. It was inedible rock and hard burger buns.

Over 30 minutes Late , £4 for a can of coke & when called the woman was just screaming down the phone

I’ve been waiting over five hours for my food. It is horrendous. Don’t ever order from this place. The staff are so rude. The place should be shut down.

I ordered from Warrington as I genuinely didn’t know the shop was in Bolton. Didn’t arrive after estimated time so I rang after another half hour of waiting for them to tell me it was on the way. Waited another hour for her to tell me they will ring the driver and see where it is. Still waiting. Ridiculous would rather them just tell me it’s not coming then be sat waiting starving while my moneys in there pocket!!

The burger and chips was freezing

Over 2 hours from first ordering the food. It was a treat for the kids so it’s even worse when the kids are waiting. Never bothered to update us. I had to keep ringing only to get misinformation. The food eventually turned up. Cold. Stale chips. Burger was okay but gristly/fatty. The kids enjoyed the fudge cake

Absolutely horrendous service, ordered at 11pm and waited 4 hours for it too arrive, person on the phone was arrogant and keen to end the phone call. I have never heard "DrIveR 10 MiNutES AwAy" so much in my life. Food finally came after hours of waiting for there to be plastic in the food. furious. I wish i had known about the reviews and the place its based in otherwise i wouldnt have ordered. disgraceful the place should be shut down.

I ordered food at 20:20, with an expected delivery time between 21:05 and 21:25. At 21:30, I received a notification from Just Eat saying, ‘Enjoy your food,’ but nothing had arrived. I called the takeaway, and they told me the driver hadn’t collected my order yet but was there now and my food would be with me shortly. Another hour passed, and the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called again and got the same response: ‘It will be with you in 10-15 minutes. The food finally arrived at 22:40, absolutely cold. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care from the shop. They clearly knew my food would be cold but made no effort to resolve the situation. Very disappointed

Food simply never came waited 2 and half hours never again complete and utter dogturd rang up twice just completely lied sort it out!

Food took over 2 hours to arrive. Burger and chips were stone cold and inedible. "Warm" fresh cookie was room temperature and hard. Ice cream was completely melted. I called the restaurant after 90 minutes and was told the driver would be there in a couple of minutes - staff seemed not to care and didn't even apologise.

I wish there could be a 0 star option. So I ordered on uber eats some gluten free cakes from Bolton however I live in Preston, but here's not too many options for someone who can't eat anything contains gluten.. It was in the " on its way" section for over 2 hours then I called them twice and they told me not long now, the driver is close to my adress. After the second call I checked on the app and it said its cancelled... so honestly why you guys didn't said that you can't deliver my order due to distance problems or whatever. Disgusting that's all I want to say.

Ordered over two hours ago and still not arrived. Shocking!! Rang up lady said it would be a few mins as he’s heading into knutsford know then ten mins later someone calls and said it will be another 40 mins! Absolute joke! Avoid

I made an order which was accepted and I received the estimated delivery time. After the maximum delivery time was reached, the order was marked as delivered but I haven't received my order. It's now almost 4am, and I'm still hungry after waiting over a hour and I doubt anything else will now be open. I'm disgusted and would recommend this takeaway to anyone else.

Food arrived late, limp, and cold. The driver refused to get out of his car to hand it to us. And on top of all of that, some of the order was wrong.

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered from Cakeaway through Uber Eats and waited over 3 hours for my delivery. After such a long wait, the food still never arrived. No updates, no communication from the restaurant, and no resolution. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I would advise others to avoid it as well. Very disappointing!
