I know this Buisiness had a 5 star reputation and I feel bad for spoiling it but I feel it’s necessary to write this review.I only give reviews if things are absolutely excellent or terrible or if they ask me to or I see a sticker or there is important information. We had a lovely experience, customer service was good, the decor was very nice,it smelt heavenly, bubble tea was made in reasonable timing etc. However I must admit my bubble tea was really disappointing especially for the value,it tasted way way below average but it wasn’t discusting either. It just tasted like it was a slushie syrup. It had sweetness there was evidence of it being there but I ordered the top sweetness and I would have liked a lot more sweetness. However on the flip side, the tapioca balls are actually some of the best I’ve ever tasted. You get a good portion of tapioca balls.I would reccomend you go to mooboo, keke and koko or the honeycomb bubble tea,I have had a better honeydew tea before. If it was my first time trying bubble tea or the honeydew flavour I might have given it the benefit of the doubt. However it was served warm and maybe if I cool it down it may taste better.I might go back in 1-5 years time

Walking through Eastcote we thought we would like a coffee and we saw Cake Villa which we had not noticed previously. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Ravi. First happy surprise was that the coffee was actually good in an establishment that seems to concentrate on bubble tea. Next, we noticed the cakes. My wife can very rarely eat cake out of the house as she has an allergy to rapeseed and palm oil/fat which are frequently found in cakes. Another problem which we constantly encounter is that the establishment employees are rarely aware of the ingredients of their cakes apart from known allergens, This is quite shocking in this day and age, but commonplace. As staff are often not aware of ingredients we often have no choice but to eat even where it is possible that my wife would not have a problem. It was incredibly refreshing that Ravi was not only aware of the ingredients of all the cakes on offer, but could also check on readily available notes if there was any area of uncertainty. Why can't all establishments follow suit? If I am being picky, the cakes were a little sweet for our taste, but hey, we could eat them, and others with a sweeter tooth may think they are perfect! The place itself was bright and clean and thanks to Ravi's friendliness and helpfulness we had an enjoyable experience.

The place needs refurbishment. The window is cracked. The sign flickers. The awning is broken. The tiles have fallen off the wall outside and the place is filthy. What has Ruislip High Street become! Terrible shame. It used to be such a beautiful High Street 😪

Really cute vibes ! This spot is something out of a barbie movie . Very instagrammable ! Alas ,its more show than substance we ordered cake from the display and they made us wait 20 minutes to just get it out of there . Extremely soggy and not at all tasted good . Definitely not worth the price or wait .

Went here to buy fish and chips and was met by an elderly indian chap who was rude and crass and came across pretty arrogant for no reason. "What you want" was the first thing he said. Anyway I ordered the food and asked for large fish and chips. The fish was large but the portion of chips were incredibly small. The attitude and service from the elderly chap was disgusting. Never again will I step foot in this place again!
