The cake was made from Suman she’s very kind friendly helpful thanks . I have ordered cakes from [Cake box ] many times, and I am always extremely happy with their quality and service. Every cake I have bought has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully decorated. Whether it’s a birthday, celebration, or just a special treat, their cakes never disappoint! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They take great care in making sure I get exactly what I need. The cakes are always ready on time, and the flavors are amazing! My favorite is [chocolate and vanilla both are delicious], but every cake I’ve tried has been perfect. I highly recommend this cake shop to anyone looking for great taste, excellent service, and beautiful cakes. I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)

Came here on Christmas day to get a cake for my sister. Before coming, I called a good 5,6x and there was no answer. I thought I try my luck and physically turn up and it was open. They have a wide range of cakes and all different shapes and sizes. Prices are reasonable and there's a good few choices. As it's a corner shop, they have very limited space and therefore there's no seating inside or even standing. After like 3,4 customers the shop gets crowded. I would suggest that they pick up the phone. No point having a call line if you're not going to pick it up.

I recently visited CakeBox and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff she was nice and polite.From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. She patiently walked me through the various cake options, offering thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences and needs. Suman doing great at cakebox👍🏻

The punjabi girl is polite but when we start to talk in punjabi she is very rude and this is not good please if you know English that’s fine but don’t forget your mother tongue always be respectful

We had unexpected behaviour from the staff, I suggest, to improve the service, staff has to learn, how to behave with the customer. The packing for having the pastry is not expected, just had a transparent layer on the sides, which was not holding properly, and it felt on the floor. When we asked for a new one/ replacing for another, the behaviour was not acceptable. Not provided proper serving plates to eat comfortably, in addition to that, we need to request for a paid receipt, and the orders mentioned in the receipt are also incorrect. We learned from staff, if you are holding a baby, you should learn how to hold, which was very offensive, and the sitting area is really not comfortable. We really had a bitter experience, please take appropriate measures to improve. Thanks

Today we had to pick up a cake, however because of the weather, they had delay, and the owner kindly offered to deliver our cake after that. The cake was so fresh, and thank you for your service.

Cake brilliant as always but make sure you take big plastic bag with you as the staff behind the counter isn’t generous to give you one. They lied to my face having no big bags and they got one from the back a minute later 🧐

I went to buy cake 2 days back. The girl inside the shop was really bad with service. I asked few questions and she was just ignoring and asking for the order. Worst customer service. But the cake was nice👍🏼👍🏼

Timely delivery quite alright, but the product was abysmal to say the least. RED VELVET cake had 30% CAKE, 70% CREAM. Practically wasted £40

Ordered the cake on line as I am in Liverpool and my daughter is at Uni in Leeds. They were having a party so thought I'd send the cake. Ordering on line was very easy and I got an email response. I noticed the address was wrong or incomplete. So called the number and spoke to lady who just advised send email back with order number with address attached. Which I did. Delivery date and time were chosen. Only option for time was 1600- 2000. My only issue with the process was I received a call.at 15.55 on thr day of delivery to tell me the picture I'd asked for hadn't attached to the order?? This is why I haven't given 5 stars. So I had to email that over. Surely this should be checked before the date. What would have happened had I not answered the phone or been in a position to email at that time. All this said the cake arrived at the pub as requested and it looked amazing. I am assured it tasted delicious and my daughter has been asked by lots of people where it came from because it was so lovely. Thank you 😊 💓

Absolutely amazing cake store, the best part is that you can be sure to always find a cake of you choice everytime you call on them even in impromptu and express situations. On two occasions I have used their service and on every occasion I have always left impressed. I must also mention that the quality of their baking (in terms of taste ) and hygiene level is also very impressive.

lovely cake and tasted delicious, soft sponge and creamy icing. She did a great job with the lettering too. Ignore the ferraro rochers that fell off, thats my fault for not being careful enough when carrying the cake

The hyde park branch doesn't have fresh cakes.Seems like the cakes are made a night b4 and icing is done in the morning.The standard has really gone down from the cake box we used to have.

It was worst experience. I ordered a cake, there was a lot of cream inside it as well as taste was not at all good. The sponge of the cake was crumbled and it was not tasty as it should be like a cake. Sweetness of the cake was very less and it was looking like they have made forcefully.

I placed my order 5-6 days early. They put me delivery time at 1:30pm any way i reach there before 2 pm. It took them another 30 min to ready my cake. Very low staff. No front staff to talk. No one there had experience. Customer service is super slow. Staff are using headphones. Very bad experience. I will recommending get more staff in store and atleast one manager in store.

On Saturday 1/4/2023 I ordered a cake to be made for me. We agreed on the price and everything. Before the order was supposed to be made they called me and told me that it is not possible to make the cake. I chose something else. The inside of the cake was very dry and tasted so old and expired. I believe it was expired. I contacted the shop and they denied. I think he did delay this on purpose to force me to take the bad cake. The cake box company is nice in general but this branch is bad at dealing with customers.
