Cake Box - Arndale Centre in Manchester

I got a slice of Black Forest Gateau. It look beautiful, but it was totally tasteless. Definitely NOT worth £3.99 imho. Server was inattentive. I had to shout three times before he eventually served me.

I've always wanted to try some cakes from the Cake Box. Finally got a Strawberry pastry today. It was fresh, well layered, soft, moist and tasty. It was a bit too sweet for my liking but i relished it all. I loved the packaging. Definitely will try their more range in future.

Egg free cakes. Dry, the cream tastes like play dough. Don’t recommend coming here should have gone to Krispy crème next to it.

Cake box have super egg free fresh cream cakes! Your eyes are first drawn to the celebration cake display, fabulous confectionery, beautifully decorated, super for birthday cakes for all ages! Lots of choice and options. Around the side of the display cabinet are many individual boxed slices of theses wonderful cakes, fabulous for a chocoholic or red velvet fan! So difficult to choose, I intend to taste them all over several weeks! Today's choice? Blackforest gateaux and coconut Victoria sponge, delicious, generously sized slices, boxed up for safe travel home.
