Went to Cafolla's yesterday, the waitress asked my friend what she would like, my friend asked for a panini and the waitress snapped at her saying " I'm to busy, I'm not making that" needless to say we were both gob smacked. Her attitude was horrible. I told her she was rude and that we were not staying. She shouted something to us as we walked out the door. We did however find a lovely place around the corner that served great food and the waitress couldn't do enough for us. We will never go back to Cafolla's again. I suggest if you're too busy missy, you let someone else take the orders and you sweep the floor or something. Now go have the day you deserve!!

Today was my first time eating at Cafolla’s and it was a very pleasant experience. The options on the menu were very well priced and the food was tasty - I was quite surprised at how fast the food was brought out as well. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to any requests that I had.

four of us called in for breakfast last Friday in October great choice -- very friendly staff -- very good price 3 great fries of bacon, sausage, egg & soda -- all perfectly cooked and NOT dripping with grease. I asked for one egg and toast -- they served 2 eggs at no extra cost as they said the eggs were small Definitely go back

Cafolla's is a great local cafe that does great burgers, lovely crispy chips and in my opinion the best fish and chip in town, in a golden bubbly batter. The staff are very pleasant and know the menu well which is always a plus. My only criticism is that on slight occasion the food arrives a little overcooked, particularly sausages. The scenery inside could also really do with a little brightening up, as the atmosphere is a little drab. All in all, great food, a well priced menu and pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best fish and chip in Newry. Other food is good too, but 4/5 from me.
