Caffi’r Ddraig Street Food in Gwynedd

Ordered from here again following a previous trip. Again food was amazing - freshly made, delicious & nutritious. 2 of us had the special which was tempura Cauliflower with sweet chilli sauce and the other had the pulled pork. Such a change to have good choices as a vegetarian that are not just an afterthought. I’m sure the other cafes are decent enough for what looked like standard offerings, but this little gem of a street food outlet is something else. Staff are always really decent too. Didn’t take photos of food - photos attached are our view from the seats outside on a very rainy day - outlet windows just out of site on the right. Menu is small but we had difficulty choosing as they all sounded so good.

I had the hallumi tortilla wrap , it was huge , beautiful and very filling , had lots of different things inside, too many to mention , would highly recommend , lovely lady on the counter too

Had lunch there yesterday. BBQ pulled pork, grilled halloumi and chicken tikka. Was best street food we had so far in UK. Fast prepared with fresh Ingredients. BBQ pulled pork with a bit of chilli and fresh herbs. Well balanced. Not “bathing” in sauce on fresh chips. Grilled halloumi with fresh pesto as well as chicken tikka not spicy (daughter had one and she don’t like spicy food) with massive chunks of chicken. Flavours hard to forget. Can highly recommend that place. For sure we will come back JUST FOR THAT FOOD. Doesn’t matter that need to pay extra charge to get into village itself. Definitely worth of every pence!!!

Amazing food! Was a bit confused about which window to order in - as were others! It had 2 signs at each window, saying to order hot food at the other. If it had “order here” and “collect here” it’d have so much custom - it was purely this that put people off. Korean chicken was amazing. Order at the left, collect at the right
