Caffe Nero - Stanmore in Harrow

Best coffee cafe in stanmore , i usually get my drink from here staffs are nice and they do serve amazing coffee. I always want my coffee with oat milk and they are really sweet to listen and prepare

The staff were very and extreme unprofessional the service was poor service. Tables were not cleaned in a timely manner and half of the store was closed off for certain people.

Visited yesterday with friends and during the period two women entered on the guise of begging. Not once we're they challenged by the staff and ordered to leave. In what seemed like seconds, they left with my friends iPhone after a slight of hand on the table. Unfortunately my friend is partially sighted, and uses a white stick as an aid, which was obvious, but made no difference to the callus thieves! Apparently this is not an isolated occurance in this cafe, so please be warned! Staff refused to help by calling the incident into the Police, so I certainly won't be using this venue again, and I suggest that you are all on high alert! 😡

The coffe shop is so outdated and tables always dirty , staff does not seem to care about cleanliness and they are not friendly. It’s such a shame it really needs a revamp

I just popped in for a hot chocolate in Stanmore branch.... Gentle man serving me was very pleasant and the lady who made my hot chocolate also pleasant hot chocolate was lovely

I always come here lunch time, coffee is the best area if you like strong one but they always adjust if you want to have lighter. Very Friendly staff, but quite noisy when staff cleaning the clutters , empty machines etc. and one thing is matters all air cons in full, I’m sorry but not very comfortable to sit there on a rainy day, It’s quite chilly.

I only stopped here as I was early for an appointment nearby. Very busy branch. Clean. Friendly and fast service. Nice atmosphere. Had an americano to drink and the gingerbread biscuit. Good and can't complain. Fast free wifi.

This is the best coffee I have had in a long time. My first visit to cafe Nero. They have a very nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches, cakes etc. But if you are in the area then I can definitely recommend the coffee. Excellent and friendly service

Popped in with a friend last week after not visiting for a while. We didn't stay. It was quite full but none of the tables were wiped while we waited for one that came available. While we waited no member of staff asked if we wanted to wait; if they could help us etc. It is said that the Emperor Nero played his fiddle while Rome burned. Like him, the staff seemed not too interested in what was happening around them. Maybe if the place had a facelift in terms of decor, it might be more welcoming and make the staff more willing. On previous occasions, we felt more comfortable. We have no reason to assume that the coffee itself had deteriorated but when you just visit for a quick coffee and chat with a friend, the atmosphere, decor and staff can - and should - make the difference. Off my visiting list curently.

We met prior to going to a restaurant for lunch. There was only one staff member serving who would take the order and make the coffees and serve them. A second waitress did come in tot he coffee house and she seemed angry ans was muttering whlist removing her coat to help the other waitress. It all seemed rushed and the waitress did not want to be there. My coffee was not the greatest and it seemed a not so nice experience.

the service at this average coffee shop lacks a lot.Its got strong brew if one enjoys teh espressos and a a franchise its limited in choice of snacks.

Coffee in a beautifully appointed cafe with yummy cake or pasta or porridge depending on the time of day makes Nero a lovely place to unwind in. Staff needs to smile a bit more though to sweeten a cold welcome:)

The ambiance is not soo great. Staff is not friendly. Need to be trained with some customer service.

always pop in for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake ... nice friendly staff ,,, always made welcome

A G-d send for Stanmore.... Coffee always lovely, coupled with their porridge... Very quiet and peaceful. Not overtly cheap, buT no coffee shop is nowadays.
