Toilet’s key at the till!! Whenever you use the toilet you have to bring the key to cashier next to food and coffee!!!!

The muffin cake, especially the blueberry one, is really special in this place. Of course, the only thing I can say about the coffee is that they are masters of coffee in this specialty.

A nice and cosy caffè nero branch. 3 staff members were working and although there were quite a few customers, the lone barista who was the main one brewing the drinks was doing an extremely efficient job. I ordered an iced pistachio latte and for someone who is not an avid drinker of coffee, preferring tea instead, I quite liked this drink. I could not taste the pistachio flavour syrup however, which is the only reason I’d give an overall 4* review rather than 5*. Another staff member who then went to assist the initially lone barista kindly offered to also heat up my toastie, but as I was planning to have it later I kindly declined their offer. Extremely impressive and again, efficient service with which I left very happy. Small things all add up and I was also given a spoon in my bag to take away my food options. Total was £11.60 for all the items, it will cost a bit more if you decide to order a drink to drink inside however. Will definitely be returning to this branch. Thank you.

It's the worst atmosphere ever. All nero cafes are extremely freezing. There is no apparent reason why these cafes use the air-conditioning to freeze their shops. Every single customer takes the coffee wearing their coats as if they are outside in the cold. This is not a way to enjoy your coffee. One more serious reason that one can't enjoy their coffee at nero cafes is that the coffee cools down insanely fast, and that's because of the freezing air-conditioning.

The most friendly staff, I like cafe Nero’s coffee & I appreciate customer service at this cafe . I believe all staffs love’s their job and happy to be there . they are friendly and they makes nice coffee. all the staff nice especially Sara & Julia . I been in this caffe yesterday. I have to say that had one of the best service and coffee since long time. The manager there is a very lovely young woman who made my day. She helped me to find space to charge my laptop and served me amazing coffee. She offered me pistachio cake which tasted delicious with my cappuccino.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!! Ordered a panini, waited 15 minutes and after not having it brought over, asked if they had forgotten about it, I was then rudely accused of already having eaten it and trying to scam them into giving me another one???? She then went into the back and pulled some 8-bit security footage of me taking my friends sausage roll to our table claiming it was the panini i never received! I had also paid for a carrot cake which never came but at that point was too scared to ask for it. Absolutely VILE service; I'm usually very understanding of mistakes especially at busy times but this behavior was completely uncalled for and I hope the woman who served us never treats anyone like this again.

Always lovely service in here. I tend to get a different drink each time I go and I'm never disappointed.

First time visiting Wilmslow Park Caffè Nero - barista (Natalia) who had served me was very welcoming and friendly. While staying in to drink my latte someone had tried to steal food from the fridges but the barista handled the situation surprisingly very calmly and professionally.

staff member tried to get into the bathroom after seeing me go in really freaked me out and then as I left I was stared down by the her as if i was committing a crime felt racially profiled to be honest.

Busy cafe. Staff helpful. Ample seating area. Staff could do more to encourage customers who are seating in to use the ceramic cups instead of disposable ones. Skimmed milk was used by default. Didn't notice until later, would have asked for whole milk.

Great toastie for breakfast but limited range. No mushroom one available and we were there early. But good coffee and pain au raisin and quiet efficient service

It's was an ok visit started off a little slowly then another staff member came to help. Nice location but parking could be a challenge. Lovely to get a coffee to go and walked across to the park.

Called in here for a cup of coffee while waiting for an appointment as I was a bit early. Friendly service & we managed to get seating areas outside.

Everytime I visit the store has a great relaxing atmosphere. The shop is very clean and tidy. The staff are welcoming & helpful. Coffee is always perfect 🙌

Nice place, very cosy! Good to work in! Accessibility wise they have level access, removable chairs, enough space for a manual chair and a medium powerchair. I believe there is an accessible loo but I didn't use it.

This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.

Sully, best customer service, he served my porridge with the highest standard it’s tasty. The staff are all so lovely, Natalia Is very hard working, an always dealing with queries Efficiently. Alex very bubbly an very positive. Always makes me feel welcomed. P.S they all need a pay rise an lastly I want mention my fav staff deni, very kind an polite. I go often, and most of the staff are lovely. There are quite large queues often, usually from around 11:30 until 2pm.

Average Caffè Nero. The issue I have with this store is that the coffee is always way too hot! Cappuccino and flat white etc are not supposed to be that hot! It burns the coffee and the milk doesn’t foam. Any barista knows this... I would’ve thought there would be standard training around how to make a proper coffee. The coffee is that hot it burns your hands through the cup. I don’t get this with any other coffee shop. I only visit this branch as it’s near to where I work. Some of the staff are really nice.

Terrible customer service. Bad attitude from the staff. Coffee is ok, nothing special. Baked goods are very basic.

Delicious coffee! The staff are friendly and professional. A great place to work or relax. It can get a bit busy as the seating area is small. Staff also need to clean tables more often.

El café Nero es demasiado fuerte para mi gusto, así que siempre hay que ir a lo grande con menos tiros.

This is the closest coffee shop I could find to the train at Wilmslow. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and cosy shop - hit the spot. Would be great if you could open a tiny takeaway version on the train platform?!

This is a good location for a coffee shop but this Nero branch is ultimately lacking in character or charm. Usual selections are available but it's not as cosy as some of the other branches and is better to get take out from here. I don't know what it is about Caffe Nero staff but they're always so slow to clear the tables.

Es una gran cadena de cafeterías de Manchester. Los precios están bien para la calidad de los productos. En este local concretamente, no debía de tener su día la chica ya que no nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, fue lo único negativo.

Latte and a cinnamon roll, the morning does not start better than this. Excellence location in the Didsbury village, stroll around, but make you first or last stop here for great coffee! This is where the locals go!
