I visit here quite often. The staff they have are amazing. They provide the personal touch and make it known they have seen you before. Always a smile and professional service. I look forward to my visits and sampling the lovely food and drinks.

Good coffee, nice atmosphere & great staff. However, terrible internet. At least the coffee is good. They almost never play background music. I’m not sure if it’s intentional, but my phone’s internet signal becomes disrupted inside, and I’m forced to use their “free” WiFi. Which isn’t great. Great coffee shop if you don’t need internet.

Was in town for lunch with a friend and they didn't have any vegan desserts, tried another place and again, neither did they. So we came to Nero's as I knew I could get a delicious vegan chocolate cheesecake and coffee. Having a reliable menu on your doorstep is underrated. Thanks Nero for stepping up the vegan game. I'd still like to see almond milk on the drinks menu please

Called in for a coffee and a rest from shopping. Plenty of room for my husbands wheelchair. Staff were great very helpful.

Quick stop just to grab a coffee and bun after visiting the shops. Only two staff on duty and 7 in the queue so took some time to place the order. Friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of food and drink options.

Place was dirty, very limited choice and the guy serving us was very rude. Would not recommend

Splendid place to pop in for a quick coffee ( or tea) and a wee bite. Staff are brilliant baristas and know their coffee. The place is almost always cracking and you might have a bit of bother finding a table. But, most will let you join them at their tables, if they have an extra seat.

Compare to...? What? Walk in hungry enough 5 star, búval bélelt mood - not even 1.. Divat.

Toliets were disgusting with overflowing bin with sanitary products , floors and walls dirty and no hand wash ,dirty toilets are a true reflection of a property

The area for staff to work in is far to small. Staff are friendly & mannerly.

The staff probably let this establishment down most. Sometimes they appear disinterested, as they happily chat amongst themselves, like kids behind the bike shed. Most times I am in I have to request a spoon. A basic requirement one would think when having a coffee. As for a napkin? They obviously don't stock them. On occasions the sit in option hasn't been available, due to a lack of staff. Hello, management! Another trick is that when the day is down to the last hour of trading, you won't have the privilege of a proper ceramic cup. On the plus side, the coffee is generally good, with a relaxed atmosphere about the place.

Hot chocolate and Cappuccino weren't hot enough. Also tables and seats were in need of cleaning. - staff were busy. I would add that staff were friendly and helpful

Always good quality food and coffee in this Omagh branch of Caffè Nero. Plenty of free parking and close to shops. It's the sort of place that you can sit for hours and not feel under any pressure to leave. There's indoor and outside seating, as well as toilets.

Male Barista wore mask on right ear then had it supporting chin never in 30 mins or so that I was there wore it correctly when clearing tables or behind counter. ?????

Lovely spot right beside M & S Retail Park. Open till 7pm on a Sunday where everywhere else seems to be closed at 6pm. We got there at 6.30pm so by the time we got served (it was busy) we had to sit outside. We got a slice of cake each and a coffee, both divine. Would recommend for a welcome pit stop!

Very dirty toilets!! Asked a member of staff to the clean tables before I sat down with my elderly relative was told to clean them yourself as they were too busy there was nothing provided for cleaning only a bowel of water that a dog was drinking out off. Rubbish bins were over flowing and one member of staff was very unpleasant.

Staff alright, Carmel squares yummy and keep me coming back!! Place generally appears dirty and could do with a deep clean. Toilet definitely needs attention. You now have to clean the tables outside before you sit down!! Perhaps a carry out off Carmel squares instead although I’m now not sure about that either☹️

RIPOFF..........can't justify the prices for their coffee and food! Hygiene and decor not up to much either. Don't be in it much and wouldn't be in a rush to go back!

Average service definitelynot the place to go for a take out coffee if in rush...fella in charge walked around whilst 4 or 5 in the queue...waited probably 10 mins in total and as I stood aside politely whilst my coffee was being prepared, letting the next person get served...he proceeded to make himself somewhat useful by scolding me and ordering me to stand behind the screen which I done and was less than a metre from the next customer...serious attitude problem noticed thus guys behaviour before.

Food and drinks below average and the service is disgraceful. Sat in here just before lockdown was reintroduced last week and a male staff member was just incredibly bad mannered. This place has very little to recommend it anyway, but rude behaviour is the nail in the coffin.

Always a perfect tasting coffee. Prices are decent, and waiting times are short.

Visit here regularly. Coffee is constantly good, as long as you like a darker roast.

The staff are efficient and the location is great.Coffee great.It used to be scruffy but..no more! I like being able to get porridge or soup as options as well as sweet stuff.

The staff are more friendly as in January 2020. Prior to that, not good, far to slow serving, and staff always sermed glum to state the very least. * I had used it quite a lot over a few years but got fed up of the slow service etc. * After all we the customers are paying for the service and expect just that. * On the other hand, i expect they are being paid poor wages for the work they do. * It needs a thorough cleaning & redecoration. Cleaning of the seats and upholstery as it is filthy. * Always look carefully prior to taking chairs or seats. *** Hopefully this will be a wake up call for the Management of Cafe Nero or the Management of the Francisee etc.

I love going caffeine Nero the thing that puts me of is so many dirty table's and people sitting on laptops taking up seating when someone as to look around to get a seat and it's very small 🤨🤨 I love your hot chocolate and your food and snacks only go in once in once in a blue moon (Omagh)

It's trendy so its the place to be seen, but honestly its just overpriced foam in a cup, the coffee isn't even that nice and as for the snacks they are extremely over priced, you can buy 2 packets of caramel squares in the shops for what they charge for a single one. Yes they have overheads but we are not in the heart of London so cut us some slack.

Stuff not very happy, good atmosphere. Need average height for your table use. Cleaning and hygiene needs.

Good coffee but cake was dry around edges with being in the fridge. So much so the tip of the cake actually tasted stale. I have found this problem in several Nero's. I was also sitting beside a stack of highchairs and they were filthy. I wouldn't put a child into them. Little more attention to detail required.

Have dined on a number of occasions here in recent times. Very disappointed that one of the staff here is very unfriendly and I have felt uncomfortable during my visits.

Cafe Nero, adheres to the brand, coffee is good with sandwiches and treats if you want them. I like this because the walls are glass and sitting with coffee on the sofa people watching out the window on a cold day is great. The place is busy so you can have trouble finding seating at prime times

Quite simply this branch need to be closed for a deep clean, redecoration and staff retraining.Wasn't overly busy but staff seemed very disorganised and unhappy attitude. Had to ask for table to be wiped as had been cleared but crumbs and drink stains remained. Floor also dirty. Everywhere grubby from glass panels to light fittings and cobwebs. Major accumulation of dirt evident at edges of floors near the counter area. On visiting the loo, the door to the behind counter area was open and it looked chaotic and very dirty, especially the floor. Air conditioning turned up high so it was cold and uncomfortable.Have noticed increasingly poor standards in many Nero outlets so will be avoiding in future.

Muy buen café y algunos miembros del personal muy buena. El personal parece muy descuidado por tanto la cantidad de mesas sucias. También hay un gran movimiento de personal, lo cual no es una buena señal. Formación de personal también es un problema ya que hay algunos muy poot hábitos con los trabajadores. Sin embargo, el personal también son uno de los mejores atributos de esta cafetería. Y la comida es caro Cofffee para lidiar con desorden.

Nice little coffee shop not too far off the main road. We stopped here when driving from Dublin to Letterkenny and my Dad accidentally left his scarf. When we drove back a few days later, they had held onto it for him! They were super friendly and helpful and the coffee was very good.

Cuando pagas un precio premium para un café lo menos que espero es una mesa limpia para poner su taza. Este lugar está sucio. Las mesas no he visto un paño, los pisos no es un cepillo o una fregona. Yo estaba en @ de 10. 30 y el lugar era tranquilo, así que no hay excusa. Las sillas son asquerosas, comida a los lados que han estado allí tanto tiempo que empieza a crecer el moho. No es agradable en absoluto. Nunca le he puesto un pie en este lugar de nuevo

Me entiendes. Toma tiempo para hacer un buen café, pero sólo toma unos pocos minutos para limpiar las mesas. La limpieza y la presentación son importantes para los clientes. Esa es mi única crítica, el café es bueno y la ubicación es buena. Una inversión en el personal de la planta mejoraría la apariencia general.

Our first visit to this Cafe Nero. Dirty crockery occupied most of the empty tables making it difficult to find a seat. We left feeling bitterly disappointed and will not be back any time soon.
