Caffè Nero in Dudley

Lovely coffee had the new limited blend yesterday. Staff always lovely. Customers when I normally go are very friendly too.

I regularly visit this branch of the Caffe Nero chain when I visit Stourbridge. The staff are brilliant and there's a nice vibe to the place. I've yet to sample the food, but the cappuccino is lovely and smooth. The venue is dog friendly too.

Cafe Nero Stourbridge is awesome. Staff very friendly and skilful . Always ready to give us recommendations about their coffee.

Poor service 29th June. No effort to sort problems, apologised and basically said its policy, where has good customer service gone? When a customer is spending over £16!

The ladies there are lovely and I get on really well with them.

I come quite frequently here and the staff are always very polite and kind. The shop is always very clean and tends to be quite quiet which is great, especially for studying.

Nasty staff, they treat vulnerable people badly, one employee treats handicapp, disabled vulnerable people badly she refuses to serve them and when you defend them you are treated the same, she is rude and nasty and vile, disabled people and people with Autism and mental health issues are not welcome. Cafe Nero should be ashamed of themselves for employing nasty and vile staff.

Staff have nothing better to do than complain about Greggs across road, they gave me the wrong food because of there gossiping about Greggs and clearly distracted about others stores instead of there own

Large takeaway cappuccino for £1 with the Three+ app. Nice coffee and dog friendly too.

Always a pleasant experience,but Very noticable today again that once again today ,long queues due to only one girl behind the counter and people walking out.

I used to love Cafe Nero but my last few visits have been disappointing . This is mostly due to the staff, they are not interested in customer service or satisfaction. The coffee is good but I am never sure it's what I asked for ie Decaffeinated as the staff do not seem to be concentrating only gossiping.

I visit this establishment frequently. I like the comfy sofa seats , but frequently have to make do with the less popular seating. Probably the best Coffee in town .

Perfect stop for a 10 minute breather

The decor is looking very tired and in desperate need of a refresh. Service on the whole is good but the staff sometimes appear fed up. Coffee is great and food looks good but I only usually have a croissant because I know they’re fresh.

Very tired cafe Nero , furniture very old and why on earth is the broken unusable chair with a note on it to say do not use in the window still there !! Get rid of it 😒

Great coffee, Great staff apart from the one employees who treat handicappeded, disabled people badly, she refuses to serve them and when you defend them you are treated the same, she is rude and nasty, people with autism and mental health issues are not welcome. Mental health issues, Autism people who don’t like environments with loud noise.

Hadn’t been for a while. Won’t ever bother again. Sunday I popped in for a coffee…..dirty tables, filthy floor, crockery everywhere, 3 staff and I only saw one working at a time in the 25mins I was there. Standing chatting whilst the crockery piled up and people waited in the queue. Awful place.

Let’s start by saying this store has the most polite friendly staff ever. Nothing is too much trouble. They make you feel welcome the moment you arrive and order. The drinks are first class. It simply wipes the floor with other coffee houses on the high st. If you’re in the area check them out. You will not be disappointed at all. Food, drinks ,atmosphere all 1st class.

Whats not to love with Café Nero its my go to place for excellent tasting coffee and in my opinion far better that thoes other high street brands not to say they make nasty coffee but I just love the taste of Café Nero coffee. Coffee was great environment very comfortable and well decorated and the service was second to none in this Stourbridge outlet.

A++ friendly staff and plenty of choice

Went in today for a coffee with a friend trying to hold a conversation but rudely interrupted with a woman with a dog non stop barking for about a hour staff staff did nothing! Won't be going back.

Still that vile female worker still there, she is nasty towards the vulnerable customers that go in, she won’t serve them she even ask the other workers to serve them, she rude and arrogant. The amount of people I know that won’t go in when she is on duty.

A good version of the chain. Staff welcoming and greeted regulars by name. The property needs a little bit of TLC in some places where the paint has chipped off but otherwise fine.

Didn't even want to give one star. Appalled by the attitude of the staff at Kidderminster Caffe Nero towards myself, my brother and brother in law today. My brother is disabled following a stroke and is deaf and partially sighted so my brother in law and I went to the counter to order coffees and food. Asked politely for toasted teacake...'Got none' was the response. 'May I have a slice of toast please?' 'Don't do toast'. Coffees were roughly put on counter. Then my brother in law looked at a paper cup on the corner of the counter. 'What you looking at that for?' said the guy behind the counter, and he took the cup away. We didn't know that this was for tips (as if they deserve tips!) and treated us as if we were about to steal it!! We walked out. Stourbridge Caffe Nero staff are the same: rude and surly. I could go on. I am very angry at the way we were treated. Training for Caffe Nero staff is obviously lacking. I'm going to email head office to formally register our complaint. Went to Costa and got treated with respect and a smile.

Busy Saturday morning and two of the three staff were trainees. I got a horrible flat white with obvious bubbles, not even a good cappuccino. They were friendly enough though and kept the place clean and tidy. Another visit, Sunday lunchtime, no wait, very friendly baristas who loved having a chat with my two year old, even came over to give her a high five for eating her lunch. Coffee was better too, vegan sweetcorn flatbread was great.

No care anymore because my cholocate milkshake is just Ice and what a waste of money because the coffees are tiny /mostly froth and for the same price you may as well go to Costa and get medium Flat White there.🙄

Imagine a glass of Guinness... Well my latte coffee was like that... But half latte and the other half milk froth!!... To be fair the girl who made it was a trainee... And it was topped up by the other girl afterwards.

Was not very happy about quality of the coffee...hardly was any milky faom onthe top of cappuccino ...we spend £16 and expected better service.Salted caramel latte cup was covered in something sticky.Overall won't visit again.

Lovely cafe with a nice layout that isn't too cramped. The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. The coffee I had was a bit too bitter for my liking (skinny decaf latte) but the food I had was nice (tomato and mozzarella panini with pesto). Being dog friendly is an absolute bonus. Great room for working too.
