Caffè Nero in City of London, Westminster

This is one of the worst Caffe Nero’s I have been to primarily because of one barista. He is a short male barista who couldn’t care less for his job. When you are paying £4 for a cup of coffee you expect it to be half decent.. this guy makes it like he’s doing you a favor, once had the cup pointing the wrong direction and the coffee half flowed out.. then the this morning he left a new staff member to manage the station by himself at peak coffee hour to have his breakfast at one of the tables the other guy didn’t even know what he was doing!

For the whole store I only see one ppl working, for sucking long time waiting. Amazing.

Best coffee around the area. Recommend to anyone deciding to get rid of the morning gloom. Big thanks to Jamal always makes my black coffee perfect.

Very rude staff And very slow I politely asked if I could order after waiting a long time and was told if I didn’t like it I should go somewhere else Appalling way to speak to a customer

Toilet always "blocked" ! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Put some more staff on will you. Always 10+ people in the queue, and only ever 1 person serving. Ridiculous….stop being so cheap Nero!

The place is comfy and cozy. Located in a vital area near the Italian consulate but it doesn’t accept cash only card which not a practical thing

Decent enough branch but service was a bit slow as only one server. Pleasant environment, comfy chairs.

I came for a coffee this morning. I could not use the toilet as it was broken. There are too many broken toilets around London. This is a new pandemic. Customers need the toilets sometimes.

Went in to pick a product. Service was quick.

Shelfs are very empty, and the staff have no customer service skills. Cafe Nero is not what it used to be, unfortunately.

Toasted sandwich only properly on one side

Young gentleman single handedly dealt with a super busy queue and was quick to resolve problems.

Popped in for lunch. Did click and collect from the cafe nero app. Went to the store but for whatever reason they didn't get my order. Anyway, I showed them the order on my phone and they then made the order. Good customer service. The cafe is clean and comfortable seatings.

Yet another extremely over priced coffee shop. The product is mainly hot water so these sort of prices are appalling, why in London are we constantly extorted for basics.

Lovely service and coffee. Also a great location with nice seating options available.

the usual cafe nero. had a few meetings here recently. the staff are very nice, left a bottle of water on the table when got up to get a coffee, a waiter thought it was trash, do they gave me another fresh bottle on them.
