Caffe Nero in Kensington and Chelsea

Really bad service, only a trainee barista on the tills and tables stacked with mugs, plates and cutlery. An elderly female manager was extremely rude to a group who had ordered a muffin and was eating it and kicked them out as she needed the space for other customers. Will not be returning.

Customer service was okay and the coffee satisfactory but many of the tables were stacked with food and drink left overs and dirty cutlery plates and food boxes. This was both inside and outside. Maybe it was a bad day but on this occasion it was poor.

We had lunch at Cafe Nero at about 2pm. It wasn’t busy so we were able to get a seat (rare in london lol). It was a half decent price for what we had. They were able to warm our toastie, panini and pastry. It was clean and everything tasted good! We also had a side of rainbow salad which was only £1 and made it into a proper lunch! Recommend for a nice light lunch.

Las bebidas estaban bien y no necesitábamos hacer cola, pero eso es lo mejor que puedo decir sobre esto. El café no estaba muy caliente, los baños estaban sucios y desaliñados. Todo el lugar parece un poco descuidado y sin amor.

El café era agradable pero muy mal ambiente, 3 miembros del personal discutieron entre ellos muy ruidosamente todo el tiempo que estuve allí. Los baños eran una desgracia! !

Die Filiale der Kaffeehaus-Kette liegt direkt gegenüber von Harrods, so daß man hier gut eine Shopping-Pause machen kann.Angeboten werden die üblichen Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten - die Qualität war gut, die Preise waren wie in London üblich relativ hoch. Es gab auch eine kleine Auswahl an sehr guten Kuchen (Die Lemon Tarts waren super !!!) und einige Snacks zum Mitnehmen.Es gibt einige bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, die aber größtenteils relativ abgenutzt waren.

This branch is busy all day long attracting passing trade and regulars alike.Young staff are well trained and always pleasant and efficient.

Muy buen café al paso!! Exquisitos sus muffins, sobretodo el de BlueBerries... probé unas cuantas variedades de café y en diferentes locales y zonas, ninguno me defraudó! Además tienen muy buena atención.

Nice and friendly coffee house. The barista in all Nero's are well trained. They have great coffee too. Cakes are to die for. Furniture a bit shabby in places but I think all coffee shops are like that these days.

Great hot chocolate, and extremely good the Belgium Chocolate Cake. So good the carrot cake too. If we travel again to London, we will go to Caffè Nero un Brompton Rd.

Esta rama de neto es generalmente masificado, debido a su ubicación, es por eso que el servicio es estable, pero no es algo "wow". Sin embargo, el café, sándwiches y pasteles están bien. En caso de que necesite una rápida parada para un café, que no está mal, pero hay mejores lugares cercanos.

Buono il caffè (contro ogni mia aspettativa), personale per di più italiano, cortese e rapido! Perfetto per evitare le solite catene alla starbucks
