Caffè Nero in City of London, Westminster

The only good thing was the coffee, unfortunately my vanilla syrup was forgotten. The service was a bit impatient even though the store was empty. The sandwiches are overpriced at £5, as the smoked bacon sandwich is only two slices and the bacon, at least some butter would be appropriate, if it were freshly made then £5 would be a fair price. The rest was the same, the pain au chocolat was dry and tasted like the food it was next to. So just two stars.

I was impressed with the implacable service by the two most loving girls, Saaniya and Lucy. I had a luxury hot chocolate, which always never disappoints me and I will definitely come to this store to have my comfort drink in the winter.

Staff are always with a smile even during rush hour times. The coffees from here are always good.

Asked for ice latte with not a cup full of ice and got a half filled coffee with a bit of ice lol

The rudest staff who have the worst attitude. Also had the cheek to take my drink order and not tell me they were training a staff member so waited over 10 minutes for an iced flat white and watched MULTIPLE people get served before me. Whoever manages this store your staff really don’t enjoy serving customers and should do better.

A fairly small branch, still able to sit down at 10am though. Good service. The only down point is that there are no real cups, no doubt due to the size of the place. It's not much bigger than an Express

absolutely lasy and uncompetent staff. they working so slow and just ignoring customers no matter how big is the queue.

Good coffee bean taste, fast service, a little too fast. Barista seemed to be in a rushed mood but the coffee came out just fine. They might prioritize quantity over Quality considering there was no queue

You can only get a hot chai latte. There is no restroom so don't have too much to drink. My chai latte consisted mostly of milk and had very little flavor.

I love their pastries! I think their sweets are quite too sweet tho.

Caffé Nero is probably the best of the coffee chains available in the UK. They train the Batista's well and manage to make good coffee with a personal touch.

It serves coffee. The same as every other Nero. The scanner didn't work immediately. The same as every other Nero.

We had to stand whilst 2 women keep a table each,for 15 mins, they had not ordered anything. So Customers who were ordering food and drinks had to stand

Great coffee and good food. It is close to some busy places and offices. The sandwich was tasty. I am a big fan of the latte. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a queue in the morning but worth it.

Friendly and professional coffee. In fact - no this is one of the Of of the friendliest and best Cafe Nero branches in the entire area. When busy the team will do their best to process the orders quickly and efficiently and when only a few customers take their time and the end result is a great tasting quality coffee. Also learnt recently - Nero lattes come with semi-skimmed milk by default. Taste great. Great atmosphere if you want to sit in.

Comment décrire leur café sans rendrent jalouses toutes les autres enseignes..... Nero est une chaîne clairement au dessus du niveau des autres ! Les cafés, thé, chocolat chaud sont juste délicieux ! On ne peut que devenir accro à cette marque ! Ils proposent également un panel de cookies et autres gâteaux pour les petits creux ! Et pareil, toujours aussi bons ! Les serveurs étaient hyper sympa, ce qui est représentatif de toutes les personnes rencontré dans Londres. Je crois que leurs thés et chocolats sont les meilleurs souvenirs gustatifs de ma grossesse, et je n'exagère pas ! Pitié Nero installez vous en France ! On vous aime !!!!

It's not the biggest coffee shop but when you can get a seat by the window and it's quiet then it's great to look as the world goes by. If it's busy then it's not too good

Not quite five stars, but good. They need more choice and there is no bathroom. Overall, the service is very efficient and much more polite than the one down the road.

Good for grabbing a coffee or having a short chat. Small but well optimized space.

Nice tastes, Italian atmosphere and friendly staff. Certainly overpriced though - especially the sandwiches - over £4 a sandwich is definitely not Italian. And we are not at an airport. I am not judging the coffee here as I haven't tasted it yet.
