Caffe Carluccio's in Redditch

Staff are friendly but terrible quality food. Specifically the chips. So many bruises on them. I didn’t say to the ladies as there was a queue and i didn’t have time to wait for any more anyway. Emailed them on the 11th June about it, but given up waiting for a response.

Sophie was a delight to order from. Quick, efficient and answered all my silly questions even though she was busy. My flat whites even came with little designs that she said she was trying her best with and though I didn’t catch a picture, my sisters cappuccino came with a cute little chocolate stencil design. The drinks and staff were delightful.

I only stopped in briefly on the off chance I could get a coffee and found the place super busy. I felt really bad for two girls on front, who were absolutely nothing but smiles and helpful to everyone who asked. When I asked for a recommendation for cakes, both Sophie and Sam were more than willing to offer their opinions and a joke or two. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu.

Came here to try the Harry Ramsdens, and it was very tasty. The fish sizes vary as my wife and I had different sized fish, but they were phenomenal. The young gent in the kitchen along with Sophie and Sam on front were all happy, talkative and even singing at one point. We'll definitely be back.
