Subway in Redditch

Came in today, I preordered online the ovens were shut off! However despite the inconvenience the two lovely girls at the till sorted my order! Best customer service! Thank you lauren x

Consistently delivering the wrong food the the wrong houses, if you want the food you ordered get it from somewhere else. What a waste of money

Incredibly slow service. Was the only person in the queue and took forever to get served as they put the just eat orders as a priority

It had a foil plastic sauce packet stuck into the sandwich. I was told this was part of the recipe and refused a refund. Disgusting service.

Missing items, wrong items and ingredients not asked for on sandwich. How can you get it so wrong on 5 items order?

Subway is one of my go-to for healthy fast food vendor. It is rich in quality a d value for money. The customer service is very good with humility and good manners o display.

Order was late Pop was warm. Forgot parts of my order. Never again.

Sadly we only received the sandwiches and not the crisps cookies or drinks that were also ordered. The driver was less than helpful.

Ordered 2 breakfast subs for delivery. Nearly £8 for a bacon and cheese 6 inch sub and end of it was black burnt and hard so unable to eat it.

I haven’t received my order and the number available to call the restaurant is not in service!!!

Incorrect order. Asked for a foot long and a six inch and ended up with 2 six inches ?

When I was customising my sandwich, I selected no sauces to be out on it. However, when it had arrived, I opened it to find some sort of sauce on it :/ This isn't the first time something similar has happened and find the continuous mistakes as well as the high prices to be quite disappointing.

I ordered bacon sausage and egg, there was no egg and the sandwich was drowned in red sauce and I didn't ask for sauce, and barley any bacon it was basically sausage patty and loads of red sauce, inedible.

Taste good but was stone cold :(

Please, please check the order before it goes out. Again, my cookie was missing. If I’m paying for a meal, I’d really like the full meal. Is it too much to ask?

Food wasn’t delivered. Attempted to call and the number isn’t recognised. Never received

Ordered 2 subs through Just Eat. How they can send the food out of the door in the state these two sandwiches were in, is beyond me. One sub was actually inedible, the bread was that stale. When we rang the shop the lady we spoke to was unhelpful and disinterested, and just suggested we chase a refund.

Just received two subs. Not only were they delivered late, they were both terrible quality. The veg sub (see pic) was inedible as the bread used was very stale. Both subs were thrown together, I can’t believe they were even allowed to be sent out like that! We rang before leaving a review and spoke to a very disinterested young lady who could only suggest we chased a refund.

The flat bread really wasn’t flat bread it was a baguette squashed down nothing like promoted

Sandwich is perfect but my sides and desert are colder and wetter then the drink they were obviously being crushed by.

The food didn't turn up. I tried calling Subway and got no answer. They said it was delivered on the app but no one turned up.

Chicken nachos and hash browns were cold, ice cream was half melted But the sandwich was ok although the fillings were a bit on the stingy side! Probably avoid this restaurant

No melt in the middle cheese as it arrived stone cold, so had congealed. The same with the sandwich. Cookies were ok.

Once again, sent the wrong drink. If it’s out of stock, don’t list it!

Gave the wrong order wrong bread and wrong ingredients

I didn't put any sauce for one of the subs I ordered but they put mayo all over it which annoyed me as my mum hates mayo so it just ruined her sandwich

Food was ok. But I got 6 inch instead of foot long. The 6 inch ordered was on the wrong bread and the wrong deonk were delivered. The only thing right were the 2 cookies.

The wrong drink was sent and the cookie was really stale

Food was fine just the order was wrong had things on my boyfriends order he did not want and had no cheese on eaither orders normally really good to order sub from so im abit supprised.

Salad was perfect very generous with the amount to delicious and the meatballs where tasty too thank you subway.

The nachos were loaded with jalapenos..hardly any steak,salsa or cheese and what cheese there was melted to the bottom of the paper..was not warm either..wouldnt recommend! My tuna sub meal was perfect although the crisps were missing.

Salad was a little disappointing next time I will build my own

Asked for toasted with cheese, not toasted and no cheese. Ordered nacho chicken bites that were really soggy and horrible. Won’t be going again!

completely wrong order was delivered, food was cold. ordered veggie patty and a wrap and received 2 meat subs that neither of us can eat. phone number not working so could not get in contact for a re order. whats the point in having a phone number to ring if it doesnt work.

This was one of the best salads that I have had in a long time. Unfortunately the meat balls were cold but that's sort of what I expect when getting food delivered these days so it did not really matter. I was surprised to see poach eggs on the menu and even more surprised with how good it actually was when I ate it. Will certainly be ordering again.

Wrong order delivered. Tried to contact Just Eat but the app doesn’t show the ‘email us’ button or offer any way of contacting them. Phoned Subway at Washford BP and they were no help whatsoever. So I’ve paid for something I can’t eat and no way of getting a replacement or refund.

Food didn’t get delivered! Very unprofessional. Phoned the store and they said the driver definitely picked the order up. Very disappointing should check your drivers

Food order was wrong for a few items

Received someone else’s order as well as my own, rang the store 5 times - no answer.

Delivered to wrong address ie 7 rowan road when it should of been 7 rowan crescent.

Missing items on salad no cheese or double meet which is all extra

Used Subway everywhere including this one; most meagre salad at any today. Guess it was end of day! Won't order late in future.

We ordered via diliveroo and when we opened our subs my ham & turkey filling was missing the turkey and on the bread my partner wanted. And my Lacoste intolerant girlfriend had her vegan cheese on my herbs a cheese bread. She couldnt eat it otherwise she would get poorly. Gutted.

I am not happy because the delivery driver decided to leave the food at the door and not knock because some could of stole it or a cat could’ve ate it
