Splendido. Atmosfera eccellente.

. . mucho que ver!

Unique rustic/Georgian restaurant, great atmosphere. I had the traditional bruschetta and the steak, they were both delicious. The server was very welcoming, but the food was quite slow coming out of the kitchen and the heating could of been turned up a bit more, as it felt slightly cold. But in all a great experience.

We went on Valentines day so of course the service was going to be special but this was really well done. Service was always with a smile, we didn't feel rushed at any point, and several nice touches throughout the evening. The food was pretty good, not amazing, but good value. The live music on the night was perfect for the evening. Not too loud and got livelier as the night progressed, in tune with our wine consumption. The venue alone is worth the trip. It's an Aladdins cave in the middle of a busy shopping area. A real gem and I only wish we'd found it sooner.

This is the second time that I am visiting Cafe Tramp with my partner, and we have not been disappointed. If your looking for a restaurant with tasty rich comfort food and a relaxed friendly environment with personality, I would highly recommend this place.

We had a Sunday lunch here, the lamb was fantastic and the vegetables were cooked to perfection, with a little bit of bite still in the broccoli and the carrots. Great roast potatoes. Cheesecake dessert was fantastic too. They have live jazz bands playing on some Sundays too. I have wanted to check out this restaurant for a while now and it did not disappoint. Great unobtrusive service is a standout as well, what a lovely place!

I went to this restaurant for sunday lunch , inside the building is nice vintage style and good atmoshere . I had a seat on the balcony and I could watch live jazz band clearly . there are the table upstair too and it look lovely. I had a roasted lamb with veg. ( sunday roasted ) , lamb was not tender as I expected but over all was not bad with a proper amount. The service was good , the price is a bit expensive. The place is good for friends meeting or family too. The location is convenience as it is on main road ( Green lane )

I've been a few times, menu has been different and creative each time (adapting to seasons) - simply delicious. Service was great, decoration and environment is intimate and warm. I especially love the bathroom (yes, we can say that in a restaurant review, they're really cool) Prices are very correct, especially for the quality of the food offered. Highly recommended!!!

Café Tramp really does provide excellent food in a beautiful, warm environment. I have had the seafood linguine on two separate occasions, followed by the most delectable chocolate fondant, and I was not disappointed on either occasion. That being said, the service leaves a lot to be desired. It took the waiters the best part of half an hour to take our order and, similarly, when we asked for the bill. It was like waiting for the Second Coming. You wait and wait, but nothing materialises. Overall, though, if you have the patience of a saint, it's a must-go for the food.

The building Tramp Cafe is housed in is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the food. I had a 'lasagna' made from polenta. The Polenta was incorrectly cooked so that instead of being light and fluffy, it was hard and stodgy. The polenta was accompanied by camembert and not much else. It was both an odd mix and an extremely bland taste. The dish was extremely over priced for such poor quality. My partner had a sea food dish that was okay but, again over-priced for what is was. The wine was nice.

I've been twice to Tramp and both times left me disappointed. The space took a long time to get started and we were so excited when it opened. I have been for breakfast which was ok, terrible coffee and well for the price the food although plentiful was poor. I could do better at home and I'm not a pie chef. The second was the experience that left me deciding I wouldn't go back personally. This was a few months later so I assumed teething problems had been ironed out. We had a roast and my fiancé asked for pork if it came with crackling, the waitress assured her it did. When it arrived it came without crackling. We pointed this out. The waitress apologised and over the phone in the restaurant spoke loudly with the chef. She came back and said he didn't know how to make crackling, I pointed out that I found this hard to believe in a trained chef who I had been told by the owner previously worked for the royal family in the past. She said it was because he was French and there is no such thing in France. I said maybe I could explain it to him (I was joking) what followed was many loud discussions over the phone. She assured us it would come soon. We ate our food.... of which all the vegetable were poorly or barely seasoned. Then asked for the bill she came up to us at the end and asked if we still wanted the crackling as it was nearly ready. Now tbh the roast was ok but only ok and it was price as a quality roast which is was not, regardless of the supposed quality of the produce the cooking was average, top this off with a 'faulty towers' esque service and well it falls well short of expectations. The music is really off putting as well best of standard soft jazz playing non stop. It's such a dated sound for a restaurant these days. That being said the potential is there, Green Lanes needs a larger variety of food styles. The inside is something unique. But overall it feels stuffy, self serious and poorly managed ....... Feels very much like it's stuck back 20 years in the concept of the place.

Terrible service to why I didn’t even rate they gave me a weak plastic bag didn’t even want to double it my food ended up falling. They both looked at each other and acted like I wasn’t there. They don’t wear hair nets or gloves which is nasty because I also found hair in my food one time wicked people and bad hygiene I want the old people back these new ones need to go.

Don’t think I’ll come back, and It’s a shame, as I’ve been coming here for well over 15 years. Last time I was there the waiter kept blaring out contemporary rap and r&b off an audio streamer, infuriatingly skipping tracks he didn’t like midway and having adverts play at an incredible volume. Back in the day they used to play relaxed Viet music, 1990s serenity type stuff which is much more conducive for a quiet lunch. I can’t stress how out of place the music was and just how incredibly loud and uncomfortable it was for us punters. The very high prices and random quality control of the food also just doesn’t seem worth it when the ambience is so bad. I don’t like knocking pricing as it’s so hard for restaurants to turn a profit, but I would suggest Khoai maybe offer a lunch set with a starter and main… I had a bowl of chicken pho which is a VERY cheap dish to make as just broth, a few strands of chicken and rice noodles, I also had a tap water and spring rolls (badly fried this time and with brown lettuce to wrap) and it was £26.50… I would happily pay that if the food is the same quality every time regardless of who is working and the ambience is professional.

Good coffee and friendly staff. The staff don't seem to like each other though and often shout loudly to each other across the cafe or argue which I have seen irritate customers. Tables can be a bit cramped and there don't seem to be any plugs for phones and laptops but some people do work from here. Note this branch doesn't do filter coffee.
