Cafe Silver in Mansfield

Typical British cafe. Friendly staff, decent food, reasonable prices. Very clean and lots of seating space. Cash only though, but you can get cash in a shop opposite free of charge.

Nice basic cafe,don't expect the world but I will go again,fries were nice and not a bad price.

Classy establishment with a touch of elegance. Ideal for a romantic dinner with the missus.

I had my 1st visit to this cafe on Sat 3rd Feb 24, I thought I would just have latte, it's a nice place and has some good reviews. I was somewhat surprised when the latte arrived it was in the normal tall glass latte mug but with no saucer and the spoon parked in the top, not a very nice presentation when you use the spoon you have to park it on the table wet. I have always been use to a better presentation than this, never mind the latte was very nice and I will make a return visit at a later date.

Really nice food, really nice staff, everything is really clean, and it’s a good spot to watch the world go by. Not the cheapest place but worth it.

Food was amazing,did not like being stared at by blonde worker felt intimidated the entire time and did not feel welcome.

We love going here the food is lovely everytime we have been and every meal we have had has been cooked fully and tastes fresh I will add a couple pictures of which I have taken. The staff are really polite and the prices are reasonable.

Went in here this morning and nobody was on the till so shouted hi is anyone about not loud though but loud enough for them to hear I stood there ages then when he did come out he was really nasty saying what did you shout for I felt really humiliated shan't be going back there

Thank you for this lovely experience at your food cafe. The food was exquisite, extremely well cooked and the fast table service was just phenomenal. The establishment is very clean and tidy from floor to roof. Just a perfect little place to grab a decent meal or breakfast. The prices are very fair for what you get. So nice! Cleanliness is key, the staff really are friendly and approachable. They have a beautiful restaurant and don’t bump the prices up. Such gorgeous food, perfectly cooked and served with a smile.

Credit to the owners, while most others in Mansfield have bumped up their prices to excessive levels, this cafe has kept prices lower! Excellent food and drink. Always spotless and friendly staff. Well worth a visit 👌

Had a roast dinner. Was nice enough for the price paid.

Absolute favourite place to eat in town. Liver, bacon, chips, onions and gravy is superb here.

Waiting time 30 minutes not exceptable. The only positive was the staff came and told us that she just started her shift.

Great service and also quick with the food when it would look busy so enjoy it a lot so the food was amazing

Will not be going back to this cafe ever again! I simply pointed out to them that i found a small fly on my chips so i took it back to them just so they could replace my food,i wasnt asking for my money back and what i was greeted with was disgusting! They told me i must of put the fly there myself 🤔 the way they went off was like i was a chancer! Ive never had a problem with the food or the people who run it before but i will be telling others about this!

A lovely cafe, with seating area outside, friendly service, and good food, reasonably priced. hours are 8am to 4.30 I had a very generous portion of chips and salad, with my cheese and mushroom omelette, with was delicious
