Cafe Sicilia in Bedford

After 23 years of being loyal and frequent customers ... we are done! On two previous visits we encountered roaches, advised management and accepted their apologies and gracious offers to encourage our return. We took a few months break before trying again because we really wanted to continue our patronage. Well, last Saturday our meal was once again (3rd time) ruined by roaches in very plain sight. However, the new manager wasn't apologetic, caring or seemingly interested in securing future business, which our wonderful waiter indicated would be her response. If roaches are crawling out from under pictures, scurrying across tables and running across the floor ... can you imagine what's happening in the kitchen? Hey, I get it, it's Texas - we have bugs. But multiple encounters, plus the lack of concern is a huge red flag. Time for some serious pest control and customer service skills. We've seen enough ... Bye, Bye!

Great hole in the wall Italian restaurant. Good prices and just know they are BYOB, no alcohol license but you can bring your own!

This is a wonderful gem of an Italian restaurant. We held our son's wedding rehearsal meal here and staff treated us to a fabulous meal and wonderful service. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that our very large party was well taken care of. We love the food here. The entrees and desserts are memorable!

It was Ash Wednesday and I had an event at the Bedford Library that evening. My partner and I arrived for an early dinner. I was, of course, restricted in my options due to Lent; my partner wasn't. I had Seafood Alfredo with a salad while my partner had Linguini with Clam Sauce and a salad. Knot rolls come with the entrees. I was very satisfied. The rolls really are good for sopping up the sauce. My partner preferred my meal to his. We both left full. Service was excellent.

Trip advisor reviews led us here with five picky eaters. Everyone was really happy with the meal which is a rarity with two teens and my 81 year old mother. Highly recommended by all. There is a great selection of food moderately priced. Atmosphere was fantastic. It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t look like much outside but inside it was perfect. Service was timely and very pleasant. We were asked multiple times about the food and felt genuinely appreciated. Love this place and wish I could move it close to our home in Oklahoma.

We ate here as a small wedding reception of about 12 people. The ambiance is fantastic. The decor is old world Italian. The service was good, the food was phenomenal! We were able to bring our own wedding cake. They were very accommodating. It is BYOB, and they don’t sell alcohol. We will definitely stop here next time we’re in town.

After Ark A&M football game we wanted to just grab some pizza 🍕 to go and chill at Hotel by the pool. We didn't want same ole fast food pizza. We found this spot via Trip Advisor and the reviews are legit!! Best pizza we've had in YEARS!! 14in supreme was $15....as compared to Marcos pizza in next shopping center...$20 for large 3 topping 🍕 🤣🤣🤣. We have been ordering delivery almost weekly for years and food was always as requested. After different people started running the place, things changed. 1.We started getting watery Caesar salad. I have to paper towel it before adding the dressing. 2. Delivery before last our Caesar salad was totally wilted. I called them and they apologized and said that they accidentally sent a salad made from the day before. 3.You usually get a choice of house salad or soup with most meals. We always order Caesar and now if you don’t tell them I want the pasta fagole soup, you get neither and you are not asked when you order. 4. We ask for extra sauce on most dishes we order and don’t mind paying for it but when we don’t get extra sauce when requested, makes me think the cook pays no attention to what is ordered. We have given them many chances within the last few months, but last night was our last

Horrible not worth your money. Rud management, don’t really serve you what you are paying , where is the sea food , will never order again , they charge you fir nothing, never will order again , better places than this.

Disappointing. Caesar salad was watery, needed extra dressing. Baked ziti was okay but a little dry. I was charged for extra sauce! in an Italian restaurant. Did not appreciate that.

We have been patrons at this location in the past and today was absolutely the best. While trying to adjust to the 'norm' for this type of establishment, the food quality remains top notch. The quick service and the happy staff made our encounter one that we hope to experience again in the near future.

Wife had the chicken picatta and I ordered the veal Alla casa. Both meals have good size portions. They were busy so service was a bit long. Staff is friendly. I also had their soup. Both meals and soup arrived warm but not really hot. Disappointed since when the waiter said the food was taking a little longer and was arriving shortly, I replied just be sure it is hot. The spaghetti on each plate was fairly hot so he must have felt like it met the request. The veal and the chicken must have been ore cooked and we're no doubt just dropped on top to complete the meal. Since it wasn't completely cold we didn't send any of the food back for reheating. Rate them as good for taste on the food, but average on delivery and quality.

Ordered three items and when they asked if we wanted rolls and their hot cheese bread we asked if there was a charge for that and we were told it was included. When checking the bill later we discovered they did chare for those two as extra. Also got one cheese cake. Rated food as a four. But giving them a three for take out and price discrepancy. Cheese cake was average and dry. We had three different items and nothing was marked to show what it was. Have physically eaten there before with no issues. But will not do a take out order in the future.

Good location, good food, and great service. Wonderful local restaurant with a varied menu, you will find something for everyone. They do not have a liquor license but you can bring your own bottle of wine.

I visited this quaint little restaurant with my wife, our son, and his fiancee last night. This was the first time for all of us to eat there, and we didn't really know what to expect. My wife's grandfather was Italian, so we all love Italian food and have some fairly high standards for what makes good Italian food. Our standards were not only met, they were exceeded. From when we walked the door until we walked out, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All of the servers were attentive, but not to the point of being annoying, and the manager was amazingly helpful and friendly. All of the food was hot, fresh, and deliciously full of flavor. The portions were generous enough for all of us to have some left to take home for lunch today. Their bread was so good we could have easily made a meal out of it. The ladies ordered Chicken Marsala and Chicken Rollatini. The chicken was so tender they didn't need a knife, and both were extremely pleased with the flavor of their dishes. My son and I shared a 16" deep dish Sicilian pizza and it was freakin' huge and delicious. I'm not a coffee fan, but everyone else raved about the Tiramisu, and the Limoncello was out of this world. The cake was light and moist, and the flavor was a perfect blend of sour from the lemon offset with sweetness. On top of the amazing service and food, the prices were very reasonable, especially when you take into account the serving size and amazing quality of the food. If you are looking for some excellent Italian food, then you definitely need to stop by and give these folks a try. We will definitely be going back, and telling our friends about this wonderful little place.

I tried the Lemon chicken picatta. I've never had this Dish before. It is not my favorite. I've loved a lot of other things here, but I won't get this Again. One Other thing, I really did not like their pizza And can Not recommend it. The staff here is very pleasant and very helpful. I will return.
