Fast and friendly service. Very good option for breakfast with the typical English Breakfast or any of its many options (omelettes, eggs Benedict, toast, etc.). Very good coffee in all the variants they offer. Totally recommended if you are in the area!!!

No one recommended this place but we just found it waking by, it seemed good and it definitely was ✨🤗. I ordered a chai latte and a toast with avocado and poached eggs 😋.

Paid a visit to Cafe Maya as it was a cafe that I haven't tried yet. They serve the usual breakfast and caff stuff so I had the ham, egg ad chips as I wanted to compare to my favourite place. The ham was the meaty type and the egg had a crispy base. Overall, it was ok, just another cafe ticked off.

Affordable price in the area. Always good to have greasy spoons options. The ham, egg and chips were tasty.

Is this a joke? I paid £9.45 for ‘Vegetarian Full English Breakfast’ but got this tiny kids-sized portion.

We had our breakfast the entire stay there nobody wanted to go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly too. Do t expect to be hungry for lunch !

Imagine this costs 10.90 (charged 11£ on the bill for some reason). When I asked why this was 11£ the guy said you don’t know from Mediterranean products, while I am literally from a Mediterranean country.

Service was very friendly and quick. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I would certainly come again when next in the area.

Fantastic cafe with plenty of choice and hearty meals. We’ve been there now a couple of times for breakfast and the staff are friendly without being over bearing. The menu is well priced with an incredible amount of choice for kids and adults alike.

Perfect breakfast stop. Busy, but kept spotlessly clean and tidy. Great menu- lots and lots of choice. We had the full English but everything that came out of the kitchen looked good. Freshly squeezed juices made to order. Friendly staff. We got some delicious cakes to take away as well. Would recommend.

We chose to have breakfast here after staying in the Travelodge up the road and we are glad we did. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and quickly served. The food was great quality and value for money with portion size. I also particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. At one point my mother started coughing and the lovely waitress checked she was ok and brought her some water. Would definitely recommend for breakfast!

The breakfast was great, well worth a visit. The woman serving was so helpful and caring. Helping a young child who wasn't feeling well, going above and beyond.

Totally recommended for breakfast, it has a wide variety of English breakfasts and the coffee is spectacular, one of the best I have tried in the city.

Food and atmosphere was really nice and i would go again- but I have one small gripe. I asked for tap water and the waiter said it would be a wait for the tap water because its really busy and offered me bottled water instead. I took this to mean he would give me the bottle of water for free since tap water is free and I was doing him a favour as it would take him less time. Our bill then had the bottle of water on it. I thought that was a bit underhanded way to make me spend more money.

Idilic location for catching the early morning sun whilst you eat your breakfast. Staff are diligent and efficient. Barely a wait for food to be served after ordering and every component of the full english cooked perfectly.

We were in London a year ago and came here for breakfast, and loved it so much we went again the next day. This year we were staying further away, but it was worth the 25-minute walk to get there again. Very good breakfast, nice little place, staff friendly but not intrusive. Good value. Will definitely go back each time we are in London.

FIRST OF ALL, I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS RESTAURANT IS A DISGRACE TO POLISH FOOD. TO MAKE THEIR SOUPS THEY USE SOUP SACHETS WHICH ARE WORTH UP TO 1 POUND IN THE POLISH SHOP AND SELL THE WATER FOR £5.50, BECAUSE THERE IS NO VEGETABLES IN THE SOUP AND THEY DON'T COOK THE SOUP FROM SCRATCH. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY CAN LIVE WITH THEMSELVES KNOWING WHAT THEY DOING AND KNOWING THAT THIS IS NOT RIGHT BUT STILL THEY DO IT! DISGUSTING!!!!

Although the food here is really nice my reason for only two stars is justified. I ate here a month ago (poached eggs beans on toast) the food was served minus the beans. This time round…. I ordered the same again (poached eggs beans on a toasted bagel) the bagel arrived on a side plate, the poached eggs on another but no beans. I asked for beans but the waiter thought I meant bacon. Anyway we eventually got there and the food was nice. Shouldn’t be such an effort to order a simple meal.

Very warm ambience and welcoming staff. Food was really yummy and freshly cooked. Plus the coffee would please an Italian! We went for egg and bacon bagel and the set 4 breakfast. Strongly recommend.

Visited this cafe whilst on a trip to London with my boyfriend. I ordered the avocado on toast and he ordered eggs florentine. Both our dishes were very bland. Not only this but they messed up our drink order, we originally ordered one orange juice and black americano. They came with two freshly squeezed orange juices which is not what we ordered. When I mentioned this to the staff they were very rude and argued with me which is very poor customer service skills. The orange juice I originally asked for was one in a bottle which wasn’t freshly squeezed or had pulp in. The waitress much to our surprise even came back over to our table to try and argue further about the order! Never go back again, you should avoid this place.

We were staying at the Farringdon Travelodge and fancied trying a local cafe rather than just going for their buffet. We chose Cafe Maya as it had a varied menu and has good reviews on Tripadvisor - and we were not disappointed. We both had english cooked breakfasts and were pleased with the variations that could be ordered. We sat outside as it was a nice day rather than wait for a table inside (though I think it would only have been a short wait).

The breakfast and coffee here are phenomenal. I loved the black pudding and the beans. My kids loved the pancakes. I get the mocha with milk. My favorite while visiting!!

One of my local favourites. Full English breakfast, Roysl salmon breakfast and pancakes are my go-to menu items. Their hash browns and chips also really well fried. Great value and service.

We were staying at the local Travel Lodge for a long weekend and having this super cafe up the road was such a boon. Loved everything about this place. Great menu. Spoilt for choice. And lovely welcoming staff.

Good cafe with friendly staff. We went for breakfast and ordered various breakfast sandwiches and drinks. All good. Only thing I would improve would be a choice of bread. We spilled a drink and the staff quickly helped to clear it up.

Not sure what happened today, cheese and mushroom omelet, did not want salad. Virtually no cheese, got a salad, cheap rubbish chips and a price of £8.95. Took over 10 minutes as well. My old menu shows £5.50. Shocker. My local cafe but this was not good.
