Had to get four thatchers cider from the cafe on 03/07/24 and was debited twice from my account even after complaining to staff about it I was told it’s a pending transaction and the one would be declined. From my bank account the transaction is complete so I had to pay 20quid for something that costs 10quid with no refund I’ve called the customer number several times but no one seems to be answering the phone to hear me out.

Picked up on "too good to go". The sandwiches were good in the end, a really good amount, but the service was unfortunately bad. The Asian guy serving me was pretty unfriendly and rude. Apparently we can choose our own three sandwiches from the fridge which is strange in itself with "too good to go" as you're meant to be given a bag of items, but the Asian man shouted at me twice that I chose the wrong sandwich and I had to go back and choose a different one myself. He was quite rude. Sadly, it was the worst "too good to go" order I've ever had, and it's the kind of awful service I expect in parts of Bristol, and I won't be back to get anything from this "cafe local" place at all. I really miss the "pumpkin" cafe that this used to be here.

My barista was Hope, I was served quickly and the coffee was delicious. If I'm back in Bristol I'll definitely pass through again.

My wife and I popped in for some lunch today between trains. We were a little disappointed in the veggie options. I'm not sure 3 different cheese sandwiches and an egg and cress count as covering vegetarian options. Also the milk alternatives at an added 65p seemed a little expensive. The cafe was clean and the Girl that was on although busy was happy to guide my wife and I onto our next destination. Without her friendliness and chatting us through options we would have gone somewhere else It's refreshing to find in these stations.

Food was fine, cafe was clean and well presented. Walked in and there was a member of staff behind the counter who was not taking the orders, the young man was was came from round the corner and just looked at me, so I told him what I wanted, he did not say a word and proceeded to get my order which is the most silent interaction I've ever received whilst ordering food, he did speak to ask whether I would like my food heated. The only way I knew how much my food was, is because I could see it on the cash register. The whole thing was bizarre and I've never experienced it from this particular place before, the staff are usually so friendly. I cannot tell you a name of this member of staff as there was no name badge. Such a shame.

Absolutely vile, HUGELY overpriced food . The staff were unfriendly , incredibly unhelpful and just plain rude to be honest. Go to weatherspoons at the back of the station or ANYWHERE other than this to get food and drink.

Really friendly front of house, but very disappointed that they charge so much for dairy free milk. I'll be going to Harts in the future as they don't charge any extra.
