Awful service. Really slow. Not what's needed on a train platform. And coffee not worth waiting for .

This was a good place to wait for our train and have a snack. Our cappuccino and americanos were tasty and best of all the attendant, Claudio was so friendly and funny and chatted with us for quite some time. Nice little stop!

70p for soya is ridiculous. Why penalise people that are intolerant. Friendly lady on the till. Clean and modern place to sit and wait for a train. Open quite late until 8pm.

The staff members at the cafe are so lovely, one staff member I would like to give thanks to is Sam. The cafe itself is a very nice place to sit down while you’re waiting for the train, and there’s a nice selection of food and drinks.

Had to get four thatchers cider from the cafe on 03/07/24 and was debited twice from my account even after complaining to staff about it I was told it’s a pending transaction and the one would be declined. From my bank account the transaction is complete so I had to pay 20quid for something that costs 10quid with no refund I’ve called the customer number several times but no one seems to be answering the phone to hear me out.

Picked up on "too good to go". The sandwiches were good in the end, a really good amount, but the service was unfortunately bad. The Asian guy serving me was pretty unfriendly and rude. Apparently we can choose our own three sandwiches from the fridge which is strange in itself with "too good to go" as you're meant to be given a bag of items, but the Asian man shouted at me twice that I chose the wrong sandwich and I had to go back and choose a different one myself. He was quite rude. Sadly, it was the worst "too good to go" order I've ever had, and it's the kind of awful service I expect in parts of Bristol, and I won't be back to get anything from this "cafe local" place at all. I really miss the "pumpkin" cafe that this used to be here.
