Nice food, however owner shouted at employee because a lady was being rude to her so she defended her self.

Just had a coffee but it was good coffee, friendly service and very reasonably priced. Particularly liked the way you were trusted to go in and pay after finishing. A rare thing nowadays

Great food with a nice variety of choices. Authentic Portuguese Bitoque which I would really recommend. Lovely staff and the waitress was very attentive despite managing a busy cafe. Worth a visit!!!

I went here with my kids just for a quick drink but it was lovely 😍 the guy who served me was just the right balance of conversational, he was polite and fun and engaged with us without making any of us feel uncomfortable. We just had drinks but they were made quite quickly and tasted really good. My two kids each had a homemade chocolate milkshake which had ice cream in them and they were really good. I had a fruit juice and they come in a wide variety of flavours, with more options than a typical café. The menu has a lot of different meals and the prices are very good. I plan to come back here if I go to Gillingham again.

A better alternative to other Italian eateries. We came in for lunch for my son's birthday and we ordered the Bolognese, and a couple of other dishes and have to say the food was something else. Ok it's not Michelin star quality but good value, good quality food.

Staffs are kind and polite. Food portion is generous. King prawn pasta comes with about 8-10 which is a lot. Pork is quite tender. Seats might be old n worn. Door is always open so we can smell the smokes from smokers outdoor.

Lovley Portuguese cafe for a simple breakfast, they only have a few breakfast options but all cooked nicely without grease. Nice little coffee selection which they do very well and reasonably priced too.(large cappuccino less than £3)They have seating outside on the high street so good for people watching if that's your thing, their menu is English along with Portuguese dishes, they have a liquor license so you can also get a little drink if your not in the mood for tea or coffee. Nice friendly staff go check them out.

Best slice of Portugal since sliced bread. Been a few times and lovely place with a real home cooked food feel. Great Portuguese wines and the piri piri platter is a must. The only way to have chicken.

Very friendly service and the pasta was prepared with love and attention to detail. The ingredients seemed very fresh aswell. The whole package for a small price. Would recommend it if I knew someone in this toen.

Love this place. Friendly, particular kid-friendly. Great food, nice beer and very good coffee... and ridiculously good value for money. I come up from West malling with my son about once a month and always have a lovely time. It also has a nice community feel to it.

Service was very poor took our order. We waited 20 minutes then asked the waitress who said she forgot and would be straight with us. 10 minutes later we cancelled the order then left. No apology just an annoyed look from her. Worst service will not return or recommend

This place is amazing, hands down the best bar/restaurant in town and probably further out.

Meals are gorgeous, always had meals done to the way I like it if different from description in the menu. Hot, cold and alcohol drinks served daily and staff friendly.

Serves proper good Portuguese food but it's located in Gillingham High Street, some of the locals will be off putting. If you can get past the smell and noise of some of them if they happen to come in then the food is amazing and overall a great calming experience. But some people.

A great little eatery during the day and really comes to life Friday and Saturday nights with traditional Portuguese food and excellent atmosphere.

Was greeted by customers and staff on arrival, you go to counter when ready to order and to pay. Small but varied menu, I ordered a pannini, my friend ordered chicken piriri, we did not have to wait too long and they arrived together, it was nicely presented on the plate and hot. Waitress cleared away our plates after she was polite and we did not feel rushed to go. I would visit here again.

Horrible! Attracts noisey, shouty people who smoke just outside the door non-stop. Grotty inside too. Food is rubbish.

I may have caught an off day? The usual lady I see in there was just leaving as i arrived. I sat in there for just over 20 minutes and was basically ignored... Sorry my custom now lost.
