I only had coffee but it was very good and the menu looks healthy. I would definitely return here. It was small and quiet enough for me to deal with some emails while I waited for a friend. Location is handy to the Ladbroke Grove Tube Station.

I’ve frequented this cafe for years, and just love everything about it. The food and drinks fill me with vitality, as do the staff. Great selection of superfoods, juices and local produce too. Strongly recommend a visit if you’re in west london

I've been stopping in here for a coffee regularly for the past 6 months and it is the best coffee in the area. They have a huge range of smoothies, teas, and coffees along with a vegan and non-vegan menu. Lots of delicious homemade vegan nibbles to have with coffee too along with a large range of vegan and organic groceries. One of my favorite things ever is the pistachio cannoli which is probably the best I've eaten including from when I've been in Italy!! The staff are friendly, the music is good and it's the perfect place to watch a bit of Grove madness outside or to sit in at the back and have a meeting or work on your computer. Highly recommended.

Cafés across London streets all vary in their appeal and cater. On my way to the Portobello Market I passed a little corner glass window that beckoned "come in". In the mood for a simple smoothie, I decided to pay keen attention to the £5 smoothie of the day board on the sidewalk. When I got inside, out of the cold, I was greated with a "Hey there" as if they knew me from several previous visits. I was shown a new menu of waffles and English delights but I wanted my smoothie. I was then directed to feast my eyes upwards towards the wall wide board of offerings with a complete section dedicated to fruits, greens and anything else I may have wanted blended to my delight. I decided to make my own combo. Mango, pineapple, berries and ginger. They suggested a hint of lemon and turmeric for helath.. Oh my days was I happy with that decision. I floated immediately on the burst of energy I newly found, stronger with each sip of the straw. Now my appetite gave me cause to notice the Salads and hot Lasagna waiting with my name that I never gave. Let's just say today is the 3rd time I'm here in 2 weeks and they remember me now... Do your body some justice and go to where things are made with love and efficiency and not just a bland need to collect your cash. From vegan and vegetarian options, to good old mushroom and spinach omelettes. Almost everything I asked for was available or they went got the ingredients and offered to make. Now that's service I felt very cool returning to. You have eating spots and you have second homes. Cafe Fluence is my new home away from home. Thanks Abbey & James..

This cafe is possibly the most delicious one I’ve been to. It’s atmosphere is inviting, cozy, local and most importantly fun! The staff and owners are so accommodating and friendly-there’s a reason why there are so many regulars! Now to the food-they have such a beautiful balanced mix of health food and indulgent options. Any smoothie or juice you can think of in the world is here with a plethora of supplement options ranging from ginseng to chaga mushroom powder. They have so many beautiful salad options as well. In terms of “less healthy options” their new brunch menu (which runs all day) is out of this world. I would say my favorite is their waffles Benedict with creamy hollandaise and perfectly poached eggs (ham or bacon optional) waffle-genius combination! I cannot recommend this place enough and is perfectly situated a stones throw from ladbroke grove and portobello road

Been in the area looking at sofas and fancied a spot of lunch. Noticed Cafe Fluence with its very inviting facade. Immediately upon entering my wife and I knew straight away that this was where we would be lunching. Very friendly and helpful staff serving a good range of teas, coffees and food. The salads were amazing and excellent value for money. I had a mixed salad comprising of avocados, beetroot, broccoli plus a mix of peppers etc. The list goes on. I also enjoyed tucking into a homemade quiche. Delicious. I highly recommend this cafe and I look forward to eating there again.

We went before a performance at the Albert Hall. The food was excellent. My wife and I had the cod which was delicious. My daughter had the cauliflower which also got the thumbs up. The service was friendly and attentive. It was pretty full, always a good sign. Even people eating outside. A good experience. Definitely go back there.

This is a very impressive monument. It embodies a lot of British history and architecture. A must see.
