Cafe Create in Bolton

We came here on a recommendation and my friend has an exhibition up at the moment. You walk in and there is such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere - it’s hard to describe! The food was delicious and well presented, the pot of tea huge, and the staff were lovely. Artwork to view all around the cafe and the mezzanine floor, plus a good selection of gifts. Even the toilets were special. Well worth the trip from Blackpool!

Create Bolton is more than a cafe I came In and was greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. The welcome you get as you walk in the door is just so welcoming and homely. The Menu looks fantastic with lots of new dishes added to it. The cakes they are the best cakes I have ever had. The volunteers well they work effortlessly and very attentive to you as a customer. They have recently just gained the (KAVS )kings award for voluntary service. Which for a cafe run by volunteers shows they are doing super at there jobs. I will Highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The best cafe in Bolton.

I popped in for coffee and cake and wasn’t disappointed! Friendly staff, delicious Victoria sandwich & good filter coffee. Lots of lovely crafts and cards for sale.

The best cheese on toast in the world! My husband ordered this and I drooled as I ate my perfectly nice pesto chicken salad (it was great, but the taste changed when I saw the cheese on toast). When you visit, order the cheese on toast - thickest cheese layers I've ever seen. And the prices are obscenely low. The coffees are great, the staff are wonderful. Service is quick and friendly and the space has an uplifting vibe. We also did the painting pottery option. My husband painted a mug; I painted a coaster. This is a wonderful activity to do together. Relaxing, fun and a real nostalgia trip. Create Cafe is one of Bolton's best treasures and it's worth several visits - check out the times and days they open as it's not every day. We love this place. It's our go-to place for breakfast, lunch and fun.

This is a lovely place to be. i went today with the ladies from my church for afternoon tea. It is such a lovely friendly place to visit. So enjoyed it.

Love the cafe and its atmosphere. Great place to catch up with friends and family. Today had opportunity to check out one of Toby's specials; stuffed mushrooms and side salad! Restaurant quality in the perfect environment! Excellent! Well done team!

Amazing place for food drinks and just a catch up with friends. Very caring staff who go to there top extreme to help you all pit if you have any problems.

What a lovely, vibrant and welcoming place to visit whether you want to meet new people or have a quiet brew. The cafe is run by volunteers and provides help and support to the local community as well as being somewhere you can learn new arts and crafts. The food was delicious and service excellent! We will be back!

This is by far the best cafe in Bolton. You can expect great home-cooked good, to -die-for-cakes and the warmest of welcomes by the attentive volunteers! A great place to lunch with friends over a delicious meal or just a coffee and a cake. It is also great value for money. The ambience of the place is amazing and you can shop for unique hand crafted gifts made by local potters, artists and creators at very reasonable prices! There are many different craft classes available too some of which are free (but they welcome a donation to cover costs if you are able to). Would highly recommend this oasis of peace and calm in Bolton Town Centre!

I have done many workshops and classes here. I found them very creative and enjoyable. The volunteers and staff are fabulous. Recently I have done a pottery class with Andy Lee having never done it before, it was great. Great value for money with a brilliant teacher, would recommend to anyone. The cafe is great and great value. Lovely food.

Joy and Andrew are brilliant and so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They even let us put candles in the (DELICIOUS) cake for a birthday we were celebrating! The cafe has a fantastic atmosphere and we were so well looked after.

Having been here a few times to have a coffee, do some work, and once to do a bit of spontaneous pottery... I cannot recommend this cafe strongly enough! If the warm welcome, smiles and excellent customer service are not enough then the epic cake will surely make it a worthwhile experience! I am coming back this month with some of my colleagues and cannot wait!

We visited on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends. We had a lovely range of food from cheese pies, meat pie, soup and cheesy toast and cornedbeef hash with home grown pickled beetroot and pickled onions. Top ups for our tea and coffee too witg lovely jam and cream scones and the price was really good. Would definitely recommend if you are in Bolton on a Friday or Saturday. We will definitely be returning very soon

We visited on Saturday afternoon with family and friends. My choice was the homemade cheese & onion pie, absolutely gorgeous. Other members had homemade scones with jam and cream. There are handmade gifts for sale, all of a very high standard of workmanship. Cafe Create is well worth a visit.

If you're looking for a great place (that's Covid safe) look no further. Great atmosphere and genuinely nice staff. Simple food selection at good prices. Have been often and never been disappointed.

Wonderful atmosphere and a great place to meet up with friends and family; a welcome for all! Lunches are excellent - reasonably priced and a good range. My favourite; jacket potatoes with chicken, crispy bacon and mayo - complete with a nice side salad- all served with love and humour by a great team of enthusiastic and caring volunteers.

We've had yet another fabulous lunch at Cafe Create . Our cheese pie was the best ever, it even rivalled the yummy cheese toastie we usually have . Can't wait to visit again .
