The food was amazing, we've visited here a few times and each time the service and food was amazing. Me and my wife especially liked the Pina colada drink.

Aylanto's ambiance is really nice. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food was fresh and our little one love his margarita pizza. But Kitchen messed up our pizza and on our complaint they tried to fix it but it didn't taste any good. Burger and Panini Sandwich were good but they came on their own i.e. no sides and portion size was just okay. I don't think it was value for money at all. I would like to try Aylanto once more for desi food but for burgers and pizza, don't think I will head back again.

Must visit this place if you are a true food lover. The Sitting, food quality as well as the taste and the staff is super nice. # Fully recommend # must visit

Really good food and service 10/10

Overall disappointed with the food and service from here. Paid £30 deposit thinking it would be taken off the bill only to find out that’s the cost to hire the outdoor bubble! Very poor maintenance of the outside seating areas in general which is such a shame. They’ve got such a great location and space and it’s not cleaned or looked after well. The bubbles outside could do with a good clean, not the nicest to eat food in. On top of that the pods weren’t even ready when we got there, you’d expect that the plates and cutlery would be laid out ready if they take reservations/payments in advance. The Asian food seems like the safer option here, the aloo paratha was nice but the rest of the food was mediocre. Service was also very slow, although they seemed short staffed as there was only one waiter. Don’t think I’d come back or recommend sadly, a lot can be improved

Came for breakfast yesterday. We were the only 8 people in the restaurant. The bigger Pakistani lady chef was very rude giving us dirty looks and staring throughout our visit. The 2 female chefs could be heard moaning about our order as they got it wrong and the waiter (not us) kept telling them this before he brought the food out. The young lad was great. But the 2 females chefs need training on customer service skills. Damn right rude. Food was good though.

Small portions/ Over priced. Nihari was tasteless and lamb chops were cold.

I went for the Iftaar Buffet last night, omg it was soo amazingggggg.... They had a variety of dishes, very very very delicious starters especially the honey wings and fried fish😍😍😍😍 Staff was very nice as well and place was very neat and clean👍🏻👍🏻 100% recommended✅✅✅

I visited the cafe a day before and i am super satisfied which i paid for. Food was amazing service wass too good and atmosphere is just wow❤️❤️ highly recomended .. will go again n again in shaa Allah.. Its 100% halal..

Such a lovely place for a family meal. The pods outside were so nice to dine in and the service was great. Would recommend for people to visit this place.

Ordered from here for the first time today via Uber Eats. Two chicky pizzas, smash burger meal, staff palak gosht and roti's. Arrived just a bit longer than the suggested delivery time. Tasty pizzas. Decent toppings. However, they were only just warm. Good quality smash burger meal! Skin on fries and a glass bottle of Fanta. Star of the show here was the Palak Gosht. The mutton was so soft you could cut it with a spoon. Perfectly seasoned/spiced saag gravy. Roti's were also great. Will definitely order again.

Went to this place when they first opened and it was super slow service but food was good so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back. Today we’ve had really bad service. No drinks until we asked for them, food took forever to come despite us being only one of two guests and then when the food arrived we realised that they had given us a spicy chicken burger despite the menu mentioning nothing about the burger being spicy. I spoke to the manager who said I should have told her I didn’t want a spicy burger. I explained that the menu didn’t mention anywhere that it was spicy and when a member of her team acknowledged that it should say spicy on it, she conceded. They told us they would give us a 15% discount for the error which we were happy with until we realised that they had whacked a 10% service charge on automatically which we would not have paid had we realised beforehand. So actually their discount was irrelevant. Super poor service and we will not be going back.

I’ve been a patron of this place for some time, I’m talking 2+ years. Unfortunately on my last visit (which IS my last visit), while I was eating, I was told that there was a larger booking who wanted to sit where I was sat, insinuating that I rush my meal (I was close to being done anyway which they should have picked up on). Now as a client, this ruined my experience and I won’t be returning. Respect and appreciate your customers while you have them. Zero stars

I took my wife there specifically for breakfast and had a terrible experience. The waitress was rude, ignored our requests, and never apologized for the delay in service. She was argumentative, leading to the worst experience, and we had to leave due to the poor service.

We had a terrible experience at breakfast today. Despite only two tables being occupied including us and three waitresses present, our order wasn't taken for 15 minutes. When I asked about the delay, the waitress was rude, ignored my questions, and argued with me, displaying terrible manners and customer service. We left immediately due to her poor behavior and service.

The staff was very kind and friendly, would recommend to everyone.

Lovely stafff and delcious food

Been in quite a few times and was hoping they’d learn or improve from previous mistakes or errors as I get we are all human. Taken some members of the family and ordered a variety of breakfasts. The ‘Asian style’ one was confirmed as ‘masala beans’ and NOT ‘normal means’. This was asked and clarified prior to ordering, 3 of the Asian style ones came out with the most smallest portion ever, 2 had black pepper on one didn’t, when questioned in a polite and nice manner we were ‘they are masala’, yet they tasted cold and cheap (not even Heinz). Im not even a chef and im sure the last time I googled how to make them or a quick YouTube video clip (if needed I can happily provide, all you need to do is place some oil in a pan, place some onion in there, salt / pepper and some a few other types of chili powders depending on how you want it to turn out) they defo won’t masala and tasted cheap, cold and off !!! All local Asian / Desi breakfast places we’ve been to who advertise it as masala are actual masala beans !! Out of respect and to not make a scene we left them and didn’t eat them. Each breakfast (we ordered 6) came with a hot drink and asked if there was a possibility to add / swap it out with a desi tea instead of a normal tea or coffee which we were told ‘yes no issues’. 5/6 breakfasts then came out, but the 6th one took another 10-15 mins on top ? Which spoiled the moment as a family. When we got the bill we didn’t realise till later they charged us extra for the desi teas on top despite us asking and then confirming. Oh not to mention the cheek of adding a 10% service charge on top?? What for ? The portions were small, the ones quality was poor and despite being over charged (prices are extortionate for portion sizes) and paying a premium we said nothing for the sake of keeping peace as we always try to support local businesses. Personally I’d never want to go there again, was hoping the previous mistakes were a one off. You ruined what was meant to be an enjoyable family time.

The taste is amazing, and the staff is friendly. We ordered one Asian Style breakfast and one full English breakfast. Asin breakfast was a Pakistani paratha and Omelette. The atmosphere was great, Asian and islamic music was in the background. Food served Halal here and MashAllah alcohol free dine inn.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our server was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Food service was quick and tasted great.

Definitely overpriced, the sirloin steak was tiny compared to other restaurants. When I asked about the size of the steak, the server seemed to have no idea. Dessert received wasn’t cooked properly, both cookie doughs were undercooked.

Haleem was not good at all just like a daal and hardly any meat in the haleem. Only paratha was good and freshly made nothing else was good. We ordered 1 Haleem, 2 naan, 1 paratha roll and 2 teas altogether cost me £33.

Delicious food. We had the Frango pizza, the Fire Cracker burger and Nihari. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed the excellent food. Service was great too - thank you Malaika and Riffat!

Our waitress was lovely but sadly the food was lacking. Ordered a burger for £11.99 and it came with no chips and the burger only had lettuce and no other salad. Apart from the samosa chat everything else was mediocre. They add a 10% service charge on all orders which we asked to remove especially as I had to buy chips!!!

Incredible vibe, great music and beautiful location, perfect for a family catch up. The food is incredible with a huge menu and Malaika, Ruha and Khadisa were lovely, with fast and efficient service. Couldn't ask for anything more, will be back.

Good food and service and a lovely location with plenty of outdoor seating. There is a free car park to the rear but it can be a bit tight when busy.

My 4th time here, food is always on point - and we have ordered a range of things from their menu. I particularly like the nihari as part of breakfast. Service is great too, the wait staff can't do enough to accommodate.

Visited the restaraunt today and could not possibly be more disappointed. I ordered two sirlion steaks and both were extremely chewy and overcooked. When I complained about this they stated that they cannot help at all. I had a horrible experience- save your time and money and go to somewhere better. I have been to many steak houses in the UK and this was by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to eat.

Amazing, loved it. Definitely recommend. The staff were fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was calm. A great way to end Ramadan is with their buffet, especially the honey wings and peri chips.

Went to open my fast at the buffet and really enjoyed my time. The fish was amazing and well seasoned, the staff were very friendly and I would definitely come back.
