Great place for a coffee and a sandwich or cake. This café was an unlikely find first time round and well worth a second visit. The Portuguese 'pastel de nata' are the genuine homemade article and out of this world. There is a large fridge with a range of tempting cakes and desserts. The menu also features soup, baked potatoes and breakfast items. As the café is within a modern community centre accessibility for folks with mobility issues or parents with young children is very good. Table service.

The food at the steading is lovely, especially the cakes. And the prices are very low. I'd recommend this for anyone in the area

The folks that run this place are super nice! We have been in several times for coffee or a sandwich….always good. Good soup, too.

Gone down hill massively. Portion sizes have halved but prices haven't.Half the amount of chicken in a kebab and the guy was treating the lettuce like it was gold leaf , smallest amount possible.

First time in a few years of eating an Angus Burger, definitely the last. The place was quiet with only one table occupied and we were the only ones at the counter. Made the order and the burgers came almost instantly!! Half the thickness they used to be with CHUNKS of iceberg lettuce, never again.
