Came to the o2 for strictly tour. Stopped in Byron for dinner. Great food, lovely desert and very good service.

We went to Byrons for a quick lunch, arrived at the busiest time and as they do not take reservations on show days we cued for a table. Unfortunately, the inside filled up so we had to sit outside. I did not mind as I am always hot. We had several people serve us and did not have to wait long for our food. As always our food was well cooked and had great ingredients. Even though we were outside we were not neglected by staff and did not have to wait to be served at all. Lovely lunch with the family.

We had a great time in byron tonight, Miki was so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Service was very quick and the food was yummy! Thanks Miki for being so friendly!

Fuimos a almorzar con la esposa y las hijas adolescentes después del concierto de los jefes de Kaiser la noche anterior. Primera visita a la cadena y realmente impresionado. El servidor era amable y servicial, y las hamburguesas eran increíbles, muy sabrosas y bien preparadas. Los aros de cebolla estaban un poco aceitosos, pero por lo demás fueron un gran almuerzo.

Sillas tambaleantes de tipo aula, mitad "mediana" y mitad carne cruda de hamburguesa pequeña, completamente cruda, claramente "medio cocida" del caldo congelado. . . realmente sombrío, menos de una cucharadita de cebolla roja y mermelada de oporto, sin rastro de ningún queso azul real en el exiguo Le Bleu, y cero cebolla a la parrilla encontrada, pero encontré dos hojas de espinacas que raspé a un lado.Las papas fritas no eran mejores que las papas fritas de burger king, y algunas eran bastante terrosas.Los aros de cebolla estaban deliciosos. . . El mejor de todos. Claramente, lo único recién preparado desde cero.El batido de chocolate masivo estaba bien, excepto que la pajita de papel se rompió y goteó haciéndolo inútil.

Agnė was really helpful during our first visit to Byron o2. She is really nice and friendly, helped us to choose food and it was amazing. Definitely a recommend from me!

La comida es buena pero el servicio es un poco lento. Las hamburguesas son muy deliciosas tbh. Lo único que no nos gusta es el servicio de bebidas y comida. Esperamos mucho tiempo antes de que un camarero viniera a vernos. Le daríamos 5 estrellas si la bebida y la comida llegan más rápido.

I went yesterday was my first time in Byron.It was a little bussy but after 5min I got a table. The service was fantastic, we didn’t know what to eat, but Fatou helped us chose, I had Le Blue and Sweet potato WAS AMAZING.I will be coming back soon and I hope Fatou is available to service us again. Really nice service.Thank you very much

First time to a Byron restaurant and we were very pleased with the food and service ,are only grumble was a poor selection of sweets.

We ate here last night. Ordered two burgers, mine without onion. It arrived with. I got the wrong fries order and it was never replaced. I mentioned this to the server twice but I was still charged full price. My son was unable to use his 30%off voucher as it was a ‘show night’. Bad show, Byron!

Ive been visiting many byron restaurants before and It was my first dining al the one insidie the O2. The decor and atmosphere of this place are the best ever and food and service are on point. Our Walter, Miki, was very helpful and took good care of us throughout our meal. Not an easy location, but will definitely be back.

Estaba buscando un bocado ligero a la hora del almuerzo. Después de haber probado Byron en el centro de Londres hace unos 3 años, quería ver si todavía era tan bueno.

Had a great time at Byron with the family. great service and food was delicious. I had Classic Byron, wife had chicken burger. Kids both had chicken nuggets (there was loads) Great fries. Milkshake was average.

We visited on NYE around 6.30pm after seeing a show, you can’t book so wasn’t sure if there would be a long wait. We were seated immediately the staff were helpful and attentive and the food came quickly. We had burgers, sides and shakes all of which were very good. My children are 8 and 9 and ordered from the children’s menu the portion sizes were more than adequate and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back!

Brilliant lunch. Very busy so do book if going after/before an event as people were being turned away. Luckily we booked months in advance. Food was so good, extremely tasty. Best chicken burger and fries ever. Would highly recommend

My husband and I popped in this evening for some dinner as we love a Byron burger and we were nearby shopping.

Me and my other half visited before a show & we have to say. The service was quick and our food was piping hot! They did make a mistake on our drinks order but when mentioned they quickly rectified this! Great service and value for money

We came here on a Sunday afternoon,even though the restaurant was packed and we had to wait 15 minutes for a table we were provided with amazing service. Our server Kris recommended the nicest starters and burger's that I started to consider even coming here more often.

Went for lunch before atp Final, was served by Emily, who was wonderful, cheerful, & helpful. Food was very enjoyable, definitely will eat here again.

We have been to Byron’s before but were particularly pleased with this visit. We were dining just before the Nitto finals tennis matches on a Friday evening. Despite the large crowds we were very efficiently served. The food - Byron burger, chicken burgers were great - but what really made the evening for us was this winning service with lots of laughs from our waitress (Chrystelle ?). She was an absolute delight throughout and she was able to serve us very efficiently given the limited time we had before our match. We will almost certainly be back on our next visit to the 02 arena!

Stopped here for a quick dinner before the ATP’s. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, burgers were amazing and the staff were very friendly. Our waitress Cristina provided a great service and was smiley.Thank you!

We went for a dinner before ATP. The food was delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Denny was very nice. ( so I suppose that she will win the competition :)) Great place to eat and I highly recommend this restaurant!

En vacances pour une semaine à Londres nous sommes allés faire un tour au centre commercial O2, et nous y avons trouvé plusieurs restaurants. Nous nous sommes arrêté chez Byron et quelle bonne surprise ! Nous avons adoré leur burger et surtout Jorge qui nous as servit. Il a été tellement attentionné, gentil, patient pour nous expliquer tous ce qui s’offrait à nous sur la carte de l’entrée au dessert. Du coup nous sommes revenu manger 2 fois. Demandez à être dans le rang de Jorge si vous y allez !!!

Si vous venez visiter le centre commercial the O2, surtout venez faire un tour chez BYRON.

Concert was due to start at the time of our visit so the whole of the o2 was very busy. Queue to get in but moved very fast and we were seated very quickly!

We were directed to a table for two. when sat down we saw a free booth and thought we move.

Visited last night & the place seemed in disarray. Milkshakes were delicious, however burgers were cold & side arrived, when we eventually caught our waiters eye to remind him we had not received it. Were not asked if food OK, no one checked. Waiter didn’t seem to care that most of our food was left on clear up. They were having a bad night, food stacking up waiting for ages to be collected. GBK a minute away is so much better!!! Food is hot!

God bless the beyond burger. It’s still kind of a cheek that a plant based burger is so much more money than a meat one but we won’t go into it. It was delicious and meaty and the sweet potato fries were 🙌🏿

I am usually not a burger joint person, but I have to admit that the burgers here were way beyond expectation. So much even that I came back the next evening for a second round. No thrills, no bells and whistles, just good burgers cooked and served by young people who enjoy what they're doing. I will return

I used to like Byron when they first opened. It used to be a pleasure to eat. But on the last visit I confirm I will never be eating a Byron Burger ever again. I should have forced myself to vomit it out. Something I prefer not to be inside my body.

As soon as I heard about Cooper coming to perform,I knew we had to go with my fiance, we love him! So we ended up having dinner at the Byron, and let me tell you it was the best decision ever. I've never been to this place before and I enjoyed it so much! From the cozy surroundings, to the perfectly cooked burger, even to this George fellow that was our waitor, who was super friendly and we later found out that he too was a fan of AC! I strongly recommend that you at least try it once, and I bet it will be on your top places to eat list!

Went to the show tonight with my girlfriend and it was amazing! Had dinner at Byron and it was perfect! We got served by Kris and he was great! His service, friendliness and politeness just made our night that much more memorable. The food was fantastic as well! Definitely coming back again and hope to be greeted by Kris! :)

45£ for two including wine. Below average. Suggest prospective customers consider JD Witherspoons. Exactly the same food at £16.50 for two. Service average, food average, bill too much for quality.

This was our first time eating a Byron restaurant. We all ordered different food and we all enjoyed the food very much.

first time at byron having been to the 02 many times now. everywhere was packed and here we were sat down right away, menus and drink order taken at the same time. upgraded to the sweet potato fries. staff were welcoming too. would return when back in the area.

Natalia was amazing. Our group was 45+ covers (including 30 children!) and she served us efficiently, and accurately, and was very helpful in managing the chaos. She and Kyle (the day manager) ensured that we had a great party.

Queued up outside before Khalid concert. About 15 minute wait outside but once we were in service, food and drinks all served really quite quickly. Good burger, halloumi wasn't what I was expecting but enjoyable. Reasonably priced considering.

Always go here when at the o2, fab food and service. Can get very busy and noisy at times though. Great service from the staff and the food is cooked their in the open so you can see.

Good service, decent enough Byron Burger with fries and slaw. Not cheap but then again its the 02! Good atmosphere - no complaints.

Upon going to the o2 for the basketball I ate at Byron and it is 100% the best restaurant inside the o2. the food is good, however staff were impatient. overall it was ok.

Tuve que preguntarle a tres miembros del personal y finalmente conseguí un vaso después de 30 minutos de espera. El restaurante estaba medio lleno, así que no entiendo por qué se demoró tanto. Mi compañero y yo pedimos hamburguesas de pollo y nos preguntaron "¿cómo lo quieres? ’. Aparentemente, esto se refiere a ser asado o frito, lo cual es una buena opción, solo hubiera sido bueno si el mesero lo pusiera en contexto antes de preguntar.

Went here at a lunchtime, after visiting the O2 Icon Shopping Outlet. It's right next door to this new outlet. There were very few people - we got fast service and very polite waiting staff. We chose burgers and a beer and it was just right for a lunchtime. Tips not included, and this is unusual for this type of area, but appreciated. We tipped well!

Quick service and the food came out quickly. Burgers were good albeit slightly on the pricey side. Only grumble I had was the volume of the background music, why do some chains feel the need to play at such a loud volume?

We arrived to the place,a staff member took our order,the place was very busy,so we thought was normal that we had to wait before to get our food,after one hour and 20minutes we asked another member of the staff if there was still long to wait and she asked her colleague, which asked the guy who took our order, that guy came to our table with the bill and we looked at him shocked so he realised that we still haven’t gotten our food, so he took the bill and went back to speak with the manager!the manager then came to our table saying that after we waited one hour and 20 minutes we couldn’t have anymore our full order but he could give us one salad and french fries for free!” this is what I can do!”well we left without dinner,of course!!!a place like a Byron very popular can’t have these kind of staff!!

Lovely Mac n cheese balls but they were a bit hot for me as they had chilli flakes all over them. Clucky burger and fries were lovely, one of the best burgers I have ever had. The chocolate brownie was the worst brownie I have ever eaten, I think it was just made with cocoa powder and it had this chewy base which was like cardboard.

After a terrible journey to the O2 we needed a quick meal before the show, we had 30 minutes and told the team that, we were in, fed and paying the bill within 30 minutes.

This turned out to be an excellent choice for a catch up with an old friend visiting from the USA. We asked for a quiet table and were given a booth and allowed to stay as long as we wanted over lunch. Ok, so there was no show on at the O2 Centre! Friendly and efficient service. Excellent beers on tap and good food.

Very average food. My husband and I both opted for the chucky chicken burger which was actually two very small overcooked dried nuggett pieces with a dusting of said other ingredients ie: smashed avocado that had been so smashed it had practically disappeared!!! Upgraded to sweet potato this fries which were lukewarm at best. The onion rings were about the only decent thing in the meal. We were in too much of a hurry to make a fuss, but would not go back when we next have a concert there. Not worth the money for below average food. Service was ok when we actually had to remind them to take our order. Much better places to go at 02.

I wasn't expecting everything to work well on a day for a major concert, but I was wrong. Despite being busy we were seated quickly, service was attentive and the food excellent. I'd definitely visit again

My husband fancied a burger after watching Hugh Jackman at the O2 on Sunday but I was really not hungry so I let him pick the place to eat as he was the one wanting food and boy was I pleased with his choice when he spotted Byron's.. at first look I was not sure I was hungry enough to eat anything on the menu as I thought it would all be too big but when my husband pointed out to me that you could make the meal skinny and swap the bun for salad I thought it would be perfect. I had the avocado chicken with bacon and I swapped my fries for Courgette fries and our waiter Jacek recommended I try them with blue cheese dip which was perfect. My husband was very impressed that he got asked how he would like his burger cooked which you don't often get asked in a burger place. The service was friendly and quick (we got asked by 3 or 4 different people if we had ordered our drinks yet!).. the place filled up really quickly due to the show finishing but it did not effect the service at all. When the food came I was so impressed and it tasted delicious. I really would go back and thoroughly enjoyed every bite of my meal, I was just gutted I was too full up to finish all the courgette fries!.

First time we've ever been asked who we would like our burger cooked. and thed were delicious. Very busy night (Michael Buble Concert) but food was prompt and staff attentive, friendly and unflustered.

We came to see Buble at the O2 and chose Byron as out pre show venue. The food was delicious and expertly deliver by our waitress Emily. Emily was superb, she knew the menu well and was upbeat and happy in her work. All in all a very enjoyable experience...Emily earned her bottle of Pinot Blush for sure!!

Myself husband andb12 year old son had a voucher for this but even with that £25 off it still cost another £30 very over priced and we only had a jug of tap water we love Honest burger and this didn't come close burger had a funky taste, service was very slow and the waitress didn't seem to understand me when i said no spicy i don't like spice she fetched the manager which was really strange i think she was confused i had an allergy, we won't be going. Having visited Byron in Covent Garden and York we were delighted to see there was one at the O2. Unfortunately the experience was not to be of the same calibre.

Service was very efficient and speedy! Entered a virtually full restaurant and got seated right away.

Had a great dinner here on 10th may before seeing Take That with my mum. Chose Byron as it seemed to be the only restaurant with a good queueing system on a busy night, we were seated in 5 minutes.

Food 3/5 - nothing spectacular about the burger, however was satisfactory but would have wanted a little more for my money, disappointed in the cheesy bacon fries...

Visited the O2 on the 6th May to see Take That. We are not local and wanted to have a nice meal prior to seeing the concert. Our first mistake was not realising you have to pre book a table at most of the restaurants so finding somewhere to eat without a lengthy wait can be tricky, especially as there is no seating inside the O2 for you to wait for a table to become free.

We came to this restaurant after debating with GBK, but as we had never been here before, we thought we’d give it a go.

The worst customer service I ever had. I've asked to spoke with the manager for explaining her that the burger bun was burnt, she was rude. Not trying to help. She did not even care about my issue answering me with horrible attitude. As I am working in hospitality I know what is mean to be busy but this doesn't mean anyone should be so rude. I will never spend a single penxlce ever in this company because my money worth more than this crab.

First experience it was very good here in Byron. Paula was taking care of me (she was very nice, friendly,helpful) I ordered the house burger with fries on the side. Apart from the lot of juice in the burger it was 5star and also (what is very rare!) the fries it wasn't greasy it was perfectly made. Well done guys, lets see next time :)

Normally love Byron but this one was not worth the calories or money. Went for the veggie burger with jackfruit and coleslaw - such a tiny amount of each on my burger. Was pretty much a plain bean burger - could’ve done that at home. So annoying, coleslaw and jackfruit is pretty cheap right? Why so stingy Byron?!

I'm not a vegan but have been keen to try jackfruit. The vegan burger was delicious & the jackfruit was lush. I went skinny (no bun) with salad & sweet potato fries. It was delicious & staff were excellent too.

We visited Byron’s before a concert at the O2. We were early and it wasn’t greatly busy. Service was prompt and courteous. I had the double bacon burger (I know from prior experience that the burgers are not huge). The burgers were well cooked and very very tasty. Washed down with a pint of lager. Good value.

This was our first experience of Byron so we weren't sure what to expect. We visited before an event at the O2, the restaurant was busy but they got us a table for two very quickly. The table, menu etc was clean, the welcome was friendly - good times! We ordered drinks - a Byron lager and a hibiscus gin and tonic, both great and we both ordered BBQ burgers. They were AMAZING! Best burgers ever, just a shame they were not bigger! The burgers came with fries and I ordered a side of coleslaw which I did not enjoy - it was dry and featured way too much cabbage so was bitter as a result. We were still hungry but the desert menu was really limited and we didn't fancy any of the three choices so we didn't order anything else. The bill came to £48.50, which is fine for amazing quality burgers, but we felt it was a little bit expensive considering the size of them.

I have brought a party of about 40 youngsters, their teachers and adults for lunch at Byron's before taking part in a concert at the O2. We have done this for the past 2 years and each time it has been a wonderful experience. EVERYONE enjoys the food, even me, and I'm not generally a fan of burgers! The food is quality and the staff are very helpful and accommodated our party extremely well, even when we turned up 20 mins late because our coach driver couldn't find his way into the O2 coach park. The value for money is great but if you end up bringing a large party there is a small service charge for parties of more than 8, so don't forget to add this into what you charge your group. We have tried other restaurants at the O2 but Byron's is a cut above the rest. Thank you, Lee and everyone at Byron's, we will definitely be back!

Best burger I have had in a very long time. Very reasonable prices. Great menu, staff were really friendly and efficient restaurant clean service quick defiantly return

First time in a Byron restaurant, it was really busy, but we timed it right and were seated right away. Service was quick, and drinks arrived shortly. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, and it was a great burger, you could actually taste the cheese! Very filling. The restaurant itself was clean although for the prices charged (£71.50 for 4 burgers, fries and drinks) the industrial unfinished look said “We will not spend cash on paint and ceilings, so we can make more money” rather than ‘this is a cool place to eat’. I’ll have to try GBC & Five Guys before I go back to Byron, as they also seem to charge a small fortune for a burger.

Ate here for an early lunch before going to a show. The service was good and attentive, even though the restaurant was soon extremely busy. Our burgers were tasty and well cooked and amazingly inexpensive! Only downside was that the music was very loud.

This place is your typical Byron, great burgers, friendly staff and great location to grab a quick bite

Me dirigía a Byron's esta tarde con mi hijo y mi amiga y le decíamos que la última vez que fuimos a Byron's en South Kensington la camarera había sido estupenda, cuando abrimos la puerta para sorpresa nuestra estaba allí, la reconocí. de inmediato y me sentí muy contenta de que ella estuviera allí porque realmente creo que ha sido la camarera más amable de Londres. Tuvimos una buena hamburguesa para el almuerzo y mi amigo estaba muy contento de que el gerente cuidara bien sus alergias. (¡Tiene varias alergias a los alimentos y fue perfecta! Chef bien hecha) Excelente servicio, comida. Muchas gracias Andrea por ser una camarera tan increíble.

Acabo de visitar la o 2 y me quedé impresionado por el servicio de Jacek, estrella total, super amable y solo hizo que toda la experiencia fuera agradable. ¿Felicitaciones también a Lee, el gerente que estaba realmente conversador y feliz de pasar un tiempo en la mesa? Todo un gran viaje y volveremos pronto!

Cant fault the meal or service, after the nearby Pilot hotel letting us down we went to the O2 for a meal and this was as usual faultless, excellent meal and great service too.

We decided to have lunch here before Disney On Ice with the kids. It was very busy but we were seated very quickly and the service was very good throughout. A friendly waiter and not too long a wait for food. The halloumi fries were yum but not enough of them. The burgers were yum but I’d have expected them to be bigger for the price. I ordered a cocktail assuming it was made fresh but it came in a bottle. Bit disappointing but maybe I missed that fact in the menu. Overall a good meal though. The activity sheets and crayons for kids was a bonus!

My family of 12 visited the Byron restaurant for lunch at the O2 before we went to see Disney on Ice.

A number of the Byron chain have recently closed down, judging by the branch at the O2 this is not too surprising.

I love good food and even more when it accompanies great service. My friends and i went to watch the boxing match yesterday and I can truly say our experience with Byron at the o2 has truly surpassed my imagination we where seated within moments of arrival , our waitress (lily) was not only knowledgeable but so accommodating for us her smile was contagious even tho my mate lost some money at the boxing match it no longer mattered.

We had a great time, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. A very happy experience.

Prior to an evenings entertainment with Mr Nile Rogers, Joan Trotter and I decided we would throw caution to the wind and dine on a hamburger. Unlike Joan I have never frequented Byron Burger so was rather intrigued to sample what was on offer. We had already tried to pressurise the delightful manager Lee into reserving a table but despite our spirited discourse he was unable to comply. Lee did however promise that if we did choose his establishment the wait for a table wouldn’t be too long - it was 4 minutes.

We visited before Madness and Paul McCartney, very busy both nights, seated promptly, great Nachos, super Burgers, Beer, crazy sweet, Fries overall a great service, all staff are happy to serve, clear tables and smile etc, we will be in when return to the O2
