All I asked the lady was why am I charged 4.50 the way she used body language and aggression to explain something You are there to give good customer service the hormones were up you deserve a 0 star

School cake icing completely torn off by lid of packaging on opening.. real shame because the sponge was really fresh and moist.. it's good standard food here tho guys just a genuine mistake.. great staff and great delivery time always prompt and food always hot on arrival.

Twice i never received the cakes i asked for. Once i called the restaurant and told them. She said to contact the driver..how would i contact the driver when he was i dont have his number!!! Then i didnt receive a cake but i got the ice cream ....Now someone from the restaurant called me and blamed me...Its not my fault i didnt receive the cakes but the worker blamed me. The food is great but the female worker doesn't know how to speak to customers....The food is great but you will get blame when you don't get everything you paid for. What a disgrace.

I would give a higher rating but the size wasn’t great and had to add extras but was nice they need to improve the menu or is the site I order from not a full English as need to be 2 or everything plus mushrooms and black pudding

I love this cafe its my local I have been going for about 7 years for lunch and sometimes breakfast Michelle as fantastic and wonderful, and when you order with ubereats and uber mess up she makes sure you are sorted. possibly the best cafe in burnt oak and the surrounding area

The customer service is great. The staff are helpful and friendly. The staff come and check a few minutes later after receiving the food if we are happy or need anything.

Been ordering from this place for years now. Kept me beautifully fed during lockdown :). Always great food, great service. Always on point with the food, never had a complaint. I see people giving low ratings due to ‘scams’ - I have experienced this before, with a rogue uber eats driver. It was not, and never is, the restaurants fault.

Food quality 👎! The soups I ordered are equal if I would buy it from Sainsbury’s or any other shops.

Please do not lose your money on this scam. I placed an order this morning via Deliveroo and the order did not arrive. I informed Deliveroo who arranged redelivery but a woman from the cafe phoned me to say that they would not be doing the redelivery order as it was not being paid for. The cafe then did not answer the phone to Deliveroo. I paid for food but received nothing. It’s my first time ordering online I usually go in to the cafe but after this experience I will no longer be customer to the cafe.

Surprised. Could busy bee help busy me to have a full english? Surely not.How could they deliver it warm?How could they stop the baked beans,eggs and potato from gravity mixing into mush? Well,busy bee gave busy me a british breakfast to boast about. Eggs,sausages,toast,bubble,mushrooms,etc.etc.all high quality and superbly cooked and delivered. This is in danger if getting a 10 /10 ego ronay from yours truly but for now they will have to live with a mediocre 8/10. Flavour up bees!

Excellent service from food to the driver.

They never deliver to the right place. I asked for the delivery to come to the Page Street entrance. Yet again the driver went to the main entrance which is the other side of the building. I have a disability hence asking for delivery to nearest entrance to my office. It has taken me time and a lot of pain to walk across to the other side of the school.

Called up the cafe to ask if I could change something on the deliveroo sharing platter for 2, no trouble at all and the lady on the phone was polite (the most polite I’ve ever spoken too from a cafe) changing was no trouble. The food arrived piping hot, fresh, such a generous amount that it fed our daughter too. Will 1000% reccomend and order again, couldn’t even tell it was delivered was like eating in. Best cafe in the area!! *****
