Food is soooo good！I met a very attentive waiter, Andrew, today when I dined at the restaurant and really wanted to commend him in particular! I was intrigued by the scent of the restaurant as soon as I walked in and couldn't help but ask him what the fragrance was. I was so intrigued by the scent of the restaurant that I couldn't help but ask him what the fragrance was. I didn't expect him to not only tell me the brand name right away, but he also gave me a packet of the fragrance as a special treat!

Very friendly and nice staff. Big portion with good food. I lived nearby n always visit this restaurant.Andrew is very good tht he served us with his smile and when we ask what is the scent of the restaurant. We love it. He introduced the scent to us and give us some samples. It’s really made our day.

Food was ok, but not to Busaba standard as Padthai prawns wasn’t much prawns there and doesn’t taste freshly cooked . We also kids meal that’s was again order had missing stuff.

Nice restaurant with a different table layout to other places. No individual but group tables with comfortable benches to sit on. Only downside to this is that space is more limited, and as staff have to pass by to get through to other tables in the back, they will unintentionally hit the benches. Which can be annoying to both customers and staff. Staff are overall nice and efficient. My partner and I ordered rotis, the Asparagus Rice, Calamari, and the Sriracha Ho Fun Noodles. The calamari were, unfortunately, pretty chewy, so we had to send them back. The roti were nice. My partner thoroughly enjoyed his asparagus rice (it also smelled really delicious!). While I was eating my Sriracha Ho Fun noodles, I noticed some unchewable clear bit in my mouth and thought nothing much of it before taking it out with a napkin. The dish was nice but I couldn't eat very much, so got the rest take away. When I ate the leftovers the next day, I got something unchewable yet again and took it out to inspect. It was a 2cm big piece of plastic that had since cooled down and air bubbles in it. I get that something like this can happen in a fast paced environment and especially closer to closing time when everyone just wants to clean up and go. But a plastic piece this size seems a bit much, imagine what could have happened with smaller pieces that may have been in the dish. The piece I took out in the restaurant probably was plastic too, I remember it being clear underneath the sauce. Please be more careful when it comes to food safety!

It was a pleasant experience today evening at this restructured. The food was very delicious and most of that i need to mention is that the customer service of this restaurant is well worth, especially theres a man named athul a tall guy with beared, he’s a very hardworking man with good customer behaviour and i like that mahn very much. He's the best team member you ever had.

Food - Delicious! Bursting with flavours. Service - POOR!, except the bald headed guy was very attentive. Atmosphere - Was okay Would I come again? YES, but I would ask to be served by someone else and not Albin!

Service and setting are lovely and the food is tasty but if you're looking for authentic Thai this isn't the place to go The Green Curry was flavoursome but not spicy at all and the spring rolls were stodgey. Very expensive for the quality.

Had a lovely experience and Athul provided lovely and friendly service.

Unfortunately we had a really poor experience here. The food came out cold and the taste itself was poor. We got the songkhla beef curry, green curry, and pad thai. The beef curry was incredibly sweet so had a very odd taste, the green curry had 4 pieces of chicken, and the pad Thai lacked authenticity. The overall portions sizes were also quite small and it was not worth the price point at all. We did let the staff know but they didn’t seem to care much. The seating is shared seating around large tables which was a little uncomfortable sitting right next to strangers.

I dined at Busaba Westfield Stratford, for the first time; and was warmly greeted by Priya! Her Customer Service was exemplary from start to finish; as she was engaging, friendly & very attentive; and kept checking to ensure that all was satisfactory with our meal. 📌The Calamari was absolutely De-Lish (that I ordered another portion to go)! Loved the Mocktail Piña Colada, too (which, thankfully was not watery (like some places make); Instead, it was that of a rich, full-bodied tasty smoothie-like consistency)! Our only slight constructive critique would be to ensure that, the Starter's are served 'separately' (at the Start, BEFORE, (Not with) the Main meal), Hence, why it's called a 'Starter. Overall, everything else was brilliant. I would definitely come again!

My first experience visiting Busaba Westfield Stratford and it was amazing. Food was good but most of all the young girl Priya who served us made the whole experience very enjoyable. Her suggestions from the menu were very good, she accommodated our requests regarding flavour and spices. Calamari was very good . We thoroughly enjoyed our main meals too I think good service makes a huge difference. So thank you Priya 😊

Had a great tasting beef wok at this place. The staff was attentive and came back quick with the food. Sophisticated interior with lots of space, nice contrast to the noisy and busy shopping mall outside. Overall had a good experience if you're looking for Asian cuisine, can recommend.

A beautiful restaurant, lovely food indeed. They capture the vibe of cuisine style wonderfully. The experience we had was let down was the service. What seemed to be the manager, I believe began serving other new customers who came much later than us by about 20 minutes. We felt like we had done something wrong, and became extremely conscious why they just refused to be our waiter or server. I should also point out it was not busy at all, on a warm day not even our drinks order was taken. Another waiter eventually came to take our order and he was nice. Unfortunately I asked for the service charge to be removed because our experience at the beginning, waiting for a long time was unnecessary. I saw this person having plenty free opportunities to do his job many times, after noticing others were being taken care of who came after us. And so we will not be coming back sadly!

Fantastic Dining Experience at Busaba, Stratford! Visited Busaba in Stratford on Friday, 21st March, and had a wonderful time! We were seated in the private dining area, arranged by the lovely Miss Linda—thank you for your excellent service and warm hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, as always—consistent in quality and flavor. Busaba never disappoints! Highly recommend this place for great food, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive staff. Will definitely be returning!

Loved the food at this restaurant, a very unique sharing table system. We had the tempura prawns for starters with pad thai and red thai curry for mains which was delicious.

Service from Albin was really good!

Visiting restaurant for the first time after a while and surprised at far the standards have fallen. Party of five, we ordered drinks and starters which were okay but the main dishes were disappointing. Rice had to be sent back because it was cold, chicken katsu overcooked. Service was mediocre, asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill. Will not be visiting there again.

Even here 4-5 times now and I do enjoy their food. Especially their triple soya dish is a favourite! Good sizes portions and consistent taste. Simply love it. Have done quite a few team birthday lunches here and everyone enjoyed!
