It was a pleasant experience today evening at this restructured. The food was very delicious and most of that i need to mention is that the customer service of this restaurant is well worth, especially theres a man named athul a tall guy with beared, he’s a very hardworking man with good customer behaviour and i like that mahn very much. He's the best team member you ever had.

Service and setting are lovely and the food is tasty but if you're looking for authentic Thai this isn't the place to go The Green Curry was flavoursome but not spicy at all and the spring rolls were stodgey. Very expensive for the quality.

I dined at Busaba Westfield Stratford, for the first time; and was warmly greeted by Priya! Her Customer Service was exemplary from start to finish; as she was engaging, friendly & very attentive; and kept checking to ensure that all was satisfactory with our meal. 📌The Calamari was absolutely De-Lish (that I ordered another portion to go)! Loved the Mocktail Piña Colada, too (which, thankfully was not watery (like some places make); Instead, it was that of a rich, full-bodied tasty smoothie-like consistency)! Our only slight constructive critique would be to ensure that, the Starter's are served 'separately' (at the Start, BEFORE, (Not with) the Main meal), Hence, why it's called a 'Starter. Overall, everything else was brilliant. I would definitely come again!

Unfortunately we had a really poor experience here. The food came out cold and the taste itself was poor. We got the songkhla beef curry, green curry, and pad thai. The beef curry was incredibly sweet so had a very odd taste, the green curry had 4 pieces of chicken, and the pad Thai lacked authenticity. The overall portions sizes were also quite small and it was not worth the price point at all. We did let the staff know but they didn’t seem to care much. The seating is shared seating around large tables which was a little uncomfortable sitting right next to strangers.

My first experience visiting Busaba Westfield Stratford and it was amazing. Food was good but most of all the young girl Priya who served us made the whole experience very enjoyable. Her suggestions from the menu were very good, she accommodated our requests regarding flavour and spices. Calamari was very good . We thoroughly enjoyed our main meals too I think good service makes a huge difference. So thank you Priya 😊

Had a great tasting beef wok at this place. The staff was attentive and came back quick with the food. Sophisticated interior with lots of space, nice contrast to the noisy and busy shopping mall outside. Overall had a good experience if you're looking for Asian cuisine, can recommend.

A beautiful restaurant, lovely food indeed. They capture the vibe of cuisine style wonderfully. The experience we had was let down was the service. What seemed to be the manager, I believe began serving other new customers who came much later than us by about 20 minutes. We felt like we had done something wrong, and became extremely conscious why they just refused to be our waiter or server. I should also point out it was not busy at all, on a warm day not even our drinks order was taken. Another waiter eventually came to take our order and he was nice. Unfortunately I asked for the service charge to be removed because our experience at the beginning, waiting for a long time was unnecessary. I saw this person having plenty free opportunities to do his job many times, after noticing others were being taken care of who came after us. And so we will not be coming back sadly!

Fantastic Dining Experience at Busaba, Stratford! Visited Busaba in Stratford on Friday, 21st March, and had a wonderful time! We were seated in the private dining area, arranged by the lovely Miss Linda—thank you for your excellent service and warm hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, as always—consistent in quality and flavor. Busaba never disappoints! Highly recommend this place for great food, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive staff. Will definitely be returning!

Loved the food at this restaurant, a very unique sharing table system. We had the tempura prawns for starters with pad thai and red thai curry for mains which was delicious.

Visiting restaurant for the first time after a while and surprised at far the standards have fallen. Party of five, we ordered drinks and starters which were okay but the main dishes were disappointing. Rice had to be sent back because it was cold, chicken katsu overcooked. Service was mediocre, asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill. Will not be visiting there again.

Well, what can I say. Athul is a gem of a man is a merit of his trade. The food was lovely, but when there was a hiccup with the calamari, he stepped in and made things right. Great meal, great guy. Great experience.

Had aubergine curry. The pieces of aubergine that were cooked were tasty, however there were uncooked lumps of round variety of aubergine in it that were inedible. The bang banana fritters had strange flavour and not crispy. Benches need a good clean.

Waitress moved my group twice to different tables, the wait for the food was too long, the duck tamarind was burnt and didn't taste good, other plates of food were a little tasteless. After ordering dessert and waiting 10-15mins for the order, we were told that they actually didn't have the dessert and asked to order something else.

This particular busaba is absolutely exceptional. The staff always have a genuine smile on their faces (and being genuine is important because everyone fakes being in a decent mood) they’re always making sure if everythings ok, always accommodate if i have any specific to ask for. Its why i keep coming back again and again. Honestly best restaurant experience ive had. 5 stars!!!!

Busaba is my go to spot for Thai food in London! The flavors are always so warming; perfect for any craving, whether it’s a quick meal or a relaxed dining experience. The atmosphere is also fantastic, with the beautiful smells of incense sticks adding to the overall wholesome experience. Never a miss when I’m at Westfield Stratford! 🫶🏻 My favorites: 1. Ginger beef 2. Jungle curry 3. chilli beef Jasmine rice bowl 4. Pandan chicken

The calamari at Busaba Stratford has been lacking lately. Calamari used to taste amazing and less chewy. The chef's need to get their game back on! It's been poor on the few visits when I've popped in to dine. I will visit again; hopefully, it's a better experience.

Not the best quality . Had Pad Thai noodles and almost solid on plate , Very tough, added chicken but hardly worth it . Very tasteless . Seating not as clean as it should be . badly marked . Very disappointed . Was with friends , didn't want to complain or make a fuss and spoil a day out . But in hind-site wished i had . Won’t be going there again

Very nice Atmosphere, the Dim lanterns and nice wooden roof. The food was very nice aswell but the service especially was top notch shout out to Paulo for taking Care of us I highly recommend the lunch deal it's a bargain!!
