It's a take away restaurant in a food court so I didn't expect anything special but I the lady that served me was completely distracted, she kept looking around (I think she was looking for someone?) and asked me the the same question 3 times, forgot half of my order and was obviously focused on something else. I really don't mind that, but then just tell me and I will happily wait a second. I asked her about the sauces and she (again) obviously wasn't listening and just agreed with me so I ended up with the wrong sauce. That was a shame because other than that the food was actually not bad at all! I

First time trying a burrito, large variety of choice, smells amazing and fresh! staff where all very professional and polite. Courtney (I think that was the ladies name) she was very helpful and kind to me, as I didn’t know what to order she really helped me. Thank you! 10/10 on the service and food quality. Will definitely be returning and recommend to friends and family

Whenever I go to Merry Hill I usually get lunch from here, fresh ingredients and tasty flavours make a nice change from the usual stodge on offer in the takeaway places. Always good and quick service as well 👍

Really good sized portions, well seasoned meat and really fresh veg. Tasty! Definitely coming again, service was speedy and done right in front of you!

WARNING DO NOT ORDER! Ordered two x three Tacos. That adds up to six! Only delivered 3 tacos in total! So that's half the order! Call continuously with no answer! As for the food, it's absolutely diabolical! Nothing like real tacos! Supposed to be pulled or shredded pork yet turned up with large chunks of fatty pork (I have photos)! Tacos are tasteless apart from the flavor of old fatty pork! Plus they added a service charge of £1.19 when we have had NO service at all! TRY ANSERING THE PHONE AS PEOPLE MAY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THERE ORDER!

Naked Burrito with chicken, salsa, rice, cheese and sour cream. So much fresher and tastier than the other fast food options here. Quick, value for money and tasty. Thumbs up!

Ordered three burritos, no drinks. Very stingy fillings and very small burritos. They were OK but really disappointing for the price! Wont be eating here again.

Wanted to eat here as the menu looked good, but after waiting ages to have no staff greet me I was looking at unappealing food! The counters looks awful! The meat was dry and crispy, the rice looked undercooked or over heated as was crusted on container and the salad dishes were not much better. Floppy brown lettuce and brown avacado paste being sold as guacamole! For extra fees! Went elsewhere. 7.30pm tonight

We enjoyed some lovely nachos today from here, my partner had a buritto with chilli and he said it was very nice, we will visit again, very polite young lady was serving us

The burrito I ordered was wrapped in foil but was cold when opened only a minute after purchase. There was plenty of filling but most were virtually tasteless. There is plenty of choice near this place so my advice would be to try somewhere else and avoid this place.

Ordered from here and the food was horrible, staff were lovely but just not my cup of tea. Soggy tortillas since all the filling was dumped on top of them.

Whenever I come to eat Central I always go and get a buritto from this place. This time though I wish I hadn't. The beef was quite oily which made the burrito fall apart. It wasn't wrapped properly either. I kept getting globs of sour cream and guacamole instead of it being throughout the burrito. Really disappointed as they are usually lovely. I brought my friend from London to merry hill and had said to him how nice they were. My face was red when we got back home and ate it. If I hadn't of had it to go I'd of gone back and asked to have chicken instead. I only give it 3 stars due to enjoying them previously otherwise it would be 1. Maybe an off day? I hope so, but I don't be returning in a hurry.

I absolutely love coming to this restaurant, as I am a big fan of Mexican food. I also like going to this place to eat, because there aren’t actually many Mexican outlets in the Dudley Borough. At least that I know of. The prices are a bit dear-some though, but I still think that what you get, is good value for money. Also, there is a lot of choice of how you would like your food prepared, and what ingredients go in it. Overall, a fabulous restaurant, with some really good and well trained staff.

I came shopping with my aunt and had something to eat in EatCentral. We sat near Burrito Kitchen as we had eaten their and the guy that served us was blasting Beyonce out of the speaker, Surely that should be kept a lot quieter or even better when they are closing. My aunt and i moved away as we felt awkward. The employee in question was named Jack as it had it written on his top, he seemed a bit cocky too.

Burrito Kitchen is by far the best place for a burrito outside of Central America.

Ordered a large burrito which was massive with lots of meat. Really enjoyed it and will be returning!

I’ve visited this place on two separate occasions the first time the food was good, plenty of chicken and very warm. The second time the burrito was lukewarm with very little meat unfortunately.

What a difference customer service makes!

Visited with my mom on our trip to Merryhill. Burritos were awful, hardly any chicken on it and sweet potato fries were disgusting - see picture. Had to send them back. I emailed the burrito kitchen over a month ago regarding my visit and no one has even acknowledged my email which I think sums up their customer service. Used to always come here when I visited Merryhill but would definitely not return.

Had a really bad luke warm burrito today 26th August. Girl who made it up had no sense of urgency and she was quite bland and uninspiring when making the food, at least look interested! Asking us for our options I almost thought we seemed like a pain in her bum when I described how I liked it - customers shouldn't be made to feel uneasy about wanting to order food.

The food here is really great and it is at a reasonable cost. Also, it is clean and the place of very quick service, even when the eatery is very busy.

Opted for the pulled pork burrito with double meat and the super hot sauce. It was delicious. I was completely stuffed afterwards as it was one of the best burritos I've ever eaten. Fantastic and I will definitely go back.

Tenía un gran Burrito aquí! Ofrecen la opción de picante suave, medio, picante o super. El pollo era agradable y tierna y tenía un auténtico sabor mexicano. Las patatas fritas de camote también eran muy bonitas. Que llenan las envolturas completamente, así que es una buena relación calidad-precio.

Decent portions and cheap street food prices, I recommend the burritos instead of the fajitas (burritos get rice and beans whereas fajitas get peppers and onions) and paying extra for guacamole is definitely worth it. The pulled pork is done on premises and so is the guacamole, veggie option is better than some of the meat ones in my opinion. If you want sweet potato fries tell them when you order because they cook them fresh so you end up waiting for them.

Tengo la enfermedad celiaca y que es tan difícil de encontrar en cualquier lugar que sirve comida sin gluten, así que estaba encantado de encontrar un desnudo que se anuncia como el burrito sin gluten. He estado yendo por algún tiempo, y cada vez que me he encontrado el servicio absolutamente repugnante. El personal del hotel estará siempre al teléfono detrás del mostrador y actuar como si de un dolor porque tienen que servir. Trabajo en servicio al cliente, yo nunca no actuara. Que un miembro del personal que iba a estar 2 segundos después ir detrás del mostrador de nuevo una chica tenía que venir y me sirven. Nunca tienen una sonrisa en la cara, y si no fuera por el hecho de que hacer una comida sin gluten gratis NO volvería! Dicho esto, tras visitar recientemente la señora dio una fajita empezaron a servir en vez de un burrito diciéndome que era lo solicitó que pedí. . ¿Por qué pedir. Por eso cuando necesito sin gluten? Preocupante lo que había puesto en mi caja no sería libre de gluten me preguntaron si era sin duda sin gluten como no puedo correr el riesgo. Dijo que pueden contener gluten. . Cómo U anuncian algo sin gluten si tiene un riesgo. Incluso si es una pequeña cantidad de riesgo con celiacos u no puedo tomar eso! Luego me dijeron que el arroz sin gluten. Ya que cuando no tienen gluten y por qué el arroz sería servido en un gluten comida gratis. Que nos dijeron, "no sirven si no fuera por el gluten "2 miembros del personal y que nos dijeron, aparentemente "muchas celiacs tienen "tengo que ser sincero, nunca me he sentido tan mirando en mi vida. No es una dieta de moda estoy en mi salud que está en riesgo y el personal no tiene ni idea de lo que contiene gluten. No regresaré, pero espero que el horneado sin gluten es señal gratis burrito descontado de la junta si no es en realidad 100% libre de gluten ya que es muy engañoso.

I am a regular visitor, love the Burritos. It's great that you can get fast food that's not really bad for you, a real change and stands out from all the others in the food court. The only thing is the Burritos can be a bit messy and the medium salsa is a bit spicy for medium! Staff always smiling though and the food always tastes fresh, will continue to be a regular.

On visiting Merry Hill on a recent shopping trip, we made the obligatory trip to the food court. Amongst the collection of various outlets was Burrito Kitchen. Me, being me, chose something completely random and chose a burrito.Beef, beans, rice, lettuce, cheese sour cream and salsa. Nice!!!A choice of different meats, or a vegetarian option. Chose what you want on it. Like a Mexican Subway!!!! It was filling, tasty and cost under a fiver but if you fancy this, sit close to the table and keep a napkin close by as you could get quite messy. Just unwrap from the one end!!!!!

If you're shopping in Merry Hill and need a quick fill-me-up then you could do a lot worse than Burrito Kitchen. I've only tried their large burritos and sweet potato fries, but those alone are enough for me to recommend this place as a credible alternative to the mainstays of fast food.Come with an appetite; that large burrito is a monster.

Had a brunch burrito, was ok nothing to shout about.Staff look really miserable, didnt get a hello or goodbye! i wont be going back.

I love having lunch here when shopping in merry hill. I tend to go for a naked burrito with pulled beef. The beef is really delicious. The flavour is awesome. Its also a healthy choice which is great as you don't always fancy something heavy for lunch when you are shopping. They also do vegetarian and wholemeal wraps. So they cater for everyone.

Popped here for tea, wouldn't go again, cold soggy fajitas and awful service. Most of our meals ended up in the bin. Wouldn't have minded the price if it was edible but turned out to be an expensive mistake.

There are many choices at the food court at Merry Hill shopping centre. We chose Burrito kitchen. You order your food over the counter where the choices are and as they put it together one moves towards the cash desk.We chose a variety of their medium sized meals and although we were unsure whether they would be large enough to fill us, they certainly were.Overall the food was good and it represented reasonable value-for-money.

I've eaten Burritos across the States, and this ranks up there with some of the best. Excellent for a Foodcourt find. Quality ingredients, well cooked and priced. If you like burritos, it's a good one!

I received amazing food and service on my first visit here yesterday. The girl who served me was lovely and made sure I was 100% happy with my order. The burrito itself was one of the best I've ever had - I will definitely be visiting again.

The Burrito Kitchen is a family favourite place to eat out when we're shopping. The staff are always lovely and the food is always of high quality.Yesterday my husband had a beast of a fajita and it looked and smelt amazing. He was very pleased.

My wife and i went for lunch in eat central at the merryhill centre ,we chose to have a burrito ,the person who served us was very abrupt and unpleasent.we ordered a medium plus a childs burrito as we went down the options i asked for no cheese but a little bit of sour cream instead on the child one , she made a big thing about you are not surposed to have our cream on childs burritos ,i said just add a charge to which she went away still with no personality .l told the person taking my money that if its such a big issue they didnt deserve the business ,he just smirked total joke .needs people who have got some sort of interest in working on counter

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the prices weren't too bad but I must say it was the blandest, boring-est (is that a word??), most disappointing burrito I have ever eaten! Sorry guys, hate to give a bad review but I was actually gutted at the Lack of taste!

Had a large steak burrito - it was OK, nothing to rave about - the sweet potato fries I had as a side were great. A little overpriced but I'll probably try again in the future.

Tasted good, proved difficult to finish. Awesome churros. Probably some of the best I've had. Probably would go again.

I came in on Monday with a friend for a quick snack and stumbled onto the burrito kitchen, something different. I was kindly greeted by a young red haired girl who was so helpful in helping me decide, within 5 minutes my meal was made up and tasted absolutely brilliant. Will be returning very soon, many thanks

I attend Burrito Kitchen often and often get served by great people however today (22/11/15) I attended while quickly grabbing something to eat with the family. I got served by a guy named Haden, He had so much knowledge of the products, came across really genuine, I had a large Beef Burrito with (Homemade Guacamole for 60p) which is apparently made fresh everyday. He was great with my child who was crying, he gave her a balloon which cheered her up and now will not stop holding it. As my hands were full he offered to take my food to my seat, which i politely said no as i am sure he and the two ladies with him are busy. Will definitely be back for more Burritos in the future and hopefully be served by this guy again. Excellent Customer Service.Cheers HadenNatalie

Came to the store yesterday late dinner time.. had to wait to be served ages and a girl with 2 toned hair served me and she gave me a snotty service and didnt want to be there and kept looking at her phone in the stand.. she then kept shouting at her colluege to serve so she didnt have to.. will not return again! Food was okay

I tried the burrito, I had never tried one before and it was scrumptious! You can choose what ingredient you want to your taste such as chicken, steak, pulled pork, a variety of choices like tacos, fajita and burritos, and lots of extras to pile on top. The price is about £4.95 and about them same price as other outlets in Merry Hill, they do have a website and menu online. Will definitely be back, want one now just thinking about them!

While the rest of the family went off for their food from another location in the food court I choose to eat from here. I got to admit the service is slow and the staff seemed disinterested in terms of purely plonking the food in the burrito as opposed to placing it so each bite has flavour.Cause I had chosen the beef a meal deal wasn't available. Surely any intelligent being would have given a few different meal deal options (bar Chicken or Vegetable).When I actually got to the till the guy was so slow that I was worried the food would get cold. Really how hard is it to press a button on a tablet computer?As for the food, I wished that I'd followed everyone else as the food was bland with no flavour, only taste I got was from the medium salsa.If you love Mexican food, don't bother wasting your money here, much better places to eat!

I ordered two large chicken fajitas from Burrito Kitchen and while I have been once before this visit was not what I accepted. Unfortunately the chicken was cold in the middle and the fajita essentially falling apart into a big mess! Was not best pleased at all seeing as the price should reflect the quality.

Sunday is a busy day in merry hill so I decided on naked burrito being on gluten free diet, Menu is simple to follow at £5.25 for large naked burrito on its own, I think bit expensive for burrito on its own with out drink. Sweet potato fries extra £1.75 or £2 for large drinks extra.The chicken is high quality good big breast chunks, salad is just lettuce and small scoop of pinto with cheese and sour cream. Salsa is fresh and tastes good. Personally I think it's not good value for money at this price point should be meal deal.

I had large fajita and they only filled it like a regular and they didn't fill my drink all the way to the top, I shall not be retuning.

Perfect for a lunch time snack. Plenty of options to customise to your own taste and assembled before your very eyes. Can't complain about the quality and the staff are always friendly

Visited Merry Hill today and stopped in the food court at lunchtime and visited Burrito Kitchen for a chicken burrito. Very impressed with the quality and quantity of the meal. The wedges were delicious so all in all excellent value for money. Staff were polite and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at Burrito Kitchen, it was very busy due to the Christmas rush. But the service was very efficient, burritos stunning and prices very reasonable. Might just go to Merry Hill just for the burritos!

After finding out my Groupon deal was restricted items (even though all the same price) with no mention in there of it, I begrudgingly paid the 50p more for the pulled pork to be Very disappointed, as little flavour & due to being in metal holding pots, the steam has watered the pork down, so soggy when put in wrap. Overall with beans & cold cheese it was bland & not good value. Was looking forward to it too as something different. Many other choices available in the food hall thankfully for next time as not returning.

Well , i had bought a groupon voucher forgetiing to check the fine print so ordererd for me and family then staff member said i can only get the chicken or veg burrito so i said fine can i have that instead and then the manager said i had to pay for the food i already ordered i had no cash i said i cant pay for those as i dont have money but he said well you have to pay for them being rude , yes in the end they gave me the first order only because they were going bin and also the food was disgustingly oily ,

Very disappointed and feel quite cheated by Burrito Kitchen. This has got to be the worst we have ever had from any so called Mexican food restaurant. Ordered 2 vegetable fajitas and some sweet potato fries. The vegetables are advertised as being locally sourced. However, the fajitas seemed to consist almost completely of onion, watery onion. The fajitas fell apart to to the fact they were so full of onion juice. In there defence there was a slither of red pepper In the mess that fell out of fajitas. But this would hardly justify the description of the food. The sweet potato fries were also disappointing. Tasting of., well, nothing. Just bland mush stick with a crispy coating. All this and a drink for £13.65. Never again.

I purchased a chicken burrito with rice, beans, cheese and mild sauce. The chicken was very dry almost as if it had been sitting out all day long. The rest of the wrap lacked flavour. Not impressed.

Burrito kitchen burrito's are quite simply the best you could wish to find, filled to the brim with succulent meat, rice, cheese, guacamole and amazing salsa! Whether you want mild or spicy this is the place to go! Find myself going every week, so good!

I am a frequent Burrito Kitchen visitor and must admit they are my favourite eatery in the whole of Merry Hill. The food is always to a high standard, every visit. It's fresh (you can actually see them making salsas and fresh vegetable mixes all day!) and with freshness comes a healthy meal that really can fill you up for the day! I love the chicken as I'm not really a big beef/pork eater, but they look tasty too and hand-shredded may I add! It all adds to the wonderful atmosphere of being at Burrito Kitchen, you always feel like a valued customer and you can always see them working as fast as they can to serve everyone in their queues, unlike some other chains around the food court. Most of all it's the high level of customer service, friendly and always full of smiles you just cannot fault them, that's what keeps me going back. Keep up the good work guys and I will see you very soon for my next burrito fix!

Visited Mexico lasted summer and I've not tried Mexican food since as I assumed it would un authentic, How wrong could I be! Decided to have the double chicken burrito with rice,beans,sour cream,veg. Went for the super spicy sauce and it was perfect just like I'd tried in Cancun last year.This small booth they're serving from is a great addition to the food court, Would love to see these branches pop up all over the country.

After having tried various outlets in Merry Hill, I thought it was time to give burrito kitchen a try.I had a double meat chicken burrito, with lettuce, peppers, guacamole and spicy salsa. The food itself was well presented, kept its heat well and tasted delicious.The staff were very friendly and double checked parts of the order to ensure they were right and gave service with a smile.The prices are a bit high however in comparison to the other food outlets in merry hill, the price in relation to quality is fantastic.I am certain I shall return.

Visited here for the second time today 8th April ordered 1 shredded beef burrito and 1 shredded beef naked burrito and 2 drinks we was asked on both burritos if we wanted mild, medium, spicy or extra spicy salsa on the we asked for mild salsa like i had on my previous visit on 28th march and they put spicy salsa on and also discovered today that when i ordered on the 28th march i ordered a steak burrito and found out i was given a shredded beef burrito disappointed as i read through recommendations but now wish i hadn't of bothered now

As veteran's of 'EatCentral' at Merry Hill, we were keen to try the recently opened 'Burrito Kitchen' after eating at pretty much all of the other food outlets there. We got the chance to try it on a shopping trip last weekend.We tried one of the spicy chicken burrito wraps for lunch, and it was excellent. A huge burrito packed with lots of spicy tender chicken and great vegetables. All put together in front of you, and served in foil to make it easy to eat.A bargain at around £5, and highly recommended. Other options are available for fillings such as steak, beef, and vegetarian options.

Went here for the first time after a friend recommended it and I fancied a change from the usual sandwiches/burgers/noodles/etc. The burrito itself was delicious (I had the one with everything) and was on par to ones I have had in the states. There are several burrito types to choose one and it's easy for them to make one to your taste. Also, the staff were friendly and efficient when dealing with my order. It is pricey to eat at but in my experience, many places in EatCentral are and it's something different to try. I know people are put off by something new but it is definitely worth at least one shot!

Visited here for first time noticed it's always busy so assumed it was good, couldn't be further from the truth! Portion size was tiny and a burrito and a drink cost me over 6 pound! If you compare this to the other outlets in eat central it's really poor value for money. After eating the rather tasteless burrito I was still hungry so had to go and purchase something else from somewhere else. Shall not be returning
