I requested a burger shake and they said they didn’t make such a drink. This was disappointing, however my family enjoyed the sweet ice cream

More like 0 stars. Disgusting!!!! Ordered a kebab and when it arrived it was evident that the meat was not fresh and just heated up in the microwave. Disgusting is an understatement. Advertising is so fake as well. Their food looks nothing as advertised. Didn't get a refund for my food and they never picked up the phone. Do not come here.

delivery took over and hour from ordering when i called the restaurant they didn't even know where the driver was, the food was cold on arrival after spending £55 you would think the food would be warm to eat

Ordered a beef burger and chicken burger and received two chicken , then gave us the wrong cake , eye tests are not that expensive x

Quick and friendly service, decent menu and gorgeous burgers. Juicy patties, doesn’t fall apart when you pick it up and fantastic combo of flavours with their sauces too. Definitely recommend. (Jay)

Unbelievable good food it’s good every time I order

Food was never delivered after 1hour and 30 minutes of waiting. Delivery driver never called me. Person on the phone said “believe me brother it is not my fault” and he did not know and could not find out who the delivery driver was. paid 30£ and never received any food.

In hindsight I didn’t realise the queen bee fries actually meant they would be sweet in taste. This is not stated in description. Not to my taste.

Food was fresh not been sat around for ages delivered and still hot

the food was horrible. the wrong items were delivered. the delivery time changed 5 times. the food and chips came stale, cold. the buns were mushy and cold and tasted old.

Order was altered - no cheese fries

It was on time but kept on changing but beside from that it was beautiful!

Delivery got pushed back by over the original delivery time and I couldn’t cancel the order. The food was cold didn’t receive an item and drink came fizzed up.

When the delivery driver asks you how long you’ve been waiting for your food, the answer is indefinitely : too long. I wanted to try this spot being a uni student, and had read that delivery times were an issue for other customers. I too ran into this problem, my order placed at 9.25, arrived 1 hour late at 11pm. I had to ring, just to make sure my order hadn’t been forgotten! They mentioned they were waiting on a driver which can’t be helped and some credit must be given for that. However, when it appears there is a consistent issue with delivery, and the problem is not solved, (I’ve never had to wait 1 hour for a driver on other Deliveroo deliveries) I have to ask: how does this business operate? Seemingly, with little care for the time of their customers. The food itself was okay, hence the 3 stars, some freezer items, the chicken burger was nice. However everything was oddly spicy, which crept up on me through eating and make the experience less enjoyable. Not sure how or why this happened. I believe this place could be better, if the wait time was adequate. If the food itself was worth waiting until 11pm (way past dinner time - even for a uni student) then perhaps I’d be less peeved about waiting. However, I will be sticking to Sultans from now on, whose food is much better quality, and wait time much more reliable.

Burgers are decent (not amazing but also not bad). Chips would probably taste nicer piping hot - the crinkle cut chips quickly started to taste stale as they cooled. Asked for a delayed delivery time as I put the time in wrong on here - said they’d check and call back. Never did and then delivered early. Disappointing.

Ordered on Lancaster and Morecambe eats, food never showed up. Rang about 10 times only answered once. Customer service was shocking as didn’t make any effort to locate the food. Didn’t apologise and didn’t even offer to remake our food. Best thing was he said he was going to get his manager and put the phone down, tried calling back again but no answer. Such poor service!

Never got my order, no help from the restaurant

Ordered through Lancaster and Morecambe Eats. There was a 40% off discount but I’m not sure it was even worth that money. I ordered a double smashed cheeseburger and loaded fries. The loaded fries were nice but everything was cold, also I didn’t expect the smashed patties to be paper thin.

Edited our previous review- had us wait for 40 minutes in person, just to give us the wrong order. When we came back they didn’t even offer to replace the wings, and instead offered a milkshake? Weird customer experience

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered 20£ worth of food and it did not arrive. After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I called the restaurant for about 40 mins straight until finally they picked up the phone to tell me that there was no driver available and they could do nothing to help me. if you want to get food go in person.

not only did we not receive our food, we were told that the restaurant just "didn't have the order" and hung up on me. absolutely abysmal customer service and I imagine the food would probably have been the same if we ever actually got it.

We waited over 2 and a half hours for food to arrive cold and soggy despite the restaurant saying it would arrive fresh. Abysmal. Second time this has happened, won’t be ordering again.

Varied times given. Was on order for 30mins before they began to prep the meal. The burger tasted okay however the burger bun was incredibly soggy.

We ordered 3 burgers and they were absolutely delicious. Nice clean place, friendly and speedy service. 100% recommend!

Ordered through Lancaster & Morecambe eats app, at around 1900, the app said 45 minutes, but food didn't arrive until about 2100. I tried to call restaurant, but no answer. When the food arrived, it wasn't very warm, and I was fairly underwhelmed with the size, considering the price. The food was tightly screwed up in tin foil, which had an unappetising result. Burger meat had a bit of a weird taste, as though it might have been nearing the end of its shelf life. Wasn't abysmal, but pretty disappointed, will avoid in future.

This place is amazing their service is 10/10 very friendly staff and the food is amazing to definitely recommend to get food if you are visiting Lancaster.

We just got a big order yesterday, and it did not disappoint. Good burguers (we tried the cheeseburger and smash burger), tasty wings and chicken tenders and a delicious waffle. The only downside was the beverages selection.

Order arrived over 1 hour 40 mins late, after two phone calls chasing up where it was. Burgers were sweaty & cold, may have tasted nice if they came warm and not wrapped in tinfoil. Curly fries were hard and cold. Drinks missing. £40 order which I would say was only worth £10 max. Terrible, will never be back.

Regular burger was a bit bland and tasteless, texture was like wet cardboard after five minutes. Chicken burger just tasted of oil, had to stop eating halfway through because the taste was so unpleasant. Curly fries were actually good, with the garlic mayo dip being an excellent counterpart. The chilli cheese bites were spicy and large with a nice creamy filling, easily the best item I had. Price point overall combined with the taste of the food leaves me thinking I won't order again.

I came in mid-afternoon and tried one of their milkshakes (Richie Rich). I was really impressed and it was a nice sweet blend of quite a few different ingredients (chocolate/fruits). The milkshake is really thick and tastes very high quality (top tier!). I did only order a milkshake but would recommend to anyone. I was served by a very friendly and welcoming staff member. The store was very clean and quite inviting.

Me and my friend had dinner here and it was soo good :) We’ve wanted to check it out for a while, and it was worth the wait. The staff were so friendly, funny and the food was really good. I really recommend the cheesy tator tots (as long as you can eat cheese yk). Thank you so much and see you soon :)

The best food. I ordered the chicken burger meal and my partner had the chicken tender meal with the cookies and dream milkshake and it was spectacular! 10/10 will be coming back. Everything from their sauces to the drinks was amazing and a true gem in Lancaster. The chicken was crispy and tender and nowhere in Lancaster comes close. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was piping hot when served. If you’re in Lancaster looking for a spot to enjoy good food, friendly service and a great atmosphere - look no further.

I had a really good experience at Burger Shake in Lancaster. I ordered wings and a waffle, both of which were tasty and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and even brought out a complimentary chocolate fudge cake with ice cream, which was a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit for good food and great service.
