Easily the best smash burger we've had in Bradford. It is located in a bit of unknown place - it looks quite like a small storage facility behind Leeds Rd and from the inside it's literally just a 2x2m area. There's no dine in area - you have to place your order and your food is brought out to your car. However. Do not let this fool you. Freshly served and very delicous. Got the Burgerized Meal which comes with a smashed burger, fires and a drink. Great burger, great curly fries. Will definitely be visiting again and getting the Doubled Meal next time which this time comes with four patties. Be wary that it's closed on Monday and Tuesday and when it is open - it's only 1730 and 2300.

Tried chopped chick sandwich. It was fantastic and delicious, which was loaded with cheese and chicken. Highly recommend

I loved the Philly cheesesteak. The tender steak, melted cheese, and toasted bread every bite incredibly delicious. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

*August 2024 Update* - See below (Original post July 2021) In a word, incredible. Burger places are a dime a dozen in this city. From dire to decent and everything in between. Finding a proper gourmet, beef patty burger is surprisingly tricky to get a hold of however. Enter Burgerize. Chances are you're reading this review because you've heard the buzz or seen the article in the local news. Believe the hype. At the time of this review, I've eaten here only twice, 6 months apart but both times have been stellar. To get it out of the way, Burgerize is an unusual location, firmly a 'warehouse project'. Once you've digested that you'll quickly find that whilst there's no premises on site to eat at, beyond the car park, it translates into a hyper-focused menu and crafted experience. Chips: You'll have a choice of curly fries or skin on fries. I'm partial the rustic nature of skin on fries personally and they're fried and seasoned to perfection. Crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Provided with a small tub of what I assume is a chipotle mayo style sauce complimented the meal well. I should mention that the portion size is very generous and well appreciated. Burger: Whatever burger you choose, you'll find that the meat is deliciously tender and cooked perfectly. I've never found the meat overdone or struggled with any gristle. On this occasion, (pictured), I enjoyed the 4x patty variant with the turkey bacon option. Granted a gluttonous indulgence but one I did not regret. The burger is assembled with clear due diligence as to its shape and presentation, salad that's not overdone and soggy and a well proportioned slice of cheese to add some sweetness. The price may be enough to have someone scoffing in disgust but as far as I'm concerned, it's well worth what I consider to be the, and quote me, best burgers in Bradford. Very impressed.

Ordered on Saturday evening 3/8/24. Was told to collect in 20 min. Was round the corner from burgerize 20 min later to collect the food when we get a call to say they’ve run out of wings. Asked for strips instead but ordered 2 portions. They only sent one. Rang back phone was answered by a cheeky youngster, Imran the owner was there but didn’t want to speak to me. They use to serve Hellman’s mayo and Heinz ketchup. Have now changed to cheapo own brand versions that aren’t the same. Not informed when I placed the order for sauces. Very poor considering we have been regular weekly customers since they opened. Won’t be back in a rush

Can't comment on atmosphere as not a restaurant but the food and service were top notch. I was full well before I finished the burger but couldn't help myself but to scran it all. One of the best about!!!!!

Has to be a solid 10 out of 10 for Burgerize. It was so fresh and tasty by far 1 of the best in Bradford. If you have not tried you are missing out. Also everything is well packed so you will not have to ask for anything.

Best smashed beef burgers around. Beef burgers are cooked to perfection every time, never had a bad experience with Burgerize especially this branch, management knows what they’re doing and staff are very friendly.

It is one of the best burger places in Bradford. The smash burgers are arguably the best in Bradford. The chicken burgers are also not too bad! I had the combo burger with a smash patty. Was filling and fresh. The customer service is on point, Thomas is a credit to burgergrize for his professionalism and polite manner.

Finally a proper smash burger done correctly in yorkshire! Everyone else just sells a thin patty and overcharges you.

Had the smash burger and WOW! One of the best smash burgers I've had. The beef patty was seasoned to perfection. Generous sized portion of skin on fries and a lovely peri peri dip to go with it. Highly recommend to try this place. Only negative is you've got no seating.

A very remote place. You can't see it from the street it's inside an industrial area in a unit and even the signage is there, but very small you can easily miss it. You don't go in, you phone in or place your order online. When you get there, you phone them, they come and give you your order. Service is very friendly, no fuss. Menu is limited to 3 burgers, wings two type of chips, but its done well and really delicious you forgive them for not having a shop to eat in. Portions are well sized too. Prefared the smash burger to the chicken, because kids don't eat spicy at all, so chicken was spicy for them.

Burgerize is the only place in Bradford that I will order a smashed burger from. Yes the menu is limited, but sometimes a simple menu is all you need. The burger and wings (to die for) not only taste amazing but are always consistent! The service is always great, from the point of placing an order to collection and they always seem to be running on time. 10/10 recommendation from us!

The place was off putting at first in some random unit and I was expecting an Eat in. This isn’t food you can take home/else where, it’ll go cold by that time. The packaging, variety of in house and quality sauces, boxes, wipes, accessories including a bottle opener, couple of sweets was a nice touch. We ordered 2 smash burgers meals w/curly fries and buffalo wings. Expensive? Yes, however It was a decent meal. The main reason I am giving 3 stars is for the inconvenience, as it can be a messy meal eating in car & it is overpriced considering there’s no option to eat in? EDIT;- Based on my previous experiences;- * Time keeping is poor. Set 10-15 minutes and you’ll wait up 30+ minutes at the least (last 4 occasions) * This place is outdated considering we’re 2 years out of COVID * The asking price for the food standard and conditions is not worth it * Messy meal considering the package is not suitable to eat in your car. The focus of the packaging appears to on the aesthetics rather than suitability for quality * No dine in option * Tiny menu, little options * The smash burger is simply not worth it and to be fair is bog standard. I’ve had enough experience here to simply rule out this place. If you do decide to come here, bear this in mind.

Best burger joint out there, absolutely amazing. Would be 5* if wasn’t for such a long wait.

The chips were lovely, the glass bottle of Coke a nice touch, and the flannel, serviette and dip combined to give a higher quality experience than most places offer. The only issues I had were that they were 10 mins late despite having had 40 mins notice and me being given a time to be there. Also, whilst it was nice, the burger could have taken more seasoning. For the price (£11), I’d want a knock your socks off burger meal and I got a merely ‘good’ burger and very good rest of the meal. I’ll probably try it again, just not in a massive hurry

The best smashed burger I have ate - without any exaggeration! Tried this place initially on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. The portions were very generous, food was piping hot, no excessive wait time and the smashed burger had the best taste to it. Staff were also very nice and professional. Although I am now on a diet I have already decided on getting a smashed burger meal from here as my 'treat meal' in a few weeks. If you're in doubt, just try it. Trust me

Have ordered from here several times. Very expensive compared to the typical burger. Though the quality of the food makes up for that. Food tastes very fresh and clean. Best smash burger I’ve had in bradford. Skin on Fries with the burger sauce is a beautiful combo. Once ordered 5 buffalo wings and was given 7 so sometimes they can be generous. Not a fan of curly fries but a great option for those that are. Highly recommend to at least try once and get some burger sauce cause it’s the best thing on the menu.

Ordered the smash burger, it was prepared really quick and was delicious and perfectly juicy. Couldn't ask for more from the staff, made the food quick and were friendly. Would recommend!

went Saturday 26th and was told it would be a 20 minute wait our food came after 45 minutes which caused us inconvenience as we had a booking for bowling at 9 having ordered food at 8:10 we thought we would be okay. onto the food the smash burger as always was good but I tried the new chicken burger aswell this is where is went downhill as the burger was burnt and the chicken dry. this combination along with the lack of sauce inside the burger gave for dreadful eating experience. also I wasn't given a bottle opener for my drink . the crazy waiting times and the bad food is the reason for my bad review . only reason it's not a 1 star is cause of the good smash burger.

I have been burgerize on numerous occasions and have always ordered the smashburgers which hit the the spot eveytime. 5 stars for the smashburgers. This weekend I felt brave and decided to delve in to the unknown by ordering the new jailbird chicken burger. Ooooft, BIG mistake. Not only did the order take around 45 minutes when we were told 20 minutes but when the burger did arrive it was wayyyyy overcooked and was lacking any real seasoning or flavour. Tasted like it was coated in a load of spice and left in the fryer for 30 minutes. This burger needs improving ASAP.

Dont normally put reviews, but this is getting one Working away in bradford to find a burgerize just walking distance from hotel. On arrival ( difficult to find ) the place is a warehouse in what doesn't look like a great area ..i was a little apprehensive Anyway got food (double patty with extra bacon ) The food was unreal... best burger ive ever had , will be recommending it in to everyone . 5 star Awesome 👌

Usually love this place but today's visit wasn't it! Ordered online for kerbside delivery which stated food will be ready in 20mins, but took over an hour! Went in to query the time and got told 6mins but it took a further 15mins. Food is usually nice but I felt the burger had been over cooked, it was very dry. Might have to give it a miss for a few weeks. I get that it was Saturday evening but don't offer a 20mins service if you are going to take 4 times that amount to get the food out. Not great service, lots of other ppl were also waiting for the food. Not great this time around unfortunately

Probably the best smash burger I have had ever can't find anything that beats it. The burger was juicy and full of flavour. The sauce goes really well with it and the salad. The patties were done right just perfect crispy round the edges nice and soft in the middle. Hard to find a place that can do the burgers right as some places can't get the patties right they can be quite chewy and dry but this is something different. Excellent.

I ordered a smash burger and wings on the 14th September...the food arrived around 8:00pm... I have ordered from this place once before without issue... However on this occasion after eating the burger and fries and only 2 chicken wings within 1 hour I started to feel unwell and odd... I immediately called it a night and thought sleep can shake it off... Around 2:00am in morning I was woken up with my tummy hurting and twitching and cramping up I immediately ran to the bathroom and puked up the wings come out first I was feverish shaking and felt really weak... Later on that night I woke up at 4:00am and 6:00am to do more puke the burger and rest of it come out... Its now 19:12 on 15th September my stomach is still all cramped up my fever comes and goes and experiencing massive weakness and just drinking fruit juice all day... Now born and raised in Bradford I consider myself having a lead lined belly and it takes allot to make me sick I don't know if it was the burger or wings that made me sick but if I were a betting man It were probably the wings but who knows the matter of fact is this place charges 20+ pounds for a burger and wings and for it to make someone sick is absolutely unacceptable I don't know how the meats are handled in this place but I though I would tell everyone my story before you order from here i went through it so you don't have too...

Had the smash burger and wings yesterday and I must admit it was probably one of the best meals I've ever had!

Food looked amazing in images on uber eats, so we decided to order, food arrived quickly, give credit where it is due, however, the buffalo wings were raw from inside and burnt on outside and full of oil, not even been drained. Both chicken burger meals were also burnt from the outside, however, the chicken burgers were cooked inside not raw like the wings, looks like food has been rushed and for the price very extortionate, 2 burger meals and a portion of wings for nearly £40 and we didn't even eat it. 😔

Amazing!!! First time here after recommendations from family! The way the food is presented is so good. The burgers were so soft,juicy and tasty ,skin fries were hot and crispy. buffalo wings were delicious. This is like having a five guys but better ....would definitely try again. The 2 Pattie burgers are not enough for me ..I'll go for the 4 Pattie one next time 😂.

Just tried it for the first time and can say this is one of the best burgers in bfd

I had a meal from here about a year ago and it was amazing. Yesterday I went here again, but was disappointed. The size of the burger felt much smaller. The skin on fries were average (they were amazing and super memorable the first time I had them, not sure what they've done different but it wasn't as good). Pretty sure they used to have thinner fries with more of the seasoning but now it's just your average takeaway fries. The price of the meal is the same, but the portion size has been reduced. They also stopped using the fancy, branded boxes/packaging which they used before probably to save money (which is fine, but reducing the burger size is not).

My husband came here a few days ago and said it was hands down the best burger he has ever had and today he brought me here and i must say this is by far the best burger in bradford. keep it up guys! big shout out to brother imran! wish you all the best!

Vraiment un Très bon smatch burger frite très bonne et originale je n’ai jamais manger de frites aussi bonne. L’endroit où ce trouve le snack est étrange pas de devanture aucun panneau difficile à trouver mais celas vos vraiment le détour. Le service est impeccable très gentil il est même sortie du snack pour nous faire signe car nous ne trouvions pas. Cadeaux 2 bonbon et un décapsuleur. Merci beaucoup pour ce bon repas.

1st time I ordered this for me and my wife, got 2 smash burger meals, got to say great burgers, so succulent not greasy and very tasty. Large portion of chips and also Fentamans lemonade as a drink included in the meal deal. You simply pay for quality and quality this was, no queries from me. Spicy mayo is a game changer also. Highly recommended and be sure to call back soon enough !

Lovely beef burger. Really nice flavours and I loved the chips. Very unique whether you get curly fries or straight they're both amazing. One thing I would say is when you are paying such a price for a burger you would expect to get a larger burger. Even though there were 2 patties, they were quite small for me and didn't fill me up. The burger and bun could be a bit larger. Other than that a brilliant place to visit to get a quality and tasty burger.

If anyone says this isn't the best smash burger is bradford should get their heads checked out. People in bradford don't like paying good money for good food rather get two burgers for £6 from salahs. This is for everyone with taste buds and brain cells. Expensive but well worth every penny! Staff are fantastic and know what they are on about! Might be tricky to find for newcomers due to the whole ghost kitchen vibe but once you find it you never forget it! Love this place to bits!

The burger was just a mess by the time it was delivered which wasnt long. The bottom muffin was just a sodden mush. The burger patte is thinner than a mcdonalds and the salad almost non existent. The wings which are advertised as 'you will not be disappointed', are terrible and went in the bin. The fries was just a bag of salt and I feel like %80 of the price paid is for all the branded packaging and certainly not the food. The 2 layers of wrapping around the burger, encased within a box and then a bag I assume is necessary to contain the liquidy mess within.

Finally got round to having a burger from Burgerize. A proper smash burger, meaning the patties were crispy. The burger was nicely seasoned and had a great texture, with a crisp salad and a punchy sauce. Makes places like Bvrgry obsolete. Probably the best smash burger I've had. Solid 9/10.

If ever there was a 5* burger experience then this is it. We ordered online, a slick and streamlined system that allows you to select what you want, enter payment details and choose a pick up time, along with the option of a kerbside delivery. The place was impossible to find - we had to ring them only to find out that we had already driven past twice. The only criticism I'd give is that some kind of signage is needed as it's located in an industrial estate with no shop front. Worth it though, the burger and skin on chips were spot on. Melt in the mouth quality meat with crispy chips that are soft in the middle, and everything is seasoned to perfection. The house sauce is amazing and there are three condiments provided. The branded bottle opener to go with the glass drink bottles is a great touch. The meal deal was not cheap - £10.50 - but I'd rather go here occasionally than pay a fiver for a sub standard soggy burger. There is no endless menu. Just a few extremely well made items. Keep the standards this high guys and we'll keep coming back for more!

The place is hidden away in an industrial unit, and if you drove by you wouldn't think much of it but it's a must visit. The burgers are delicious, tender and full of flavour. We will definitely be visiting again.

On an industrial estate in Oldham, a stone’s throw from Aldi and B&M, sits an unassuming office with smoked glass facade, no sign and a black glass door. Inside, it’s black. Black floor, black walls and a black hatch. The menu....one burger, fries and wings. We order.....burger, fries and wings. It is the best burger in the world. Not as messy as Almost Famous but tastier, not as expensive as the shortrib and marrow burger from The Hawksmoor but just as satisfying. In short, this is a kick ass burger full of meaty meat mcmeat and the meaty bits. So much attention to detail...we had to drive 15 mins before we ate and normally fries go limp and steam in their packaging but not here, tiny perforated holes in the packaging let the steam out, kept it warm and the fries were crispy! The wings were boxed in some sort of cardboard wünderbox, it unfolded like a puzzlebox, revealing a wee nest of amazing chicken wings. In short, brilliant. My only request.....do a veggie burger for my girlfriend and then i can come more often.
