Fries a little cold but great burgers

Recently moved to the area. Now addicted to burgerism! The food is class (smash burgers unreal), with warm friendly service each time I have collected.

Tried Burgerism when they first opened and decided another try was needed. fabulous cheese burger and chicken burgers. fries are really good too. would definitely recommend. food on time and piping hot. Great to see they've kept up their high standards.

I was so disappointed with my burger :( We decided to try this place as it’s popular. I ordered the freebird and cheese meal and my husband had one of the beef ones. The chicken burger itself was dry but what stood out was the way the crispy outer coating was burnt and had no flavour other than a burnt taste. I ate less than 3 bites before giving up, annoyed that I had such high expectations for it. Hubby’s was decent though the patties could have been thicker. I don’t usually go for a beef burger but I wished I did after taking a bite out of the chicken one. Best part of the meal was the chips and wings were not bad either. One positive is the food was hot and the presentation was great. I liked how well all was packaged. I also liked the gentle handwritten ‘enjoy’ touch on the box. I can’t comment on the atmosphere as I had ordered the food and not visited in person. Ironically, I didn’t ‘enjoy’ my meal which is a shame and I would not order again as I felt I wasted my money. I really had high hopes for this place.

The burgers are so tasty, amazing staff who are always super friendly and happy to help, and the seasoning on the chips is unreal! One of the best smash burgers I have ever had.

Absolutely amazing bit of scran. Chicken is fresh and juicy and the chicken wings are perfect especially with the buffalo sauce. Favourite spot for after a long shift

Good burgers but seem to getting smaller. A lot greasier this time as well. £37 for 3 small burgers, 1 fries and 1 drink ☹️

The food was delicious! It was delivered on time, in perfect condition, still hot! And the delivery driver was friendly and polite 🫶🏻

Tastes just like the original Salford Quays one. Best beef burger in Manchester With delivery though I notice they’re forgetting to pack items a bit too often compared to other places, just need to be careful

Chicken wings were too salty but the freebird with cheese and the vegan burger are lovely. Well recommended apart from the chicken wings need to make them less salty please thank you.

Just popped in to my local Burgerism again. Their chicken burger is so well balanced, delicious! My youngest always gets the beefed and says it is the best burger he's had. I totally think they make the best burgers. The staff are always friendly too, and why we keep going back.

It was my first time trying burgerism and it was the best burger I’ve had by far. Not just the food was amazing, so was the service by Jacob, he was very professional and recommended me a perfect burger and sides to go with. Will be back again just for the service. Thank you Jacob!

What a shout this was !!! Honestly, money well spent, if you're looking for quality food and high class burgers, look no further !! They could expand the menu a little but what they do do, they do REALLY well.

Shocking waiting for food over 2 hours then they say the delivery driver must of stole it an no refund our nothing shocking

order placed 2 hrs before for Iftaar. it arrived 55 minutes late despite ordering 2 hrs in advance. Driver location was lost during transfer. had no idea where he was.

Not only the best burgers around but the chicken wings are insane too! Picked my food up from a spotlessly clean shop with friendly staff to top it all off. Just wish the free sweets were refreshers ;-)

BIG UP Alex! Ended a 13 hour shift by nipping in here for something to eat on the way home asked if I could customise the burger and the lad sorted it for me, I went to wait in my van expecting to head back in once it’s ready but Alex brought it to the van for me with a big smile on his face, how lovely of him! Proper made my day nice one mate :)

Not sure why there is a random fruit salad sweet at the bottom of bag which has obviously gone mushy due to heat but great food

I ordered a burgerism a couple of days ago through JustEat and the justeat driver stole the food and never delivered it, burgerism were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and gave me another meal and added in a few extras for the inconvenience at no further cost, food has always been 10/10 there and will always continue to go back, just not through JustEat again!

The food tasted really nice but the burger was quite small and all the food was good when it arrived. I had to heat it up it was that cold. It's a shame because it was very tasty... after it was warmed up.

Burger and chicken wings were lukewarm. Chips were cold. Called to ask where our order was, phone was put down on me. Got through to them after 4 attempts. Was not satisfied with service or temperature of the food 👎🏼

My son always raves about burgerism and I thought I'd give it try, great to make use of the amazing new customer discount offer on deliveroo. I have just had the tastiest freebird chicken burger ever. Delivery was quicker than expected. Happy new customer:)

40 45 minute wait for a £40 order. When the food came it was all cold the takeaway is less than 10 minutes from my house I won’t be using the service again. Cold and burnt very unhappy to be honest

the burger itself was good. the bun went soggy very quickly but the actual chicken was cooked very nice. the chips and wings were cold so basically couldn't eat. I'm glad it was a 40% promo as i wouldn't have been happy paying a penny more. burger good, just let down by the sides unfortunately

Then we called them to see what was going on and they said you will have to cancel the order and ask for a refund and then order it again! So we did and then it was delivered again with missing items and now no answer on the phone! So 3 hours later we have our 2nd order with missing items! Joke of a place

Lately food quality is dipping, especially since the price has not. Items arrive cold, food has not been seasoned, items seem slapped together. It's seems to be a game of chance in terms of food quality each time you order.

Ordered two burger meals, one burger missing when arrived. Called the restaurant and they were less than helpful.

So...uber eats dint quite sort order out but mark was a top guy as daughter spent best part of 30 quid as lov3s burgerism as her n her bro go many times I said I'm not paying as skint after Xmas she then order n I say why ... she say so nice il treat you dad ..lol used my uber account Anyway order not as it was the one burger we got as usual simply perfect But mark was just so empathetic n showed the class that burgerism is Quality worth that little extra n the food is the best Sht happens but thanks mark

Stone cold burgers! Won’t be ordering again

Ordered from here twice now, first time I couldn’t fault, burger was lovely, and chips nice and hot! Second time ordering not as good, chips were cold and burger looked and tasted like it had been left on the side for a few hours and forgot about.. not as good as first time, still eatable just not as nice as the first time!

This was the first time I tried the burgers from Burgerism. They are far too salty for my liking and the quality of beef was very low. The staff members are very professional and polite and the ordering system is very good. Unfortunately the burger was not to my liking.

The chips had too much salt. I am ussualy eating salty food but is the 2nd time i could not ate the chips because was too salty. Way too much

Best takeaway burger around by a mile. Had the Double Cheesed and was seriously proper. Top lad on the desk asswell who passed me my food was friendly and polite. Top Marks (posted this on Denton by accident asswell)

The best burger I have had in ages! Staying at a hotel in the Airport before an early flight in the morning and they delivered here really quick, the food was still hot and was absolutely delicious! The smashed burgers are fab and the skin on fries are too, with plenty of seasoning. Lovely little touches as well like popping sweets in the bag, writing ‘enjoy’ inside the burger box. Will definitely order again next time I stay here!

Would of preferred the ranch sauce I ordered and paid for rather than a free fruit salad chew!

Limited burger options but still tasty beef and veggie burgers (and chips). Definitely try the garlic ranch dip!

Burgers were amazing, friends were great quality but the seasoning does spoil them. Would be nice to have an option to select no seasoning like the children’s fries. The chicken wings were very tender but again ruined by the spice, would be nice to have an option to remove the spice and just have the flavourings

The patties had no meat on them and felt like crispy skin, completely burnt and absolutely no sauce. We couldn’t eat them and had to order from another take away. Called up burgerism and their excuse was “their burgers are meant to be slightly crispy”. For the amount you pay for these burgers, this was diabolical

Most of the order was missing.. Burgerism answered a call but then put the phone down immediately when informed meals were missing, all further calls diverting to voicemail. Very poor customer service.

50% of order missing.. not for the first time.. they answer the phone then when you mention food is missing they cut you off and goes to voicemail… absolutely last time will be using..

Food was amazing!! late but just want to thank the guys down at burgerism for being so good with communication as the issue was actually with the just eat courier. The guys re made our food so we received it hot and put in a few Extra’s in so thanks guys 🫶🏼
