Atlantic Fish Bar in Stockport

Just a warning to anybody wanting to order online, their sausage looks like this on the menu but actually turns up anemic and raw looking like the picture from the store!!! Avoid at all costs.

I was opening my fast today and I had mould on my cheese , when I gave it back he did not even apologise , I don't usually post bad reviews but this one deserves it , mould on cheese is disgustinf

Very nice workers! Food is served fast and nicely hot. Food tastes great. Would recommend if you wanted a tasty quick takeout.

I bought 2 meals, with both the meals, the chips had seen better days, now the fish!! It was greasy soggy and mushy, the batter was like rubber and soaked in grease, it was disgusting, I would not recommend to anyone

It didn’t arrive and actually didn’t get past courier at the restaurant. No explanation yet and couldn’t cancel. Then I got a the next step as it was delivered. No explanation.

Food never delivered. Spoke to the chippy shop a few times, the order was ready to be picked up by 1.15pm, but no Just Eat driver came to pick it up. This food was for a community group, so I asked if someone can pick it up instead. The chippy shop asked if I can cancel the order on Just Eat and pick it up. JustEat didn't let me cancel the order. I didn't had much time to reorder, so the people went home without any food.

delivery time changed from 7pm to 730pm. Food is normally excellent and piping hot. this occasion it was barely warm

The food was nice everything else was like warm or cold

was on time, but kept changing delivery time food barley warm as delivery driver dropped off before mine about a mile and half in opposite direction even had to drive past the shop to get to mine so could have kept it in the shop

at 4.45pm i placed an order for delivery at 5.30pm it eventually arrived at 6.40pm most of the food was ok however the chips were cold this was a shame because normally everything is alright from this redtsurant.

food was all cold when arrived had to re heat in microwave poor quality won't order again and got get £4 refund when it was a £19 order

no sausage on order so sent just chips ruined the meal and nearly paid 15 for chips!

This is the most amazing fish and chip shop in Stockport and possibly even Greater Manchester. The food is so tasty and fresh, and the staff are so incredibly polite and helpful. It's also incredible value for money.

Cannot give a 5 as unfortunately the guys were not able to provide the required order due to selling out of part of it. Not their fault at all. Thankyou for the substiuted chips which were very nice. Excellent food as always.

Food amazing as usual, delivery driver rude and had music blasting which you could hear from three floors up.

I waited over an hour and when fiod came it was cold and inedible inhad to throw it away

Really poor, ordered steak and Kidney Pudding chips and gravy. They put them in a cardboard box that has big round holes in it, so I got gravy all over my jeans and T shirt.......who does that ! Also pudding was disgusting, it was more mince and onions. Worst chippy meal I've ever had.

So disappointed food turned up and looked lovely but everything was freezing cold had to throw the majority away.couldn’t eat any of the chips and gravy 2 lots gone to waste :(

Fish was very nice. Plenty of tartare sauce. Chip box was deceivingly small but had loads of chips! Never had scallops before, they were really nice too. Not greasy and one helluva huge portion. Was a good thing I was hungry! 😄

Never received the order. Delivery driver went to the rear entrance of 6 Moreton Walk. Lady who lives there advised the driver of MY address but drove off, stating he had delivered the order which is not so

Very nice and reasonably priced

Chips were either reheated or sat for a long time as most of them were too hard and crispy, hardly any beans and expensive for what it is. Cheaper and better quality Fish & Chip shops around.

been told after ordering and paying that the chips will be a 10 min wait multiple times, which is okay sometimes, but when i’m in a rush i need to know before i commit. mushy peas are just over done peas with no form of sauce. chips are average

Only went in for a chip barm something quick, the worst chips I have ever had left overs from last night and £5 for a chip barm joke dry and rock hard stay away
