Burgere in Birmingham

Ordered 2 smash patty burgers. The food was ok. But just a bit dry. Got it delivered to the house only gave 1 chilli sauce for 2 people. Bit stingy. To many choices for smash burgers now and this didn't live up to the expectations.

Got a couple of chicken tikka and lamb sheekh kebabs on naan Sheekh kebabs tasted nice but the chicken tikka was abit dry for my liking Saying that will come back sometime and try other options on the menu So I think giving it 3/5 is a fair rating from.this visit

Absolutely amazing place when people say a HIDDEN GEM this is your HIDDEN GEM food is absolutely amazing full of flavours, from the chicken tikka to lamb chops to the wings , also does desserts and milkshakes, FALOODA AS WELL thank you Mr Safraz excellent service and amazing food

This is the spot! The owner/chef Sarfaraz is a superstar. Cooks himself and cares about everything. Brilliant burgers, lamb chops and seekh kebabs. I couldn't recommend them more!

A real gem in Hall Green and I say that because of the size from outside and it's subtle signage when compared to some of the others in the parade. Met up with a couple of mates for a catch up and one suggested Burgere. For starters we went for chicken wings and lamb chops and the meat was soft and cooked to a point where it cut like knife through butter. For me it had to be the original beef gourmet burger so that I could compare it to other famous joints that we all are familiar with on Ladypool Road and Coventry Road etc. The six oz handmade pate was seasoned with salt and pepper (the way it should be) and it was perfectly balanced with a cheese slice, grilled onions and gherkins, nestled between two soft brioche buns. The right type of buns do make a great burger. My two mates went for the sizzler which sizzled all the way to our table. Both went for 1) Beef and Chicken, and 2) Lamb and Chicken. Similar to the starters the meat was soft and was complimented well with rice, cooked onions, tomato etc. Will we go back? Oh yes as the menu has thirteen burgers, chops, tikka meat as well as the mix grills. So a few more visits are on the cards and so it should be for you as well.

Had a delivery of a couple of smash burgers and fries for the first time from Burgere. They were hands down the best smash burgers I have had, soft bun and patties which were seasoned to perfection. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The fries were seasoned properly as not many places know how to season fries. Very pleased with getting food from here for the first time and will no doubt be returning.

Ordered chicken wings meal and veggie burger for delivery. Wife found veggie burger very dry and tasteless so that was a let down. But the wings were awesome, espescially for a place whose focus is burgers. Very fresh and tasty. Large portion of fries too which were decent. Worked out fiver on ubereats (2for1) but 7 quid instore, if it had couple more wings it would be worth 7. Service excellent too, forgot to order naans so called in and they were very understanding and added it to the ubereats order and said to pay whenever we pass through. Although slightly above what it's worth, would happily come again for the wings and to try the burgers (probably without the missus though!).

Honestly one of the most consistent and go to places for myself and the family. Food is of a high quality and the service is excellent. Also have kindly accommodated my dietary requirements which has been amazing.

Just had a delivery of a beef smash burger and also a chicken one too and I can honestly say that they were the best burgers I have ever had. Especially the beef one. Absolutely nothing to fault. Will definitely be my go to burger place from now on. Thanks guys

Had a smashed beef burger meal from this joint . Have to say one of the worst burger meals I have had in my life . The burger was dry and the fries were soggy . Also my niece found a hair in her burger . Would not recommend to family and friends by any means whatsoever .

Buy one get one free on uber 🤦 aren't you embarrassed serving two paper thin patties burnt to a crisp in a bun. If it doesn't make business sense doing a buy one get one free deal, just don't do it.. what's the point of serving two patties that are so thin that all you can taste is the salad... terrible.

Tried these guys for the first time today and was very impressed. Firstly, great customer service when they noticed I may have duplicated something on my order, they actually phoned me up to check if I wished to get refunded. I like that, not just chasing the dollar but giving good customer service. On to the food, had a couple of beef burgers  chicken burger, chicken wrap and seekh kebabs. Chicken burger and wrap perfectly nice and quite tasty. The beef burgers were a definite hit with the kids, very succulent and tasty.  Clear winner for me though were the seekh kebabs, properly spiced and seasoned meat, grilled just right so charred but juicy. They had some kick in them aswell, which suited me just fine. Overall very happy with the order today, very tasty food, well presented and great customer service. Will certainly use them again.

We ordered from Burgere on UberEATS but we're very disappointed with the food. Although it was delivered in the amount of time showed, the food itself was a let down. We ordered 2 vegetarian burgers, but it was just way too spicy (even for the strongest spice-takers of us). The chicken furnace burger was quite disappointing - lack of seasoning and overall just bland. The chips were good though, as well as the sauces given. Overall, after reading some good reviews I was expecting a lot more, but sadly am left feeling short.

The grill was good, good flavours and char finish on the chicken. Delivery was off by about 20 mins though so only 3 stars this time.

Went to eat here last night with some family members. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Food was good too. The hummus was really nice which makes a change. The kids chicken nuggets weren’t processed ones either which was good. Overall we all enjoyed it

I think there are good intentions in making good food in this place. However, the quality of the meat is not good -at least for me- and I couldn’t finish my burger. The breast steak in the chicken burger I ordered for my friend was so rubbery and chewy, probably overcooked or the quality is not good.

This place is very deceiving from the outside. Looks like a regular burger joint from the outside and the ame but its actually a lovely little restaurant inside. Food is fantastic. Fresh ingredients and freshly cooked. Management are great and ensure you have a good experience. Top marks!!!

I'm sure the owners are well intentioned but the execution is terrible. I dont think this place will last the year. The kids chicken burgers had been over cooked and were rock solid, couldnt bite Into them. The chicken sizzler was poor and probably had around 20% chicken in it. Overpowered by intense flavours, not in a good way. The chips smelt bad, I think their using cheap oil and the chips we recieved were scraps. Tiny pieces... Unfortunately another let down. STAY AWAY

Exceptional Food and Remarkable Service. A truly hidden gem!! We stumbled upon this place on a Saturday night, having never heard of it before. It truly stands out amongst all the usual places and deserves to be tried. Everything was beautifully presented and my sizzler platter was succulent and flavoursome - beautifully spiced with a real depth of flavour. The meat was clearly of fantastic quality, the sweet & soft fried onions, the juicy tomatoes - this was not your average mindless sizzler. The burgers were thick and juicy, with soft brioche buns, perfectly melted cheese, fresh mayonnaise and crisp lettuce. I was in disbelief and doubted what I was tasting. Then a mild mannered, kind and friendly gentlemen who introduced himself as the owner/chef, asked how our food was and had a pleasant conversation with us. You could see the love and enthusiasm he put into his food and this restaurant. We then went on to have a gorgeous Oreo milkshake and Mango Lassi for dessert. At the end he kindly offered my child a lollipop, and offered us some mints. We were greeted warmly as we left and were eternally grateful that we stumbled upon this gem of an establishment.

Lovely food, really good quality burgers and extremely helpful and flexible staff. Definitely a regular for me now going forward!

Visited this place yesterday and had such a wonderful experience. The owner was by far one of the nicest and most humble people i have ever met. He was very welcoming and the food was amazing (the chicken furnace burger meal). Will defo come back!

I went here and was told it would be a 1 hour wait but then saw people go in in less then 5 mins and be seated. bad customer service and the food was mediocre at best

Wanted to try this place as a friend recommended but they didn't have any chicken or beef. I was confused as to why they're even open. We went Monday evening around 7 and they open at 5. When we entered, had to wait 10 mins and wasn't provided any menus. Had to leave - very disappointing!

First time and last time visit on Monday Not good food at all...tasteless! Table of four and we all left our food not once were we asked is everything ok... which it wasn’t as the plates full of food were there in full view when we left! The waiters needs some people skills no smiling no thank you NOTHING AT ALL !!

If you paid for the hair on the floor of the barbers next door it would be a better purchase then anything here.

Extremely tasty food - not just the burgers but everything on the menu...the hummus and freshly made bread is a must have! 😍 Double chicken burger was juicy and delicious and the strawberry colada was refreshing just as it should be 👌🏽. It is a great place for friends and family and the service provided is great as always. There is something on the menu for everyone so definitely give them a try!

The food was amazing! You can tell that the food is freshly sourced and prepared to the highest of qualities especially the beef. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in the Birmingham area. The service was great. The food awesome, and that's coming from someone who is not a burger person! The mocktails were delicious and milk shakes nice and thick and well presented. To round it all off the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Even has a posh rest room! Definitely a regular for me!

Brilliant service, good location, food and decor where on point. Tried the double beef patty burger, was very succulent and not dry like other places i have been to. Its definitely somewhere i would dine in again.

Looks like you’re eating in someone’s house. Marble tables, but the chairs are like someone got out of their living room !! Been to many places, but felt a bit arkward as though you’re paying to eating in someone’s lounge ! Menu is limited, but when charging £10 for a burger, should be providing a side with it at that price. There’s only about 5 sides you can have and no sign of my favourite mogo chips 😱. I’ll stick the tru burger which is a winner every time. Sorry folks

It is a great restaurant with healthy and grilled options a great place to go to with family and friends. It also has amazing desserts and great service too. I really recommend it if you are ever thinking of a time out.
